She is now hospitalized for the second time this year and her medication conflicts are part of what her inpatient team is addressing. Once I was able to hack through the scheduling nonsense, I was planned to see Dr. Hong in a specific location, and when I arrive the location was dark, and no one home. I'm 100% positive I planned the visit at this location, as it was a 10-minute drive for me vs 1-2 hours. I was specific about it. I was told this was not the case. Again - after dealing with their automated nonsense to talk to a human, many of their staff were rude, and un-empathetic. I was understandably irritated, and the staff doubled down.
