The floors are either sticky, covered in small trash flakes, or stained beyond the point at which they should be either cleaned or replaced. The room is spacious, but dated and the walls are stained with (I hope) coffee. The pool deck has a good collection of used bandaids. You cannot see the bottom of the pool through the water. Frankly, I don't recommend this place. We were looking for space for the kids and us to sleep and an indoor pool, we expected a Hyatt property to be nicer. We were left wanting.

My only complaint is the front desk staff seemed like I was interrupting them. The young lady checking us in barely said anything to us. I'm a loyalty member and was not greeted when I checked in. Other than that I don't know why this place had such bad reviews. It was clean and comfortable. They do have the slowest elevators in the world. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. Everything was hot and fresh. The young lady working it was running around like crazy keeping things moving. We'll be back!!
