Upon entering my friend and I were greeted by all three people behind the counter. It was around 5. I was grabbing food for myself to go. The employee who took my order was in process of being trained. Her manager was incredibly supportive of her. She watched her and helped when needed. But did not hover. She let her learn by doing. And told her that she did a great job after she took my order. It was wonderful to see such great care and interactions between manager and staff. I wish more people treated their staff with the care I saw with the way she was speaking and helping her two staff members. My food was correct and delicious as always. Five Guys food is delicious! The floor was a little sticky. But they were busy preparing food and a rush of people came in after us. The tables and chairs were all clean. So was the soda, and area with ketchup and extras. They also have fresh food inside, including, catfish, shrimp, and grits and a pretty legitimate country biscuit which you can get in a variety of breakfast sandwiches. Service has always been pretty consistent with a greeting upon entering the door and a couple of self service checkout lanes. Haven't quite figured out the club pricing situation yet but overall their gas prices seem to be fairly competitive and on par with everybody else in the area.
