I was scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. appointment it is now 7:06 p.m. I called the We clean at 4:19, leaving a message informing them of my 3:00 p.m. appointment and that I had not heard from anyone. I called back at 5:08, after no one returned my call, leaving the same message. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!! It's hard to rate someone, who does show, or return calls. I called this company because they seemed to have better prices thab some of the other big named companies like Stanley Steemer. Well, you get what you pay for! Two days after my rugs were cleaned by them I went to wipe up a spilled bottle of water and was angry to see my cloth come up filthy dirty from the rugs. I was furious because I was told even without purchasing anything extra that my rugs would still be clean thoroughly. The real problems started when I attempted to contact the Service Manager and discuss them coming out to do the rugs properly. The manager was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for his name he refused to give me his full name and when I pressed him I was all of a sudden "disconnected" from the call. When he did call back he put the blame on the young man who came out, which I thought was very wrong and I said as much. This is just bad management and I plan on putting a review on Angies List. I will not use them again and I suggest you go with a more reputable company with a professional service manager. read more

Online scheduling for carpet cleaning was very easy and got a same day appointment. That's about all that went smoothly. Got a call from their dispatcher about 30 minutes before my scheduled 1 pm appointment. He said the technician was running late. Got a second call at 2:55pm saying the technician was still running late, but would call me before he arrives. Now almost 2 hours late. 3:30 rolled around and no call, no show. At 4pm I started to try to call their office, but all I could get was a recording that kept asking me to hold then immediately put me into voicemail. Voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a voicemail. I kept calling for several hours and always got the recording and could never reach a person. Called again this morning and finally got a dispatcher. He didn't know why the tech didn't show. Offered no help, but to schedule it today. I asked again for the 1pm time. Asked to speak with a manager. He said there isn't a manager in for another 30 minutes (9:30am or after). He tried to put me into the managers voicemail, but no luck getting that. Got a call from a technician at 9:40am to tell me he is on his way. I told him I had a 1pm appointment. He said he would call into dispatch and call me back. This place is rediculous! Used them about 4 times out of sheer laziness to find someone else. Always at least 2 hours late. At this very moment they are past 2 hours late so I called to speak to a manager. I was in mid sentence with the dispacher and he sent me to a voicemail. They always have excuses why they are late and they are always dramatic stories that make you want to give them another chance. 4 times in a row is just lying... they either overbook to avoid cancellations or they screw around all day. One time after 3 hours waiting on them and calling them repeatedly being told it would be just another 30 minutes the driver couldnt find our nieghborhood so he just went home. I was calling this driver directly and he wasn't picking up. His boss called him and said he doesnt pick up for phone numbers he doesn't recognize. ON A COMPANY PHONE?! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE. YOU WILL BE SO SORRY. They are scamming the public. We have a type "S" sofa fabric on my family room sofa - dry clean only. My husband called to ask if they did dry cleaning of fabric and the reply was "YES, we do it all." We also had a second sofa in my office with memory foam inside that we wanted dry cleaned , two small accent chairs in my family room & a small area rug. The tech showed up 2 1/2 hours late. He looked at my family room sofa & spent another half hour trying to call the office & other techs on how to clean the sofa. My husband asked when he was starting. He told me the solution they use might cause brown rings. ( He Never said anything about the fact that they don't do dry cleaning of any type or form, even after I told him & he saw the label on the sofa that says dry clean only) At that point I told him not to clean that sofa. He proceed to bring in his machine, which was dripping water on my new hardwood flooring. My husband & I ran to get towel to clean up the dripping mess. We asked him if he could clean the other sofa, chairs & small rug, which we had asked for dry cleaning. He cleaned the other sofa which we assumed was with a dry cleaning solution. It was not. He told us the sofa would dry in four hours. It's the next day with the fan still on & it is still soaking wet along with the accent chairs & a small area rug. He charged $20.00 for a small area rug - not a whole room, which they advertise on their trucks. To me that's a scam. $70.00 for a sofa - which was not soiled - just need to be freshened up & I hope is not ruined & $20 a piece for each small accent chair - which I hope are not ruined. Everything is so wet. I am having guests tonight & they will not be able to walk or sit in my family room & we will not be able to sit on the sofa in the study. When we reached out to their office, they were very nasty & told us to go right ahead & dispute the charges even though we were told they could use a dry cleaning method. Too bad for us. If I could give 0 stars for this company - I would. First, I scheduled a morning appointment for 9am for a 5x7 rug cleaning. No one showed up by 9:30am, so I called to cancel as I had to get to work. When expressing my disappointment to the dispatcher, he hung up on me. I called later that day to see about rescheduling for an afternoon appointment another day at 3pm which could work better with my schedule. The service guy calls at 3:27, saying he's 10 minutes away. I proceed to give him directions upon arrival - he interrupts me & says "hold on, you can tell me all that when I get there" and hangs up. When he calls back, he's at the wrong entrance to my apartment complex (which he would have known had he not hung up on me) & the guy is basically yelling in the phone as I'm walking around to meet him to direct him further. Finally, we make face-to-face contact & he starts laughing asking about the job. He has no indicated signage on his truck and honestly seemed like a shady person. His behavior and demeanor were very odd. I told him that I no longer wanted to do business with the company. Called the same dispatcher and he told me the guy the other morning was fired & that this guy was the supervisor!!!! No wonder he had that attitude with me. Horrible experience, horrible local customer service - all this leads me to believe it would have been a horrible experience. i made an online appointment for 11:00, so I called them about 1030 to confirm since I had not heard anything, and I was advised by "Pat", that they were running late and the tech would be there around 11:30, so that time came and passed no technician so I called again and this time "PAT" advised me that they only have 2 techs that work the FtWorth area and they were behind and it would be another 30min before techs arrived, well its 1:00 now and still no tech, I call again and Pat states he going to call tech and check with him and see how much longer it would be, so around 1:30 the tech called me and advised me he would be at my home in about and hour, I told him to forget it. My appointment was at 11 and its 1:30 and they want to string me along for another hour, do they not value your time, do they think you don't have anything else to do, but sit around and wait for them, but what they have failed to remember is there are other companys out there, and people will find them. I will never go through this again, I have now made another appointment with another company, however I am somewhat disappointed because I wanted my carpets cleaned while I was off work, and I didn't want to take off a day to it. But I guess this is what you get when you don't read reviews prior to booking the appointment...Please don't use :we clean carpets, they are a joke....and then to top it off when I called again and spoke with pat and discussed how displeased I was with the company, he said hold on, he had another call, when he didn't he just put me into someones voice mail and then he hung up..this person is someone who doesn't work well under pressure and is unorganized and should not be left alone to run anyones business, that is if they want to keep a growing business, I will be letting everyone I know on social media about this company......Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. I decided that my carpet needed cleaning. I wanted the same day and We Clean Carpet came over within a 2 hour period. well, My carpet is now completely dry. I think the effort was made however, it seems that places were missed. Trying to get in touch with someone that could help me is impossible. i don t have time to play telephone tag. They sure didn t have a problem when i called to book the time. Now I find it is time to move on to a different carpet company. My advice. get some help in the office. We clean carpet quoted me for 149.50 to clean 5 rooms and staircase with their "$20" a room thing and it says on their website they pretreat stains blah blah blah and they show up and my son had thrown up on a small 12 inch maybe area that we cleaned but it still had an odor and they then tacked on $60 to treat a 12 inch area and when I said nevermind he hassled me and then another man called and gave me a hard time about it and said I wouldn't find anyone to do it cheaper 2 calls later and golden services is doing it for 134.99.. Scheduled upholstery cleaning for 5/31 Tuesday at 1, Perry called and informed he was running behind it would be 1:30pm - arrived a bit after 3pm. He came in, 2 look at what was going to be cleaned and asked if he could walk to the Patio. We walked to the patio to see if his unit from his truck would reach the 2nd floor. He told me that a portable unit is needed and would need to reschedule. I receive a call a few minutes later informing me the reschedule is for Saturday (no time given) Received a call this morning 6/4 (Saturday) around 1015 informing me that the cleaner will be out at 1:00pm. About 11:20ish, I received another call stating that they were running ahead of schedule and if it was ok to come now. YES. Another guy arrived around 12, came in walked looked, asked to go to the patio and said his equipment would not reach to the second floor. I informed him that Perry came Tuesday and had rescheduled the cleaning for someone to come with a portable. The guy stated he was not told that and would have contact scheduling for a portable. Around 1PM, received a call from scheduling and they wanted to move to Monday. Informed that the furniture needing cleaned is being picked up from a buyer on Sunday and the scheduler stated that they have a lot of portables out there and someone will come around 3 or 4PM today. Called at 6:11pm, someone answer (sounded like Perry) asked for me to hold and transferred the call to voicemail. 5 min later, The hubby called and the call goes directly to voicemail. Thank goodness that our love-seat and chair are in excellent condition with no stains and really does not actually need the cleaning, this was more of nice gesture to the person buying our set for there home as a Thank You.. Can I do 0 stars? Really I would not had did a review but the lady I spoke with on the phone alone made me write this. The attitude their phone receptionist have is beyond unprofessional. I had my couches cleaned about 6 months ago and honestly there wasn't much of a difference after so I didn't care to complain with a bad review, we just bought a carpet cleaner and did it our selves. DO NOT HIRE WE CLEAN CARPET. My original appointment was set for 3pm. I got a text to call for confirmation and the worker said he was running ahead of schedule and could be there by 2:30. So I hurried back home only to sit and WAIT. I called at 3 inquiring about the cleaning. A dispatcher said he'd check on the driver and call me back. NOTHING. STILL WAITING. Finally at 3:45 a guy shows and said he got the call late. Nobody called to inform me of time changes. Carpet was sopping wet forever, still dingy, and dried with shoe print stains left from the cleaning guy! I called the next day to complain. The manager/supervisor Jon apologized and said they'd be come out within the hour to make it right. Driver calls in and changes the time to 2 and a half hours later, complaining about traffic and outright said Jon should not have promised me anything. Called for water extraction. Told it was $99/hr. I asked about how long for one bedroom about 170 sqft. They couldn't say without a site visit. Then I asked on average, how much. They still couldn't say, but said if it's just half an hour, it's half of $99. So I called them out, they quoted $800-900. I said no thanks, they left me with $49.00 service charge. I never write reviews, bad or good. It has been several weeks since I dealt with this company. I got another promotional email from them this week and it just made me mad all over again, so I decided to finally to write this in hopes that it will keep others from making the mistake of hiring this company to clean your carpet. Pretty much every aspect of my dealings with We Clean Carpets was bad: -They showed up late, even after calling and pushing the time back, they still were at least 30 minutes later then their updated time. -They misled me with the amount I was expecting to pay. When I booked the appt., the man made it sound like the price he quoted included everything (which I assumed tax). After they were finished "cleaning" the carpet I was charged a higher than expected amount ,which was the tax, on top of what I had thought already included taxes. Before paying, I asked if I could speak to a manager. The technician gave me the number, which went straight to voice mail. I left a message explaining the issue and hoped to hear back immediately. The cleaning person and I waited for a few awkward minutes, with no call back, I finally decided to pay and hoped that it could be cleared up once I spoke to the manager. -In the meantime, after the guys had left, we went to check out their work- the carpets were soaking wet and did not look like much had been accomplished. They also had not moved a single thing to clean around it. We had put everything up and away to make their job very easy. The crib in the nursery was even pulled to the middle of the room so they could clean around it and then move it back. They did not even touch it. They cleaned around it and left it in the middle of the room, so the carpet in the middle of the room was not cleaned! -I called the management number again and left another message. -I then checked my banking account and saw that I was charged even more than what I had finally agreed to pay. Some person (it has been too long, I do not remember his name) finally called back after several days. It sounded like all of his responses were rehearsed and he could not see things from my point of view (especially that I thought taxes were initially included in my quote). He said they never include taxes because their technicians were supposed to "up-sell" the client into buying more expensive carpet protectors and such. The man sounded more irritated that his techs did not ask if I wanted additional products, instead of being understanding that I was very upset that I had to pay a higher price. He also explained the extra amount that was finally charged was the price for using credit, and his tech should have explained that there would be a fee. My question is who pays for things like this with cash? What legitimate company still charges people a fee to use credit? They should at least give a warning up-front so people can have cash in hand. The guy said he would refund that amount, which I still haven't seen come back to my account. And he didn't do anything to resolve the issue with the carpet not being cleaned in the middle of the room. Way too much time was wasted on this! The company kept calling me regularly that they will clean my large rug for $49.50. Finally as I needed some cleaning of a rug I called them and a man arrived with all the equipment and confirmed that the CHARGE will be only $49.50. The work done was satisfactory, however after I paid them with check for $49.50 they instead of cashing the check they made an electronic transfer for $75.50. This, the bank tells me is an outright FRAUD when done without my consent. I am now trying to get the $26.00 that they overcharged me. I hope I can get the amount back. read more

Do not hire this company for your carpet cleaning needs. Their carpet, so called professionals are not trained properly. On Thursday at 1:00, I had 2 rooms and my stairs scheduled for cleaning. The guy didn't even vacuum my carpets after I told him I hadn't had time to vacuum. He brought in his large equipment into my house and proceeded to hooked it up to my kitchen sink. They do not provide their own water like most companies. The stairs and both rooms looked worse then they did before he cleaned them. I wish I could post the pics I took to send the company. They weren't even interested in the pics or asked any questions on what I thought on how his carpet tech could improve. This company is not a professional type service. The service manager only wanted to schedule another day and time for someone else who could come back to redo the work. They could not get me scheduled for later that day or for the next, which was Friday. He had an opening on Saturday or Monday. My guest were do in Saturday morning. I cancelled my get together because the company was having someone coming in on Saturday afternoon at their earliest convenience. In my last two experiences with incompetent carpet techs is one, do not pay them at the beginning of the job. If they ask, do not pay until he is finished. Two, ask questions. Do they pre-spray? Do they take spots out? Ask if they add any additional fees not included in the quoted price. Always walk through with your tech to evaluate his job done. I hope this helps... read more

From the beginning the carpet cleaner was 45 minutes late. When he arrived he was polite, but did not apologize for being 45 minutes late. He asked me to pay in advance which I felt was unusual, but obliged. He bought in the carpet cleaning machine, & connected it to my water line. He said my utility sink was stopped up when he was the one who was stopping it up with his equipment. He did apologize for his incorrect assessment. He then started the carpet cleaning machine and it was not working properly so he went in and out of my house approximately 8X. He then restarted the machine and s foul odor started seeping from the machine. I inquired about the smell, and he said it was from cleaning other houses. The machine retained some of the filthy smells from previous jobs. This was alarming to me since I have been living in my home for 26 years and have had carpets cleaned many times by other venders and I have never smelled any foul orders from the equipment. I asked how long the smell would linger and he said 18 hours. He also stated that he was not sure why the equipment was putting out that horrible, foul smell. So I halted the job and asked him to please leave my house. He refused to provide me a refund & gave me a faulty number to call to get my refund. I ended up canceling the payment on my credit card.this by far was the worst experience I have ever witnessed with a cleaning company. read more

Never never have this company come out. I called to have my area rugs cleaned . The online site says area rugs $20! And includes disinfecting, deodorizing, deforming, color brightened, grooming, pre spraying, pre spotting. The two man team arrived 1 hr and 15 minutes late. The man then told me to use a solution for pet urine was $30 per rug....this is $10 more than the online price advertised just for cleaning for a total of $50 per rug. I told him no, so he then proceeded to tell me that the cleaning would not work for the smell and tried to tell me all of my 5 rugs needed this. Only one has dog urine on it, and it was the only one that had an odor. He then said he had to call the office to check my order for cleaning. My question is doesn't he have the order with him. I finally told him to just forget the cleanings because he was telling me my rugs wouldn't really be disinfected, or deodorized as the website advertised without the extra $30 per rug for the "special solution" to clean the pet odor in one of my rugs. I have to select one star or I cannot post this, but really they get zero stars for trying to rip me off. This was a total waste of my time. I did advise him I will report to BBB, but he doesn't care he told me because that isn't part of his job. Well I beg to differ, he represents this company. After I told him to leave without doing anything he decided to say I needed to pay a $30 trip charge....needless to say I refused to pay advising him the website doesn't advise you will be charged a trip fee. I only used this company because my other carpet cleaning guy had retired. They were timely in getting to me the next day and I can only assume that this is because they are not very busy due to the poor quality of work that they do and lack of returning satisfied customers. I really wish I would have read some reviews before hiring this company. The gentleman that came to my house was very cordial and nice however the work that he did was deplorable. I was told that the cleaning should take 1 hour and 45 minutes - 2 hours to complete. He was done in 50 minutes. He did not pretreat the carpet. He did not vacuum the floor before he started. He did not buff the carpet fibers like I have come accustomed to. I was charged extra to deep clean an area in my office where my dog kennels are located and there is still visible dirt on the carpet. I was quoted a price of $129 for everything excluding tax for 5 rooms and was charged $189 plus tax. The only cleaning service that I was offered was steam cleaning and there were no carpet pads put on wooden furniture and stains are still very visibly noticeable. Bottom Line is that WE CLEAN CARPETS does not CLEAN YOUR CARPET. read more
