I came here for my first lash lift and tint and I'm hooked. Amy was wonderful -- super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was going to do in detail and didn't rush me while I asked questions. Most of the process is just laying there waiting for the solutions to set. The bed(?) you lay on is very comfortable, there's a blanket if you're cold and Amy even puts a pillow under your knees to keep the stress off your back. She was pretty quiet at first but could tell I was getting restless due to boredom, so she started chatting with me and time flew by. Basically, she has a great bedside manner.
