As the saying goes "You get what you pay for". Well this is certainly the case with me. There were a few stains on my carpet so I figured I would get all of them cleaned since I am not able to do it. Well...the stains are still there, my carpet is crispy, and my wood floors got wet from their dirty nasty leaking machine and hose. when I told the guy about all the water on my floor, he said "oh I didn't know it was leaking that much". Then I showed him the big puddle in my kitchen.. I said that is a lot of water! He said "yeah that is a lot of water" He goes out to the van, gets a towel that was already appeared to be wet and starts wiping up floors with his boot. Whatever was on that towel now has swipe marks and a haze on my wood floors where he was. So frustrating!! DO NOT USE this company!! read more

You might as well rent a shampooer from the grocer!! The experience: I called for an area rug, runner, and 3 bedroom carpets to be cleaned. The initial response was wonderful. I called on Sunday and surprisingly got a call back in 20 minutes and had an appointment set for the following week. The technician came out as planned; my husband showed him all of the areas that needed to be cleaned. He told us the cost, ran the card and off he went. The guy was doing more talking than cleaning. Was here for about an hour. During this time he explained to us the carpet cleaning process. Would stop the machine to tell us this information. We were told that they use vinegar and water blah blah blah. "I've been doing this for years make x amount per year cleaning carpet." Then 3 sentences later, "They don't keep the machines serviced like they should, and that his machine had something blockedin it, but the machine still worked." Then a bolt FELL off of the shampooer from somewhere. He picked it up said, "See...hahaha." The issue: Our area rugs are very dark and a few hours after he left we noticed this white flaky stuff, he told us this might happen with the vinegar and to just vaccuum it when the rug was dry. We gave the carpet/rugs a few days to completely dry and it looks worse than before. We called to complain no call back, this has been over a month now. read more

Carpets were left wet so couldn't tell if stains were taken care of. Within 2 days, carpets don't look much better, stains still there. Read guaranty on contract: 24 hrs. This company has displayes disagreementory hiring practices. They offered me a job. I attended a 5 day training, worked, and generated new business during my training. While there the van needed new tires, brakes. The machine broke twice. Flooded a customers kitchen. The trainer had no cell phone or way to call customers. So the time I could have spent finding adequate employment to take care of my famy os wasted. Do not use this company unless you read the little fine print. I was horrified when what I thought was going to be a $49 carpet cleaning that turned into $169 in the blink of an eye. I learned my lesson and will always ask if there is fine print. This is a rip off if you are having a carpet cleaned where you have animals. I did not find reviews on Yelp until after I had hired this company. I did not have a bad experience with this company and want to say that perhaps they have improved slightly. If you want to give this company a chance, see my review below. I inquired with many company for many quotes. Their website will give you a quote and I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a minimum price for them to come out, or else... well they charge you the difference if the service you want doesn't meet that amount. I called and they confirmed there was no minimum to be met. They were the cheapest in the area for rug cleaning and since I wasn't too invested in the rug I wanted cleaned, I gave them a shot. If they ruined the rug, I would just stick it in the guest room under the bed, where the bed would cover most of the surface area and no harm done. They did not have a minimum and it was around ~$50 to get my 8x10 ft rug cleaned. There were "surface stains" by the service guys account and he tried to up-sell me a deep cleaning (for $20). I said that it was fine if he couldn't get it out without a deep cleaning and he then agreed that they might come out regardless. They didn't mention needing a sink for the cleaning but a good FYI for those that might use them. They wanted me to move the rug off of my hardwood floors for the cleaning. So I moved them into my breakfast room, to the side of my kitchen, that has tile. Kind of a hassle, especially since all other companies I found offered to move what as needed. They also failed to mention that on top of a sink, they put a hose out of my back door where I guess the overflow went (or something ?) and funneled outside. I was fine with this, thankfully there aren't mosquitoes right now or else that would've been another story. Back up a little, I had a 1pm appointment and at 12pm they said they would be able to come by 2pm or I could reschedule, running late due to another appointment's "really dirty carpets." I told them if they couldn't come by 1pm then to not come and I would reschedule. The guy told me he would call me and let me know. I did not receive a call and they showered up at 1:30pm. The service guy was very friendly and he seemed appreciative of my offer of a beverage. The cleaning took less than an hour and at the end of it, it looked like all the stains came out. However, when the carpet dried, it looked like none of them were gone. I wanted the carpet germ free, more than stain free so I was content with the service. Also mentioned above, I had a plan B and this rug doesn't meant much to me even though it is a nice rug from Pottery Barn. All other quotes were over $100 and one was as high as almost $500. So I would recommend this company if you're in the same mindset as I am/was. The rug seems fine and not ruined. It's 100% wool if that matters and no fraying from the service that I can tell. The person who came out knocked a shelf off my wall and broke the vase & base and did not make me aware. He placed it on bedside table and I found it after he left. He came out on Friday evening. I immediately called their office. I got a voice recording for manager. Manager did call me back on Sat. I explained what happened and he said he would reach out to this person and call me right back. It is now Tuesday and I have heard nothing back. I called yesterday and left another voice mail and still nothing. He had me pay for service ahead of time and I signed on a tablet after using my credit card. Only AFTER signing does it show up in the fine print that the company isn't responsible for any damage or theft done by worker. It also states in the fine print that "Customer has been informed to remove such items from the areas being cleaned prior to service. (That is not true and you don't know when you are signing for payment of services that you are also signing a contract!) VERY deceptive! Bad bad business. read more

Please do not use this company. When they get to your house, the price is different than what was quoted over the phone before the service provider arrived. Then when you call the company to ask for an explanation, the supervisor was rude and he hangs up on you. After which, you end up negotiating with the service provider at your house to come to a number that's close to what you were quoted. Then they do an awful job. It is only after you have paid for a substandard performance, that he informs you that the deep clean to remove all of the grime and stains and anything else on your carpet, is $20 extra. The cleaning process ruined 2 of my rugs. The colors were bleached and a dingy appearance appeared all over. The texture of the rugs was completely changed. I immediately called and reported this finding. The technician came back out and took photos and agreed that my rugs were ruined. He stated that my credit card would be refunded but this never happened. He also said the owner would call me about reimbursing me for the cost of the rugs ($1600). This also never happened. The employee they sent was an hour late, very rude and did not care about what he was doing. My dog had thrown up this morning and I was praying to get same day service so that the stain wouldn't settle in my shag area rug. I called at 9:30am for same day service and the receptionist got me a window between 1pm-3pm. Will showed up at 145/150 finished in about 30/40 min if not quicker and did an amazing job. He was polite, quick, and answered all my questions. My rug looks brand new! I do think the receptionist should let people know it's $49.95 as the base and then it's up to the technician on what treatment he needs to provide based on the stain, but honestly the price is more than reasonable and it's the lowest I found! This is just ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. For one, I waited 3 hours for my guy to come.. I called at an hour.. and they said, he was on his way, and he was stuck in traffic. That it'd be another 10-15 IF I WANTED TO WAIT? like excuse me, I took the day off, had an appt time for a reason, and he still wasn't budgeting to offer anything else. So I waited.. took about another hour and half, almost two. Came in, was really nice guy. But it was all just done too quick, it really worried me. So I wait for it to all dry. The couches are hard as hell.. and, my carpet was hard and still had an odor to it. Plus! I paid for pet odor stuff. I'm not happy with the results, as he left he said call and ask for me, and I'll come back out when needed I'll do a room for free or something. I said great. I've been trying to get ahold of him for 3 days, and not even just him his service manager too, because I can't get directly too him. An I can't get through at all, left voicemails, left messages, and now at this point. The sales representative who directs the call, is rude, interrupted me several times, and now.. they won't pick up my phone number. They anwser and hang up. Called other locations & I still get to the same office. Nobody will pick up. First, they showed up 45 minutes late after calling to confirm. The truck scheduled didn't come. The young man that did show up, Danny, was nice enough, but after leaving I had to get the shop vac to get up excess water and it still took over a day with multiple fans to mostly dry. It was almost like it had been flooded. Once dry the carpet looks like crap. There are areas that show stains where none were before. I paid $162 for this. This company does not steam clean like they advertise! They shampoo and use mostly hot water. Left my carpet so wet we had to get our carpet cleaner out to suck up water and it was black with lots of soap. They sent the same guy out the next day to do it again and had to put a box fan out to help dry it because it was so wet. The carpet looks ok but it feels stiff and crunchy. Had them come out to clean a filthy carpet we had made into a rug in our living area. We have five young kids who have spilled juice and milk. I didn't have high expectations but I will say this is the worst job I've ever had done. I'd expected it to look clean at least for a short while....a week or two. But he didn't even get the stains out initially. I paid $113 for ONE carpet/rug that was aproximately 12 x 19. I've gone over it since he left and had no problem scrubbing up several of the stains he wasn't able to get. Nice guy but quality of cleaning was not at all worth what I paid. read more

This was the first time and the last time I ever use this company. When i called back needing clarity on the bill i kept getting interrupted and was not even able to finish. My bill went from $90 to $210 and was just wanting to know why! She told me and pretty much shamed me on how filthy the carpet was. Probably the worst carpet cleaning company I've ever used. The guy came out, charged extra to deep clean, and admitted that a deep clean would consist of an extra run through with the vacuum. Not my idea of a deep clean. I can understand when some things on a carpet just can't come off, but when I asked why the entire carpet looked the same he said that it was just a heavy traffic area and nothing could take it out. Ironically, I only needed my living room clean for the heavy traffic. After feeling like I had an inexperienced carpet cleaner, I asked for the company phone number and he was unable to provide it because it was only his first week of working. I didn't need someone with a degree in carpet cleaning, but someone experienced could have made a difference. I wish I had something good to say but I don't unfortunately. To start, I was excited to find this carpet cleaning company because, I needed my carpets done quickly. Selling my house & the stager was coming the following afternoon. There would have been @ 24 hrs in between so that would be perfect timing, or so I thought. But with this experience, WHERE should I start! There were several things that went wrong. It began going downhill, when I didn't receive the 1hr "heads up we're on the way" phone call. I called them & found out that my appointment had been cancelled. WHAT! No one associated with me even knew I had the appointment scheduled with them. Well, I found out that they had a wrong contact number for me. They took the phone number from their phone display when I made the appointment. I was calling from my work phone. I SPECIFICALLY told the woman who took my request to please take down my cell number. Well, that didn't happen. So, when they called to let me know they were coming, they called my job - the corporate office at that!! Of course my job told them there was no carpet cleaning appointment. The dispatcher was GREAT! I didn't get his name but he was very sympathetic & told me he would do what he could to help. I greatly appreciated his attitude! Especially since I was freaking out at this point. He was able to find someone to come out within the hour. Sadly, when the cleaning guy got there, the first thing out of his mouth was how he was tired & really didn't feel like doing the job. He had just dropped if his helper in Allen & had to sit in traffic to get to Grand Prairie. If I didn't have someone the very next day coming to stage my home, I would have cancelled him right then! So, I tried to lighten the mood with humor, trying to get him to smile or something positive. Didn't work...he was mentally & physically done for the day & it showed. The guy told us to vacuum the carpet after 8-12 hrs. We waited 15. Their website says, "Our special cleaning process leaves zero residue similar to our competitor ZEROREZ carpet cleaning..." but my carpet was crunchy even though we followed the instructions we were given. It also says they vacuum as they are cleaning but we were asked to vacuum. I'm trying to get my home ready to sell so I was busy in my garage. Vacuuming at that moment was an inconvenience. In one of the rooms he convinced me the carpet needed 'Pet Stain Removal'. All this is at an extra cost !!
