Of any 4/5 s I have given...Pro Tow was the most deserving. I called and spoke with Neal/Neil on…read moreMonday to see if they could pick up a car that more than anything I just needed moving. A few bucks for it wouldn't hurt. The car was located in Waxhaw and out of the 3-4 other junk car buyers, neither would pick up in Waxhaw. I called Pro Tow and Neil gave me a quote but let me know that its possibly someone closer who would give me more. I called the people he referred and was told I would have to wait until next month. Needed the car moved from my mother in laws home I called Neil back and informed him of what I had been told. He set up a date for pickup on Tuesday(the next day). Well in the process of a kitchen renovation I LOST the car keys. I called Neil back Tuesday to reschedule for Weds, giving myself more time to find the keys. After 24 hours of looking, I called Neil back to cancel. He said he would be at my mother in law home at 430 as scheduled and not to worry about the keys. **Thank You God!** Neil was there at 4:19(before I arrived), had already introduced himself to my mom and was in the process of loading the car. He was able to use his lock out kit so I could get some items out of the car. We had problems with loading the car bc of the steering wheel being locked and the wheels turned in one direction slightly. Throughout the hour ordeal, Neil remained patient and ensured me that he would be able to get it today. He had great conversations, told old stories which were pretty cool, and taught me a few things about loading and pulling a car with no keys. He gave me a fair price for the vehicle even without the keys which I was ready to say just take it. I would definitely recommend Pro Tow to anyone. And to add, he quoted more than anyone else and stuck by his quote.

Not only did Sam comply with my requests, he also gave me a fair deal for the vehicle. Three months later, my 2007 Ford Freestyle runs very well and I have had no problems with the vehicle. When we need another used car under $5k, we will go back to Four Seasons Auto to see what Sam has to offer.

I just purchased a van from here. The guy I dealt with could not have been better to work with…read more He let me take the van to my mechanic to have him look it over. My mechanic said it was a good vehicle at a very good price for the mileage (138,000) and mechanically had been well taken care of. I also ran a CarFax on the van and found it was never in an accident and had been serviced at the dealership with only two local owners. I was buying the van for my son who was not in town at the time I purchased it. They redid the paperwork so the van will be in my son's name before we took the paperwork to the DMV. I have purchased many used cars in my life and they are always sold "As-Is". So being very cautious and having read the online reviews, I would not have purchased without my mechanics OK or the CarFax. You never know what you are purchasing with a used car. Do you homework. Most of these dealers buy them at auctions and have no idea, the background or mechanical condition. It is up to you, to figure out what you are purchasing. I am very satisfied and pleased that I got such a good vehicle for what I paid for it. I would recommend buying from them as long as you do your part in researching the vehicle history and having your mechanic check it out.
