Each time, I was asked to provide the same information, despite prior chats and confirmation that the return had already been received. I was told I would get an update within 24 hours--days went by with no communication. Only after reaching out again was I finally told the refund would be processed. While I did eventually receive confirmation, I was disappointed to see that shipping was deducted, even though I had already paid to send the item back. After all the delays and lack of follow-through, that felt like poor business practice. Customer service should not require this level of persistence just to get a resolution. The lack of communication, repeated runaround, and having to chase my own refund made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

The extensions are incredibly lightweight, comfortable, and non-irritating. I genuinely forget I even have them in. Most importantly, I feel confident that my natural hair is still healthy and protected, which was my biggest concern going into this. You can tell Rose puts a huge amount of time, care, and precision into her work. She never rushes, she's meticulous with placements/color matching, and the quality of the hair she uses is amazing--especially for such a fair price. She clamped the loop down with the extension tip a cm over the closure. I wish I had taken pictures. But either way, know that it was uncomfortable, looked awful, and is really damaging to the hair. Every time I brushed my hair the tip pulled down on the loop and put pressure on my hair. The extension quality was also bad. Save yourselves trouble and go to Hair Bar NYC where you can feel the hair. Then get someone qualified and ASK TO SEE PROOF of their certification. I would give her 0 stars if I could.

I despise stripey, unnatural foil highlights but have found that balyage means different things to different people. I went in with my 2 month old daughter in tow and Nita was great. she spent time asking what I wanted and let me see the progress so I could decide if I wanted more drastic shape. She spent a lot of time making sure everything was even and that I was happy. And I even got a small massage as she applied cocoa butter. She also is very gentle and I barely got red at all! I didnt need to do this but she said I could wear my baby in the bjorn if necessary which is great. She's only there part time so make sure you call to find out her hours before you go in! I'll defiintely be going back.
