Taxi rate calculators estimated $7-$9 for the ride, so I expected similar cost. We the called back to confirm a car on the way, they took payment. To my surprise it was $36. A second surprise came when the car picking me up was an Uber. So apparently, they used my $36 to book me an $8 Uber ride. The Uber driver was also surprised.

On the morning of my very early pick-up, I had scheduled 5am but it ended up being about 5:15 am as the driver had issues finding my office. I ended up walking to the main street to help him in finding me. He played classical music on the way there which in turn made me feel classy. He also chatted quite a bit which I can appreciate most of the time but for whatever reason that morning, I just wanted to kind of zone out in my solitude. I called Suburban Rides and was very happy from start to finish. Scheduling the pickups was easy and both drivers we had were great. If you are looking for a ride to the airport and live in the western suburbs, I would call Suburban Rides. You'll get there on time in a comfortable vehicle. If you need a ride from the airport, call them. Our driver was there to pick us up within 5 minutes of our exiting the terminal. Next time we travel, we will use them again. It's that simple!

The license plate read AD8 4933 at 9 :10 am in Bolingbrook IL on 9/28. A note to the owners of this company, keeping this psychopath on your team of drivers definitely will reflect on your company. I hope you do background checks and drug tests because this really just made me wonder.
