We asked for curls and some hair pulled back into twists. Mine was okay but my sister's was curled in some places and straight in others. Also, due to the time being moved up, we had to try and make the look last until 5 pm. Moved on to makeup and waited again for another 15 minutes or so. Finally someone pulls me over and starts. I forget her name but she was friendly enough too. My sister kept waiting for Sydney to come out and start on hers. After probably waiting another 10 mins, she comes out and asks what my sister wants. She said she wanted full makeup and Sydney responds to her with "why don't you just do it yourself". Excuse me?? We came here and made appointments for these services then you tell us to do it ourselves. Needless to say, my sister walked out.
