Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

When I arrived, my motorhome was spotless, but when I left, it was scratched, the steps were damaged, and the services promised were not completed. Grease stains were everywhere inside. And to top it off, they blocked my attempts to leave a review, only showing positive feedback and hiding all the negative experiences. Do not, I repeat, do not trust the owner of this business.

Roxanne greeted me kindly and informed me that I would need to return later for Allen to inspect the RV. I provided her with the make and model of my RV and asked for a general price range for the services. About an hour later, Roxanne called back and said I would need to bring in the RV and leave it overnight for a $200 inspection. I explained that I am a full-time RV'er, and she scheduled me for an 8 AM appointment the next day. I agreed. Shortly after, Allen called me and said he could only provide an estimate after inspecting the vehicle. While I understood his approach, I simply asked if he could provide a general pricing structure for those specific replacements. His response? "Are you stupid?!" I was shocked by the unprofessionalism. I calmly replied, "Excuse me, sir, please show some respect. I haven't disrespected you; I am just asking for your standard pricing for this service." He then yelled, "You don't tell me how to run my business!" At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If this is how he treats potential customers, I can only imagine the level of care and respect given to their vehicles. To inform others, I've attached the phone conversation as proof. After checking their Google reviews--where they hold a 3-star rating--I realized I should have done my research beforehand. To any future customers, I highly recommend checking reviews and researching businesses before entrusting them with your vehicle.

Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review. I live in Simi Valley and he is in West Covina. My problem was not an easy fix, based on all of his suggestions and coaching. He came out to Simi, in the evening and diagnosed my problem. I basically needed a new fridge. He set me up with a place to order, he picked it up and brought it out at 6:45 in the evening and replaced my refrigerator. Oh, there is more. He called my service insurance company and recouped 1/2 of the cost the day my policy expired. In addition, after replacing the fridge, he looked over our RV, got on the roof, gave advice and gave a can of self leveling seem sealer to put on the corners of our roof. All of this was done in the dark. Also had an amazing support staff. Great customer service and we are feeling very fortunate to have had him respond to us. Thank you, Nick

I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

There's a reason their reviews are great, this is who you want to take care of your vehicles.
