I had to come home to tweeze them off myself ( I am not hairy) In regards to the undressing yes u undress there in front of the waxer the other thing That bothered me was there was no cleaning or disinfecting between customers .. as I was called in someone was leaving in the same room .. no paper sheet on the bed or plastic .. i was going to cancel my membership because i felt like the waxers were inconsistent. some did not tweeze or pressed after pulling a strip. however, citlalli has made me decide to keep my membership. she takes her time, and tweezes what she misses! also she press and rub immediately after removing a wax strip which you know is crucial to minimize the sting/pain. will definitely exclusively make appts with citlalli and highly recommend you do too. read more

I had a very good experience here getting my first professional wax. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and thought for sure they wouldn't be able to see me and just felt terrible. They told me it was fine and I could still be seen in about 20 minutes. They seemed pretty busy so I was happy to wait! My phone was at 1% and the woman at the front desk charged it for me while I got my wax! I really appreciated that because she definitely did not need to do that. Marissa was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It was very quick and easy! I was also told by the front desk that they offered waxing classes for estheticians and students. I usually don't write reviews but my experience needs to be on here. last week on Monday i had an appointment with marissa for my second Brazilian wax. She is great but she did unfortunately burned the side of my vagina and at first i didn't think much of it just thought my skin got irritated but the next morning my skin was bumpy, red,very inflamed, and burning. I called to see what can they do and they offered a free max for next month and i said okay but called back the next day to tell them i don't feel comfortable coming in again and would like to cancel the next appointment and get a refund. Denied my refund and i am not happy with the services they provided. Today im still with a scar where i got burned. besides the burn i always get left with a lot of hair that weren't waxed off or plucked out and with the hard wax stuck on me. wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I set my alarm, prepared for the appointment, spent 25 minutes driving to the location one way, arrived early to make sure I was on time, paid for parking, stood outside, tried calling and texting multiple times... But was never able to reach anyone. It really is unfortunate because I was looking forward to this appointment and this new provider.
