It's a small place - and street parking can be tricky. But I was fortunate to get a spot right out front. I stepped inside and saw the various containers of products and was pleased. Not only were there things that I use every day, but the prices were ridiculously affordable. Isela (theeee sweetest person) gave me a brief, but thorough "tour" that was absolutely fascinating. She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

I placed an online photo order February 20 and then another one yesterday March 1st. I received a text that both photo orders were ready so I went into the store. When I got to the photo counter, I stated that I believed I had two different orders. She asked for the last name and the sizes I told her, and then she looked in the bins behind her. She then quickly said "nope, you only have one order" & slapped the photos on the counter and then told me my total. I thought maybe I misunderstood the text and the second order was still not ready so I paid and left. Once I got to the car I looked at the txts and realized they in fact texted me that both of my orders are ready. I open the envelope she gave me hoping that maybe they place the second order in there because it was only one photo? Once I opened the envelope, I realized that one of the pictures I paid for wasn't even printed. They gave me a blank white picture. And honestly, this is not the first time this has happened. I have been using Walgreens quite often recently for wedding stuff as I am planning our wedding and this is at least the third time I've received a blank photo. The first time I thought maybe it was an oversight and tried to give the benefit of the doubt but three times it's quite ridiculous. In between the blank photos and the rudeness from the staff, I will be finding somewhere else to develop my photos.

Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.
