I'm not super experienced with waxing, but I've gone for Brazilians twice in the past and the experience was a nightmare both times but finished product was worth it. Third time is a charm though because I found Waxing the City and it was SO much better. They use hard wax for bikini area which makes such a difference. It still hurts but not nearly as much as soft wax (strips and wax) or sugaring. Dana was amazing. That was as close to a pleasant experience as I think it could be getting "down there" waxed! Dana is super kind and unassuming. She made a lot of nice small talk which helped to relax me. I recommend Waxing the City with Dana as your cerologist! read more

First time at this location. I had been normally going to the one in Los Colinas, but due the fact that I recently moved to Flower Mound I wanted somewhere a little closer, big mistake. Made the appointment online, fought with the stupid cluster F traffic in their parking lot only to go in to be told the person had a family emergency and that they tried to call me, but could not reach me. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said "no, that I would call". I went out to my phone and checked. I received no missed calls, or voice mail messages from them. I am not upset at all about the person having a family emergency, I get it, life happens, but do not tell me that you tried to reach and make it like it is my fault, or that I was ignorant for not answering their call.
