They asked or should I say they told me to me to remove my review of them from yelp because it was bad for their company. I said "Why"?, that's my review of what I went through with dealing with you. The individual told me that he knows my next door neighbor and that we met, he was referring to a party that my neighbor had and had most of her colombian friends over. I responded "What does that have to do with anything"? He went on to say that I said my water heater was not leaking or broken so I told him that I was making a customer call for service and you people never, ever returned my calls. He told me they were busy with "No Heat calls" and I said every company was busy in Massachusetts and I am not talking about the service staff out in the field, I'm talking about the office staff not returning my many calls to them. He told me that they were busy too! I told him that they were too busy to call a customer back? He asked me again to remove my review of them which I responded "NO" it's my honest review of what I went through with ThermOil and told him about my awesome service dealing with 128 Plumbing and Heating in Wakefield, MA. And I went on to tell him that this phone call to me is only going to make a worse review of ThermOil. He responded "So you are not going to remove your review of our company" and I told him again "NO" and he hung up. Well, if I get a knock on my door and some guys from ThermOil tell me they are here to change my mind about my review of their company, I will let you know, lol. This is not Colombia and what tactics they do down in that country do not work well here in the USA. And you know if he said to me that they would do a free service to make it up, things would be different but he stuck to his intimidation tactic. Oh well, they "Live and Learn" in this day and age.

Anytime I had a question, they took the time to explain things clearly and made the process easy to understand. They stayed on schedule from start to finish, which made the project smooth and stress-free. My wife works from home, and the team was very respectful and kept noise to a minimum so she could continue working without interruption. Overall, an excellent experience and definitely a five-star company. The office staff was also fantastic and very helpful with the loan process and paperwork.

LeBlanc Mechanical are impossible to work with and I would not recommend them to anybody…read more I reached out to LeBlanc because my A/C isn't working. First they tried to push out my scheduled appointment by a week, claiming that they were dealing with a lot of "no A/C" calls and needed to reschedule routine maintenance calls. When I scheduled the appointment, I clearly told them that my A/C wasn't working - this wasn't a routine maintenance call! When they did come out, they determined that the condenser was broken and that I needed to update my system because it uses an old type of refrigerant. They were supposed to get back to me within a couple of days with a quote. It's been nearly a month now, during which I've called them several times to check on the status of the quote. Each time, they assure me that they'll get back to me within 1-2 days. Each time, they don't get back to me at all! To this day, I still haven't received a quote. If LeBlanc doesn't have the capacity to service my home, they should just tell me that. Giving me the run-around for nearly a month is incredibly unprofessional - especially when we're dealing with unprecedented temperatures and I'm trying to keep the house cool for my children. Whatever is going on over at LeBlanc, they clearly can't be relied upon and should be avoided in favor of other, more responsive companies.

They were able to come out the following morning within the specified window which by itself is worthy of recognition. Professional, courteous and honest are three words I will use to describe the service provided by Leblanc. Between the in unit furnace/blower and the AC unit on the roof, I could have been looking at a very pricy fix or even a full unit replacement. However, the fix was actually pretty minor and inexpensive after giving a thorough testing evaluation. The tech's willingness to answer questions and make a recommendation for a fix that is working flawlessly the past couple of weeks makes me happy. Plus, the care he took in upgrading the thermostat as a last minute request of mine was outstanding. LeBlanc was initially recommended by my condo management company and I am now happy to say that I recommend their service for your routine or emergency HVAC needs. Called them last year to perform yearly maintenance on an old oil tank and furnace in a crawlspace and they did great work and gave great advice! This is a business you can trust! This year when our furnace stopped working mid December: Called up Genove right away and they had someone out the same day to try and help us! We knew the furnace was on the last of its nine lives so Richie came and took a look and let us know our options! He's super knowledgeable and let us know about the Mass Rebate program to save us money! We chose to go with a new electric heat pump over just replacing the furnace because our air conditioning unit was older too and we wanted to get it all under control! This was a pretty big job that required them working in a crawlspace that you can't stand up all the way in which we are very grateful for their hard work! Richie and the rest of the guys showed up early worked with our schedule and really went above and beyond to fix our heating trouble! He also recommended a great electrician to upgrade our electrical panel and take care of the electrical components of the work! Armando was great to work with in the office when it came to the proposal and payments as well as getting all of the information needed to submit the Mass Save rebate information after the work was complete!
