I've been using Wavy since the beginning, at least 3yrs now & they have always been amazing, I always called or texted Byron directly & gotten super quick same day responses or appointment. I've referred literally dozens of new customers to them and was happy to because these were my guys. I wasn't a weekly client but when I wanted 2/3 cars washed at once or I wanted a full detail Wavy was absolutely who I went to. I was grandfathered in to their original pricing which was a bit lower than what they charge now which was just an added bonus & made it that much more of a no brainer. So why the 1 star review you ask? I've been texting & calling Wavy since Oct. 2nd of this year & haven't received 1 call or text back in that 2.5 mos.(screen grab attached). I have no idea wtf happened but it's insulting & horrible business. I see the "100% Response Rate" on here, I'd beg to differ! Man, these guys are great at getting your can super clean. I've had my M4 cleaned by them several times and it's seriously the best wash. Why the 1 star you ask? Well like another reviewer, Byron and crew just won't respond. I've scheduled appointments to have my GT-R and my Mercedes GTs cleaned and they have flaked on both. I was offered to reschedule which I would love to, but no response. Sucks because they really do great work. I've tried all sorts of ways to get a hold of them. I'm a die-hard car enthusiast so when I injured my back/shoulder, I was worried I couldn't find the right detailer to wash for me. They advertise that they have a signature 'blow dry' so I thought they would blow dry the entire car to avoid swirl marks. What they actually mean is that they dry most of the car with new micro-fiber towels with some blow drying. I kinda wish they would blow dry the entire car but I understand that's time consuming as well. The cheapest mobile detailer wash is about $25 per wash, Wavy is $60 so is it almost 3 times as good? I personally think so - they don't miss any spots and work on the details a lot more than the $25 guys. I would recommend for people that LOVE their car. read more

I've tried their 4 star detail where they clay and wax the car as well as shampoo the carpets and cleaned the engine bay too. I have had a lot of issues in the past with mobile auto detail services. Most times they don't even answer the phone and if they do end up coming out to your house they do an OK job, upsell the price on the spot over the original quoted amount, and can never be reached again for a second wash. These guys did an incredible job! Byron spent the time to notice all the details on my truck and make sure the whole thing looked great. 3/30/2018: This starts my "real-time" review of Wavy Mobile Car Wash Co. I just (11:00 am) filled out an online request for an appointment tomorrow (Saturday) for Wavy's Clay Bar Treatments for a dark blue car and a pearl white SUV. The first time available online 3/31/2018: was 11am. I'll update with info when they respond, and further update when the work is done. Got an immediate automated response acknowledging my request. Received a text at 1:20 pm asking if they could start earlier, at 8:00am. Fine with me. 3/31/2018: Owner Byron and assistant Oliver arrived at 8:05 am in a neat, white, and nicely mural-free van that transported them and their tools of the trade, including a built-in gas-engine pressure washer. Byron and Oliver were both super polite, professional, and easy to talk with. I confirmed that they'd be giving both cars clay-bar treatments. Oliver told me Wavy uses 3D automotive detailing products. He didn't walk through the whole cleaning process he'd be using, which I would have liked as a first-time customer, but I'd read the description of the service on the website. Both cars were fairly clean inside and out. The white pearl paint on the SUV was in excellent shape. It had been longer since the blue paint on the sedan had been cleaned, sealed and polished, an its paint was in good to very good condition. I wanted to get both car finishes polished and protected for summer. I wash the cars regularly, but only detail them twice a year. I also wanted to get some desert dust out of the interior of the SUV. The Clay Bar Treatments include vacuuming, but not shampooing. Byron and Oliver went straight to work, and worked from 8:15 am to 11:30am. I provided an electrical outlet and a 4-foot stepladder. They washed, clay bar-ed with a mitt, sealed, and waxed. Treated the wheels, vacuumed the interior. Both cars looked great. The paint was glass smooth, the glass and wheels spotless, the tires nice and black (medium gloss), and they didn't miss any nooks (corners) or crannies (crevices). (I just looked up the definitions of those words after using them for decades without knowing quite what they meant. You're welcome.) The insides were cleaner than a car wash vacuuming, but the carpets, leather and dash weren't detailed. Which, again, wasn't included in the services I ordered. There was still some dust in the SUV, which I got out when I followed up with 30 minutes with a shop vac and microber cloths. Byron said the price was $170 for the car, and $190 for the SUV. When I mentioned the price when I booked online showed as $160 for the car, and $180 for the SUV, he said without hesitation that he'd honor those prices. I've since looked at the website and see both sets of prices appear in Wavy's site. With tip, I paid $400 for both cars. Great attitude, nice work. Highly recommended. read more
