This is a joke of a company. Scheduled with them for 1:30pm. They asked if they could come early, didnt get to my house until 3pm. I had 3 rooms, a small crawl space, and a staircase that I needed done. I told them while scheduling that I needed a deep clean, spot removal and pet odor removed. I was quoted $109 in total. So, the sketchy employee gets to my house. Is very unprofessional ends up walking through and says $338 total. Excuse me? Regardless he was paid. While here on the job he calls a friend says "Hey, I'm in Jersey. Where you at? Oh you're in Jersey too" and proceeds to give a stranger my address where he shows up a few minutes later. The original guy spends less then an hour doing the 3 rooms, crawl space, and stairs. And as I walked through, I can not even tell what he did but soak my carpet and take my money. Do NOT use this scam company. They also quoted us a price and showed up and we had additional charges. After we agreed to get the "better" cleaning (2x price quoted) we were left with a clogged kitchen sink and a scratched bathroom toilet. These people are terrible I don't even know where to begin. We got quotes $109 then when they showed up they said it was going to be $250. I obviously complained and called the company. The agreed to company gave me the original price of $109. The tech then complained that it "wasn't even worth his time" to do it for that price. Hmm... ok.... Bottom line he did a terrible job. I could still pick up handfuls of dust after he cleaned from where dressers had been previously. He said the only way to get rid of that was to get on his hands and knees.... Again... still confused? Isn't that what he is there to do? Also we made a 3:00 appointment. They called and said they would be there at 9:30 am. We ran around getting everything ready they showed up at 11:30? So I call the "service manager" after the appointment to complain about the condition of our carpets. He doesn't answer the phone he only calls people back. He tells me he will check in with the tech and call me back... he never calls me back. I leave a few more messages and finally get a call back. I send him the before and after pictures and he agrees that is not the level of service they provide. He agrees to reschedule another cleaning for Tuesday at 4pm. Someone from dispatch calls at 8:30. We call back, they never call back, no one shows up for the cleaning. I call the service manager again... he says he will call me right back. He never calls me back. This company is a nightmare. We are now almost a week past when I had my carpets cleaned and these issues are still not resolved. Get your money back guarantee.... doesn't exist either by the way. The worst of the worst. They pose as locals, but when they return your calls they call from all different area codes. They charged me $469, did NOT get the pet smell or stains out of my carpet, so they returned in a few days, then sneaked out while I was upstairs and the fan downstairs was turned up to warp speed for their comfort! RUN! DO NOT HIRE WE CLEAN CARPETS. Prices are very deceptive. They provide horrible service and awful customer service. They charge you for carpet cleaning but use your water supply for their cleaning service. Legit professional services have their own water supply. Called for a cleaning, a guy named Rico came out and gave me a "deep" cleaning I never asked for. I called the "manager" which is a answering machine and left a voice message. This is a answering service that 3 different managers answer. Johnathan called me back and instead of listening to the customer his way of handling the problem was to get Rico to call me back. Is Rico the manager here??? Rico called me back and tried to say he asked us if we needed any special attention to any areas which we then responded and said "no not really just the walk way. Nothing extra." Special attention is different than ASKING us if we wanted to PAY EXTRA for deep cleaning needed, extreme cleaning, pet order elimination etc. This is how they get you and steal extra money for the service from you. Rico did not inform us his question would cost us money. Rico also left a pool of water in my kitchen after he used our water and kitchen to hook up and clean the carpets. I've gotten my carpets cleaned many times since I have a dog and never did it take a day and a half for my carpets to dry. I called We Clean Carpets to clean my dining room chairs, when the driver arrived he up-sold me on getting our living room and dining room cleaned as well for $20.00 per room extra with scotch guard. I had just cleaned my carpets the day before with our personal rug cleaner so why not have them deep cleaned. The technician was cleaned my chairs and rugs for approximately 30 minutes. He left and the rugs were soaked and we couldn't walk on them for 2 hours, just enough time for him to get out of dodge. When the chairs and rugs dried there were wet stains as if they were in a flood the rugs also had tire marks from the cleaner. I called We Clean Carpets to have the technician come back out to redo the chairs and received no call back. I called and left a message on two other occasions again no call back. I called one last time but this time using my wife's phone number and wanting to order service. What do you know, a call back within 3 minutes! When I told the customer service person why I was calling, she stated that she just does the scheduling, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold until the lie disconnected 23 minutes later. I disputed my credit card payment and with my phone records I was able to get the charge reversed. I was able to get the stains out of the rug by using CAPTURE dry cleaner but I am a little hesitant to use it on my chairs. Very very disappointed in the carpet cleaning. First complaint is technician does not move furniture as I was told. Cleaned around the furniture. Spent no time on job.....was here a total of 30 minutes to clean 3 rooms. Cleaning power of machine used was not even strong enough to pile the pile of the carpet. You can still the marks from the furniture legs that I moved myself. Technician only put plastic under legs of chairs after I requested. The only recommendation that I would give anyone is to not use We Clean Carpet. read more

Truck 1 came out to do the work on what i thought was for two bedrooms and two set of stairs when he came he said it was for 1 bedroom and two set of stairs. He suggested a deep cleaning and the price jumped up by almost 100 dollars. Once we stated that that we would not pay for it he called his supervisor and thesupervisor corrected the price and the job was done. The worker did it quickly and it turned out good. Caution! Bait and Switch - "We Clean Carpet" will quote you one price but add additional charges once they arrive. At the time of scheduling our rug cleaning no one in their office mentioned that we would have to pay tax or there could be additional charges associated with the cleaning such as $49 to spray "Urinex" chemical treatment to clean the rug. We were quoted $49.50 for cleaning a 4' x 6' area rug and ended up paying $57.24. $49.50 + 3.96 tax + 3.78 environmental fee. Payment First Cleaning Second! "We Clean Carpet" wants the customer to pay them first before they clean your rug. They only accept credit or debit cards. I never pay anyone until I am satisfied with the service. We needed a 4' x 6' area rug cleaned. There was a bad odor emanating from it and we told the office at the time of scheduling and the tech when he arrived. The carpet was cleaned and deodorized but the odor remained. The tech said it would go away when the rug dried so we draped it over a ladder turned on the A/C and had a fan blow on it for about six hours. The odor still remained. We called John, dispatcher/service manager and was told we had to have the rug treated with "Urinex." He told us that would cost $49 but since the tech did not offer that at the time of the initial cleaning we will only charge you $29. He did not mention there would be tax and an environmental fee added on. The companies warranty states "We will get your carpet or upholstery clean or your job is for FREE!" We explained to him his policy but he ignored what we asked. He would not stand behind the companies printed words. We scheduled an 11 am appointment on October 7th. On that day 11 am came and went we called John and was told he was sending over a supervisor to make sure the job was done right. and to wait, he was on his way. Four hours later after numerous telephone calls, a tech not a supervisor, shows up. The tech was a concrete contractor from Florida that arrived two weeks ago and took this job to pay his bills. He had no prior experience cleaning carpets. The tech could not change the price on his iPad to the discounted price so we wasted another 20 minutes while he fiddled with it. He then told us he would accept a check. At this point we decided we had enough and cancelled the second cleaning. We are now disputing the initial charge with our credit card company "We Clean Carpet" did not stand behind their guarantee, made us pay undisclosed additional charges, use untrained technicians, does not keep the customer informed, and did not try to correct their mistakes. First of all the person showed up 3 hours later, i scheduled them for 9 am and at 8;30 somebody from the company called and said that he will be 2 hours late.Coming 11 am still nobody, then i see a truck parking at 12 ,so asked the guy why it took him 3 hours to get to my house, he looked at me and said that thats not true, he is not late and that i wasn't for 9 am on his schedule.Almost 7 hours later my entire second floor that has carpets is still soaking wet.Do not use this company.Its better to pay a little more but to have it done professionally read more

I just used this company for 2 different rental properties where college students lived. Sharif was the man that came out. He was professional, very personable and did a great job! I loved the clean citrus smell throughout the houses and was very pleased to know that they use organic cleaners. The price is unbeatable and I'm very pleased with the service from this company. Will definitely be using them again!! Just wanted to add... I only received one of the receipts in my email. I called and Sara handled my issue immediately! I hired them to clean a living room carpet and hallway in a rental apartment on 05/13/2019. Cost quoted was $49.50. The carpet in the living room had two dirty spots. As soon as the cleaning technician saw them, he said it would cost an extra $25.00 which he said was half of the regular $50.00 fee for "deep cleaning". I watched the cleaning technician clean the carpet and I didn't really see anything that looked like he did anything extra like deep cleaning. I actually had to ask him to clean one of the spots a second time. There's a bottom line that one should expect with We Clean Carpets... they really should call themselves: We Fleece You which means don't EVER expect to pay what they quote you. I had to have the carpet cleaned that day so tenants could move in. If given the opportunity and the choice, I'd have told the cleaning technician to pack up and get out however, I needed the carpet cleaned at that moment. If asked if I'd ever recommend We Clean Carpet, my answer is an emphatic: NEVER EVER. This is the second time I used them and I will NEVER EVER use them again. When I used them the first time, just like this time, they always charge more than the service you think you're buying. I should have learned from my first experience. Let me repeat, I will NEVER EVER use We Clean Carpets again. They don't tell you about the environment fee which is a real "RIP-OFF". On the receipt, the environmental fee is described as: "covers the cost of electronic paperless processing, disposal of waste water from your home collected by our in tank filters and the use of environmentally friendly green products such as pure citrus deodorizer. 1. Since they're not providing me with a paper receipt, they're already saving and the assertion that the environmental fee covers the cost of electronic paperless processing is absolutely ridiculous. We're in the 21st century. Electronic paperless processing is the norm. 2. The cleaning technician attached a connection from their cleaning machine to the drain in the kitchen sink of the apartment and waste water went down the drain. I question how much waste water was collected in their tank filters. 3. They only give ONE example of environmentally friendly green products identified as deodorizer. I declined any deodorizer which comes with an additional charge. So, did I get any type of benefit from their alleged environmental rip off? I seriously, SERIOUSLY, doubt it. read more

I was having people at my new Townhome for the first time and hadn't realized how dirty my carpet had gotten in just a year of living (me and my husband.) This fly by night carpet cleaning scam is one of the good old-fashioned scams. They have their bright yellow van riding around town looking for hard working suckers like me. All I wanted was my carpets cleaned. You call tell them which rooms they give you a quote then show up and try to convince you that your carpets are far worse than the price quoted over the phone. I fell for the deep cleaning which of course was an upcost but not double the price that he tried to get once he arrived. After he completed the carpets he started packing up his things. By the time I went upstairs to check on his work then came back downstairs homeboy was GONE! He was nowhere to be found. The job was trash. It looked like he put water on them then left. I called to speak to a supervisor and he was supposed to come out to see the job. After 2 attemps in 2 weeks he never showed up. I called to get a refund but of course I didn't get a return call back. Be aware of companies that can dispatch a technician on the same day that you call them. RUN FAR FAR AWAY. read more

Area rugs were picked up from my home, steamed, and rolled up wet. They said that they would be returned the next day, but it took weeks for them to be returned. Needless to say, they were completely musty and moldy, not to mention, they didn't appear to have even be vacuumed or deodorized, which is part of the standard service. Two months of calls back and forth to try to get this resolved with management being absolutely useless - THREE times, a manager did not show up for a scheduled resolution appointment. In addition, they charged me 50% more than quoted, before they even picked up the carpets - so it's not like they determined that some additional service was needed. One positive note - the service provider was certainly friendly. Unfortunately that doesn't do much to compensate for a completely botched job. I was unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, and had to dispute charges through my credit card. Shameful. I'm left with three ruined rugs, including one heirloom piece. A receptionist will answer the phone, transfer us to dispatch where you'll wait on hold for ten minutes or more, then a return will be scheduled and no one will show up. hi--i just had our carpet cleaned by your associate tony--I would like to provide some feedback to my experience: 1: arrived 40-45 minutes late: while things happen This is the first impression. Tony was friendly enough, but should have offered an" I'm sorry for holding up your time" 2: Carpets were well cleaned but quite damp and with soapy (slippery) feel. Looks like system did not rinse well---I don't know how this will leave the carpet, but I think the soap residue will be a bit slippery--I also have a 77 year old in the house that I had to confine to the upstairs for fear of falling. 3: the machine leaked on my kitchen floor--a vintage oak Parquet --and the water remained on one spot (under the machine) and warped the slats on 2 tiles. 4: while things happen when I mentioned this to Tony he apologized but the correct response should have been to take a pic and offer to file a claim as I will now have to deal with this issue. so I started with dirty carpet and flat wood floor and finished with clean slippery carpet and buckled floor..... VERY SKETCHY company! They were scheduled for 1:00. They called two hours earlier when I wasn't home and asked if they could come earlier, but I had to say no since I wasn't home. They didn't show up at 1 when they were scheduled, and no call. I waited a while and called at 1:30 because I planned my whole day around this and had other things to do. No answer, no call back. So at 2:00 I called again. Someone answered and when I said the technician was an hour late, he said "what if we gave you a three hour window like other companies?" I said I would have called someone else. He said he'd have the technician call me. A few minutes later the technician who called to ask if he could come early called and said he didn't know about the job but he would leave from Philly (40 minutes away) to come. I said what the heck are you talking about? I spoke with you and you knew you had a 1:00 appointment. I said forget it, my day is shot. Then someone identifying himself as the owner of the company -- the same guy that answered around 2:00 -- got nasty and rude and claimed I was the one being rude! I'm on my way to rent a carpet cleaner. This company is the worst, not just in service but in the way they treat customers. I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned 9 days in advance to make sure I could get them done on the last Saturday before my lease ended, due to the fact that I had started a new job and could not get time off during the week. At 8:45 on the day they were to arrive, I call to confirm they would be there at 11 AM since I hadn't heard from them. Dispatch said they were not going to be able to do them because two trucks were down. When I said I needed them done for an end of lease, he said they could maybe do them between 4 and 6 PM, but I should call around and see if I could get someone else. I spent 2.5 hrs calling other places instead of doing the other million things left to do after moving. When I couldn't find anyone, I called to ask if they could come at 8 AM one day during the week so I could go to work a little late. Dispatch said he had good news and they could come between 4 and 6 that day. I waited until 6:45. No one came or called. They wasted an entire half day of my time!!! Unfortunately I had a horrible experience my carpets are not clean they look the same as before they were cleaned the price I was told while ordering the service was incorrect the price to clean my carpets was double then the operator did not inform me that the technician did not take cash then when the tech arrived his equipment was not working he tripped my outlets it was a mess he was here for hours doing nothing but wetting my carpets. Then I called when my carpets dried and asked if they could come back to clean my carpets they told me Saturday but it snowed so they said today which is Monday. I received a call from a new technician and he said that he would be here at 9:30am and never showed up then the same technician that came the first time called me with so many stories but said that he would come back and redo the carpets that was at 10am and he never showed up at all and I needed my carpets cleaned for Tuesday and because they never called me back I waited for them I even called the cell numbers back and no one answered so I am a unhappy customer they did a shitty job says my landlord now I am on my way to Walmart to get a rug doctor because my technician Mike did not to the job. For the price I paid I could have called Stanley Steemer and wouldn't have to deal with Unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. I guess that's what I get for trying to use a neighborhood company.
