I had another opportunity to stop in to Wawa for everything but gas. I love their hoagies, made to order and their coffee bar. Each time I'm in town I have to get a coffee and a snack. They still have their delicious coffee rolls and I miss Utz potato chips since I have moved to Texas so it's always good to have my choice of flavors. They keep the bathrooms clean just like the main area and they work hard to keep their coffee fresh and in great supply every time I'm there I met with friendly staff so it's always a pleasant experience. read more

So, I don't live on the East Coast, but whenever I visit the area, I make it a point to get to the nearest WaWa for a Breakfast Hoagie, scrambled eggs, cheese, extra bacon. This time was no different and this location was the closest to me in Frederick, MD. Probably took 5 min for the order to be ready and I sat right on the parking lot to dig in. Fresh and hot. WaWa has always been on my list for a quick bite to eat and yes they have the best sandwiches! It's been a while since I've been to a WaWa and I decided to grab a quick breakfast before our drive to Charlotte. I love how technical and easy it is to place your food/drink orders. There were plenty of options to choose from. I ordered a sausage burrito and it was fresh and filling. Prices are reasonable and the food came out quick. This location is fairly new and well-stocked inside. The restroom was clean which is very important to me. There are plenty of parking spaces in this gas station and the prices are great! read more

This location is horrible. The ordering machines are completely messed up. A chicken salad hoagie was "replaced" by a weirdly instructed pepperoni hoagie. There were weird instructions like "Cheese on bottom." A medium meatball hoagie was a small. I will NEVER return. read more

Why review Wawa? For the food, of course! I think this location has been open about a month and I've stopped by a couple of times for gas, and to use the air pump. Tonight I decided to go inside pick up a snack. They have a varied menu so I went with the bbq chicken quesadilla. I added jalapeños, and also sour cream for 25 cents. The total was about $4.50. It only took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready even though there were 2-3 people ahead of me. I got home and the quesadilla was a pretty good size, and actually pretty tasty. There was a good chicken/cheese/jalapeño ratio and the sweet bbq sauce was great with the peppers. It wasn't big enough for a meal but definitely yummy for a snack or lunch on the go. One thing I've noticed about this Wawa and the others I've visited is that they are always well-lit and clean, even the restrooms. Women appreciate this! Gas is a fair price compared to other chains so I will be using this location more often. read more

I come here for hot chocolate because it's the closest gas station on the way to work. I get hot chocolate once a week; it is a special occasion. Since this is such a ritual, the store should recognize my signature drink and promptness on buying it every Monday or Thursday morning. Those are the toughest days of the week, so a preppy hot chocolate is in order. Each time I order my hot chocolate, I am always impressed by its chocolatey deliciousness and piping hot smoothness cooled by some canned whip cream. Can't have one with out the other-till this Monday morning. I stop at Wawa for gas and some hot chocolate because it's dank and cold out. But this Monday had a different fate for my hot chocolate. The attendant running the cafe bar left my 12 oz cup of melted heaven STRANDED on the milk steamer area. I waited a good five minutes while she chatted with the gentlemen flipping breakfast quesadillas or whatever happens at the food bar (I wouldn't know, I only buy hot chocolate). When someone notices there's a pending order for hot chocolate she saunters over, no big deal, to finish the order. I am appalled. Has this tainted the quality of my hot chocolate? Much o my dismay, when I am finally handed my cup, it has. And she forgot the whip cream. I will not forget this, Wawa. read more

Very upset, very bad customer service they don't even know if something went wrong they should at least let the customer know or create a new sandwich. This morning I was hungry and I stop by for getting a breakfast sandwich. Once I got the sandwich I got on highway and after three minute I find out my whole sandwich was burnt and I was not able to eat it. I also called the manager and report about this. Customer Service is huge for me, that's why I like Wawa. I stopped in your store on 40 in Frederick, ordered food and headed to the checkout, when I heard "hey guys! Can one of you help this man!?" From the woman making the food, which she was referring to a man struggling to order a drink -She must have said it 4 times. I figured out pretty quickly who she was yelling at because as I got closer to the register a woman employee was giving another employee a wrath of shit about making a mistake. It was obvious that the person giving the cashier a hard time was NOT a Manager of any sort. I waited for my food, when my number was called the woman apologized for "our little internal problem" and thanked me for waiting. I parked in the very front row of the store so I could see just about everything going on, I watched this woman do absolutely nothing - literally nothing even when there was 7 people in line! I watched her interrupt the cashier to throw down papers away even though it would have only been two more steps for her. I love Wawa, it's by far my favorite convince store. Since none exist in my hometown I always stop if I find one. This one was pretty standard without anything to make it unique. However this location doesn't sell chicken quesadillas. Only beef, cheese, and vegetable quesadillas. So I had to settle for beef. As usual it was fantastic. Even though I was denied the chicken quesadilla I craved and the cream cheese pretzel I love I still had a great meal. Again I would recommend Wawa to anyone and hope someday they'll come to my town. Update: I returned to this Wawa a week and a half later and this time they had chicken quesadillas but still did not have the cream cheese pretzel. read more

Ok we was so happy when this WaWa was built bc it so close to the house, now I like the ppl they are nice. Now just train the new ppl in the WaWa way I went to order my favorite turkey stuffing bowl with extra cranberry omg the new girl gives me this little cup with just a pinch in it. I then asked the co-worker who had told me to try it with the sweet potato what is her name she asked me what's wrong I processed to tell her, then she said we have cranberry I put some out but the new girl said they didn't have any more the co-worker went & got 2 little cups for me. Then I heard stories about the new girl like she brought all the stuff back in the deli & she can't give extra if we are paying for extra meat or asking for extra mayo or cranberry what's it to her. read more

There are only 5 cashier's who are friendly the others always give attitude and they asked for feedback and i did a survey the manager called me apologizes and took my mailing info stated she was sending a gift card for my inconvenience that was 8 months ago and needless to say i ain't never get anything. This is a brand new location. For being a new store the employees were able to handle a crowd of people both making food timely and ringing people up. There is no entrance to Wawa through the mall. You can only enter/exit via 40W or south lane only of Baughmans Ln. The food was OK, typical of Wawa. The traffic although awkward to get in is not as congested as the Wawa at Ballenger Creek. We came during the grand opening specials which were great. The lot is very well lit at night. Although parking is limited right at the front doors, there is plenty of parking around the entire building. read more

I hate to give any Wawa a bad review because I generally love the brand, as others do. But this location is getting more and more dumpy. It's not all Wawa's fault because the area is not all that wonderful but I just feel like the store is rarely ever that clean. Just got coffee and the coffee area counter is dirty and the hot chocolate machine looks pretty filthy. I was here a couple weeks ago and noticed the same thing today - little fruit flies hanging out in the overflow tray of the hot chocolate machine. The store wasn't that busy and you would think staff would be going around to clean things when they have the opportunity. Just disappointing. I grew up with Wawa's and I love the one on Ballenger Creek and Urbana Pike! The service at the Wawa on Patrick St is horrible. Coffee is not made and if there is coffee or is not hot. Staff is slow and/or not available. Very disappointed in the specific store. read more
