First off, they are charging over $123 per hour -- which would be understandable if the quality of the service matched the rate. Unfortunately, it doesn't come close. On multiple occasions, cleaners were in and out of my 2,100 sq. ft. home in under 2 hours, sometimes as little as an hour to an hour and a half. There's simply no way a home of that size can be cleaned properly in that time frame, and the results proved it. I took photos to show management the lack of thoroughness -- dust left behind, floors not mopped, counters still dirty -- and while they did send a different crew out to "fix it" a few days later, the issues continued with each visit. It's frustrating to have to follow up over and over again, only to receive the same subpar service. If you're looking for a team that will actually take their time, pay attention to detail, and provide the quality you'd expect for the price, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
