If you're looking for a good start to your day, keep driving. The Food: I'm pretty sure my breakfast combo was cooked in oil that hasn't been changed since the turn of the century. The hashbrowns weren't crispy--they were just a heavy, grey sponge dripping with lukewarm grease and dark burnt. I ordered bacon, but what I got looked and tasted like carbonized wood chips, when I asked for crispy bacon, it was rubbery. The Eggs: Supposed to be cheese omelette with mushrooms, but they managed to be simultaneously rubbery on the edges and swimming in a puddle of mystery oil. Burnt toast, burnt English muffin. Everything felt heavy, oily, and completely un-editable. Save your stomach and your money. There are a million breakfast joints out there--don't risk it on this grease trap.
