Where else have I ever seen security physically throw out individuals because they're "too drunk" that's right. No where else! No even the clubs on the strip! This place needs a training on how to treat people properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be sharing this with all of my friends and family. Wish I could give no stars, the security team needs to be retrained because the amount of wrongly kicking people out is absurd. My wife and her sister were just using the bathroom and they had an issue with my sister getting back in line with my wife, mind you she has autism so my wife has to take care of her at all times especially at the bar. They proceeded to pull both my wife and sister in law out of the bathroom line and attempted to kick her out because she was "drunk", the lady security card came and began yelling at my wife to get out and I told her it's unnecessary for her to be yelling in my wife's face when's she's directly right next to her. They assumed I put hands on the female security guard and 4 security guards came and man handled me in the air both of my shoes fell off and they ejected me in the air out of the venue leaving my knees in bruises and my wrist sprained with no shoes. Luckly someone from the bar grabbed my shoes for me. This was completely unacceptable for us to be kicked out for using the bathroom. Ridiculous. Makes zero sense to be able to look at footage and deem it as "policy" when you don't even know who I am or what I look like. Force and unnecessary action is not warranted unless a crime is committed and there is probable cause. But what do I know. This man was incredibly rude & racist. When I admitted I made an honest mistake he still was incredibly rude. He said he told me to stop but I didn't hear him or acknowledge him. When I asked for his name he walked away , I asked anybody for his name they wouldn't respond. Everyone in the venue was doing the same things but the only two black people were kicked out. This place is so amazing I just had to write a review. Their flavors are fun, unique and delicious. Our faves are the Ube, Triple Choco Chunk, Bumbleberry Cheesecake and Vegan Strawberry cheesecake. This time we got the Campfire S'mores recommended by Mikey (Don't be afraid of the grey color it's awesome!) and the OG Buttercake. We should've took pics but we couldn't wait. I've been here before handful of times and was even there for their Grand Opening, so tonight was date night and my gf chose this spot to end our night because they were hosting their first Emo Night. The venue is beautiful and really cool inside and because we were already downtown we were the first people to walk in and enjoy the venue to ourselves, score! Emo Night was held in their back patio, being greeted immediately by their huge DJ bus that puts on a cool lighting throughout the patio. We were having fun and took a few rounds of shots, and decided to switch it up and order a Long Island...So my thing is, I wouldn't ever order a mix drink like that at a club just due with how much time it takes to make when/if the club is poppin', but since the club wasn't even a quarter busy and they were heavily staffed behind the bar I couldn't nudge in to mention to my gf to not order it especially on date night. Well, she got her drink and the entire time she only took one sip, she mentioned it didn't taste anything like a Long Island so I grabbed it to see what she was talking about and long behold it wasn't anything of a Long Island. Took the drink to the bar and found the male bartender and I kindly mentioned it to him and he got pretty bothered by it and I asked him to taste test it and he refused so I asked him if he could make another one since that tasted just straight up cola. I know Cola is in it, but it was not a splash, more like the whole damn can lol. He tossed the old drink and angrily made another one and charged me for his mistake... Took the remake back to my gf and this time my gf just wanted a shot, we happened to be standing right in front of the owner of the venue so we mentioned it to him and he walked us to the bar to get another bartender to make it. The female bartender made us the Long Island and hers was definitely different from the male bartender meaning the female bartender made a Long Island right. We pretty much ran out the venue mid way into sipping on the third remake of the drink cause the male bartender was making us feel uncomfortable with his awkward stares and we knew what was up so we left. Overall, we don't plan to come back or recommend this venue to any of our friends because of it. I really wanted to continue to like this spot but their other sister venues do it much better all around (Discopussy). Just hope that when they see this review that they find that male bartender we were talking about and definitely check on his bartending skills and customer service. read more

I spent one night here this weekend. It was my first time. Busy, great energy, but I want to shoutout one employee in particular -- Eleana (idk if that's how you spell it). She was awesome! Super friendly and even though she was clearly swamped, she greeted my group and me and got us our order quickly. She also noticed that a girl at the bar was being pestered by some guy and did a good job of separating the girl from the guy without making a scene. She made it seem very natural. I'm glad that this bar employs people who are committed to keeping patrons safe. read more

You guys charge $9+ tax for the tiniest water bottle I have ever seen. The shit is like 5 Fl Oz. bro. Not even enough to get me through an hour. And you guys refuse to serve tap water for people that need it so that they either have to buy your mini waters or just sit there and dehydrate while the staff just stares at you and says "sorry". The venue is outdoors and the place has no fans or airflow being that it's surrounded by buildings so it gets ridiculously hot. Nice venue but a huge money grab place. For alcohol sure but for water? SOO much fun, and there's multiple DJ's (one in each section)! 10/10 experience. It's always packed so get there somewhat early!

I had a blast for the most part. Its a beautiful place with fun ice cream themed decor and beautiful walls. Good music too. We had lots of fun dancing and enjoying the atmosphere. Down side is they charged us $27.31 for WATER. Tiny water bottles. After that we felt too nervous to buy an actual drink. Other places downtown have free water jugs/tanks. Went here for Cinco de Mayo and I have to say this is probably going to be my new favorite place to go! So colorful and fun! Loved all the outfits the bartenders got to wear, the ice cream cone booth was so cute and all the art was amazing! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I ordered a margarita and it was not very good, so I tried a second one with a different bar tender and it was exactly the same. That is obviously a personal opinion though, so I will not be getting margaritas from here. My second issue was the music level on the main floor, we had to stay upstairs because it was just to loud, I go to lots of shows and festival so I'm definitely not one to complain about loud music, but it was to the point it was hurting my ears so we had to go upstairs were it was significantly better sound wise. So earplugs are a must here!!! Other than that I loved the venue! Definitely will be going back! read more

Such horrible service. I was with a party of 10 and paid 200$ and we had JUST walked in and my friends had I had to use the restroom so we waited for like 15 min for the bathroom stall to open. Then some girl worker(which we didn't know she worked there) just cut the whole line and the security staff named victor was so rude about it and cussed my friend out to let the girl use the bathroom but my friend had to use the bathroom so bad she even said she was about to pee herself and the guy victor cussed her out and said if you pee yourself that's your fault. So my friend got upset cause for one no guy should talk to a woman like that and for 2 there was a nicer way ti go about things. And so he took my friend ID and kicked her out. So we were so upset about the way they had handled it and we asked for a refund but they were asking for a receipt which they never handed us one so if your have a huge party ask for a receipt!!!
