If I could rate them -13 I would. They didn't show up for the first appointment to look at my home. Said it was miscommunication. Second appointment Warren over 45 minutes late. Then I scheduled a deep clean around $500. I called in a number of times prior to the scheduled visit. On the day before the scheduled visit I called at 12:30p to be told they didn't have the crew to do my job that they couldn't do it for two more weeks. They always have a reason. It's a holiday week. Don't use this company. I asked them to come clean my house while I was out of town. I let them know the house was tiny, no clutter, clear surfaces, and I'd been washing walls and baseboards already (we were having a guest stay). I only needed the bathroom cleaned and the floors mopped. When I got the bill they charged me for 7 1/2 hours! I could have cleaned my house and painted the walls in that time! (I'm not exaggerating, you should see my house.) Not only that but they left all the pictures askew (so clearly not slow and meticulous) and left clean dishes (that I had done) sitting on the counter. In 7 1/2 hours you'd think they could have put them away. My usual cleaners can clean my whole house (including the basement, which these people didn't touch), change sheets and do windows in 2 hours. When I politely asked for detail of the clean they would hardly communicate with me and only said "that's what our cleaners put on their time cards." I was so frustrated. I had a very different experience with this cleaning service than other reviewers. We Clean Everything was the most thorough cleaning service I have ever used and they were reasonably priced as well. I intend to use their services again. read more

As cleaners - ok. As business people - HORRIFIC!!! Should be put out of business. I had an initial walk through w the owner, Warren and I was VERY clear about what I needed and didn't need cleaned. I was told they would do the 1st cleaning then decide what the charge would be for on-going, and I would decide based on that how often I wanted them to come. The women who cleaned did an ok job, but the 2nd time, upon showing them again what I DIDN'T want done, they cleaned 1/2 of what was scheduled, worked less than 1/2 the time, and I was then billed more than I paid the 1st time. Multiple phone calls and emails later to clarify their mis-billing, I was threatened, told I was wrong, and that if I didn't pay now an additional charge for late fee (bc THEY had not returned my calls!), my account would be turned over to collections. I never signed an agreement with them. read more

I agree with the previous folks. I tried them out and was happy with the things they did get done. But there were many things that were done incorrectly or not done all together. To top it off, I was charged an extra $78 for extra work - that was already listed in my contract? Stay away from these guys. read more

I would give 0 starts if it were possible. This company is living in the cave days. The story is too long to get into and quite frankly they are not worth my time. Owner is extremely unprofessional. He took it upon himself to send me a personal email to attack my character after I communicated with the woman who "runs" the show there or whatever you would call it. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever come across. This is why some businesses succeed and others do not. Would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Several times I emailed them pictures the day following our office cleaning (2 times) and finally gave them 30 day notice and they STILL didnt clean as agreed. I asked for them to please contact me and discuss an explination of the cleaning and to resolve it.. NOTHING PEEPS!! I refused to pay the 400.00 until I recieved communication back and instead they sent me another invoice and when I again asked for communication -- they sent it to collections. If you would like more info or for me to show communication or pictures then reach out and I will provide. We now pay more money for cleaning and let me tell you its so worth it. I am a small business owner and we hired We Clean Everything to be our cleaning crew. After a walk through and detailed instructions they failed to clean per the contract. I gave them several chances, giving feedback and further instruction. The final straw was after a 3rd week in a row of the common areas not being vacuumed or cleaned prior to Monday am, I called to inquire and they said that they had switched the days they come to clean, which essentially took away our cleaning that started off the week. The days for cleaning are clearly outlined in a written contract, which they do not have the authority to change, nor was I asked or informed. I terminated the contract immediately. Upon receiving the final invoice, I saw, once again, I was charged the full monthly charge. I contacted the company via email to request a credit based on the missed cleanings and that I would then be happy to pay the final bill. I received a response that acknowledged my email and said she would have to get approval and would get back to me. 23 days later, I had not heard back from the company, and I received a call from a 3rd party collector regarding the bill-(full amount). I contacted the company by phone (leaving a VM) and by email stating my disappointment with their company, and that I am still happy to pay the bill as long as someone from the office contacts me, and that if I don't hear from them and collections is pursued, I will dispute the full bill. 24 hours later, I still have not heard from them. Again, as a small business owner, we take pride in going above and beyond to contact our clients by every method we have available to us when a bill is outstanding, for several months, to maintain a respectful relationship, before we take more drastic action. From the services this company provides, to the lackluster attitude of the crew manager, to their administrative practices, I find this to be a company that operates shamefully. I have now hired a franchisee from Cirrus cleaning who so far has been diligent and shows concern that he is performing the job up to expectation. I would recommend this company. We've appreciated the team at We Clean Everything for almost three years now. Their cleaning is satisfactory. They've been fabulous to adjust their schedule around our vacation times, etc. On the rare occasion the team was held up on traffic and was running late, they called to let me know. We've had one billing issue during our time (a misunderstanding on our part), and the office was patient and courteous while explaining their policies. read more
