My wife and I made our order and paid the down payment on March 16th. We were told there was a chance we would get some of the order within 2 weeks and potentially could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We never received an update after weeks passed, and after my wife tried calling and emailing multiple times we received one email a month later saying they would check status on our order...then we did not get a text until May 6th saying status was delayed. We've tried calling and texting multiples times with no response for the last 2 weeks and now we are coming on 10 weeks with no blinds and no status on where our order is. This is extremely frustrating especially with our down payment (50% up front). It does not seem like this is the norm for this company but our experience has been terrible so far. Hopefully they can make this right.

I text the number that confirmed the appointment at 3:40pm and she said she can't get a hold of him. It's odd. I have to nap my 4 month old for 20 min at 4pm in a room he needs to measure. I tell her at 3:55pm to tell him to just come back at 4:25 when I'm done napping my baby. I pulled down all the tacky Amazon black out curtains mind you that I have suction taped to the windows to prepare for his arrival earlier in the day. So he can measure properly. I walk up to my front door at 4pm to nap my baby and he's at the front door. WORST time. My 2 year old is crying to go on a walk. My baby needs to nap. And here he is. I said I need 20 minutes to nap my baby right now and he didn't offer to wait. Just said I can call to reschedule. At first I was just focused on getting my baby to nap so I said ok and he left. But I'm pissed. Now I have to put all these curtains back up and pull them down again. I already have my hands full. No courtesy call to say he was late because of phone issues. It's just a sign it's not meant to be. If you're on a time crunch and your schedule is thin don't count on them to have integrity in their appointment time. But maybe it was just a bad day for him.
