I felt the carpet how after it was cleaned to see how damp it was, and I noticed the moisture was very sticky. What I didn't like is that they do not use a hot water extraction to rinse the carpet cleaner up. And the person cleaning the carpet, never took his shoes off. So walking outside with the sticky residue and back inside the house and on the carpet seems not good idea to me. The carpet clean, but doesn't feel as soft as it did. I did not like seeing the big buffer machine. Seems like that would wear the carpet fibers down. read more

He put a towel down to dry his feet before walking to other parts of the house, he was careful with the big machines, he treated my home like his own. Finally found my go-to carpet cleaners! I have quite a few dogs and they were able to get up some serious stains from my carpet to almost the point of looking new. (Trust me this is an accomplishment!) I've also been somewhat prejudiced again chemical clean over steam clean but not having damp carpets for 24-48 hours afterwards (as opposed to about 4 hours) was a real treat. We decided to get the carpets cleaned, but the last few times we tried coupon deals in the monthly coupon clipper and was never impressed. Guys who look like ex-cons with old beater trucks show up and they pump so much water and the next day its still wet. One company just pressured my wife to upsell her other services every five minutes. We were not sure how this low water chemical process would work, but we took a chance. Aamon was on-time, he helped me move the few larger items that we wanted cleaned under with a smile. We had six rooms a hallway and three small area rugs cleaned and the total was $210.00 with a $30 discount on Yelp. His price was at least $150 less than Gallagher's quoted price of $330.00 on the phone which was bound to go up with the small extras. He didnt upsell, he didn't measure and say its larger than expected. He didnt give us nonsense about needing extra for the two stairs to our living room. I never met him before, nor did anyone other than my fellow Yelper's recommend him. No games, an honest businessman, and friendly too. Most impotantly, the carpets look and smell great! This was my first experience with carpet cleaners and it was fantastic. A friend from work recommended this place and I am so glad we decided to go with them. They were on time, efficient, pleasent, affordable and just nice people and a nice company. Two guys showed up and were in and out in under 30 minutes. Our cat had been having a problem - which is why I finally broke down and got the carpets cleaned - and they took care of it right away. It cost a bit more (like $25) to get that treatment but it was worth it! No more smell!! We only had our family room and hallway cleaned plus the cat treatment and it was under $125! That makes me happy. We will certainly use them again to clean our bedrooms, but we don't have enough "open" space to get the whole house cleaned at once. read more

I have never left a review before, but am so disappointed. We hired heavens best to clean our carpets and windows. Our home is less than two years old and in good shape. Scheduling the appointment was great...Ammon was very friendly and we were able to get our service scheduled within a few days. The two crew members showed up on time, which I appreciated. Both were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I was told that it would take about 6 hrs to complete the job and the guys were done in 3hrs. I had one quarter sized makeup stain on the carpet, which they were unable to get clean. I half expected that, but was still disappointed. After they left, we opened up what windows we could reach (without walking on our wet carpets) and found that our window tracts were still dirty, some even still had dead bugs in them. There were also several dark drip marks down the walls under most of our windows that had not been wiped up, and an entire black handprint left on one wall. Our bathroom door had a black drip mark down the front. This morning, as I tried to water my flowers, I got drenched by my hose as the crew disconnected my sprayer and broke it. Unfortunately, even though my windows and probably carpet are cleaner than they were before, they are not nearly as clean as I would have expected for paying well over $400. Sadly, I will be looking for another company the next time I need this type of service. read more
