Wow! What a great company. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, extremely hard working! Company called a few days before service to confirm appointment. 2 cleaners showed up 10 minutes before they were to start. They worked for 4 hours straight and even cleaned the outside windows and front door which was not asked for or expected! Very very very impressed! Hi, We contacted Ellen on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment. We had an open house set up for Sunday and realized we needed help. Ellen was quick to respond and was able to help us with short notice. Salvatore and Maria were very pleasant and professional, They listened to the issues we had and were very straight forward - we like that. They suggested they do the deep cleaning in the kitchen & bathrooms first as it would take more time. They did a great job! They helped make our open house a success. They were very expensive and only did an okay job. I was very specific about what areas I wanted them to focus on. They did a great job on the first room and seemed to run out of steam. They have many excuses, saying areas were unclean-able, but I was able to get these areas clean one I went back over them. read more

I had a friend staying over for the weekend and needed to clean my place up ASAP. Did some research, and stumbled upon We Clean LA. I was so relieved to get in touch with a live person who was very, very helpful! (Her name is Ann) I had a crew come out literally the next day so an A+ for them being able to accommodate me on such short notice. The crew who came by were super duper sweet, getting all the nooks and crannies in my apartment. I didn't even realize that they can do laundry, which was such a huge relief as I don't have much time to get laundry done due to my crazy work hours. I did a brief walk thru with the crew and took off to run some errands. By the time I came back, I felt like I was walking into a brand-new place. It felt as if I got room service in a hotel room, with nicely folded towels and all! They even replenished the soaps in all my soap dispensers. YES!! First of all let me give you a tiny back story......and normally I don't take much time typing reviews just to say good or bad but I'm so ecstatic right now and it's well deserved. I've gone through 3-4 housekeepers in a month. My last one left my home looking WORSE than when she arrived. Placed my dirty dishes all over my kitchen counter, my kitty litter scooper on my kitchen counter inside of my spaghetti strainer IT WAS A DISASTER. I work well over 40 hours a week and don't have much down time to clean because I'd like to rest. So I was on the hunt for someone to come clean this weekend because I couldn't stand the mess the last lady had created. I spent 2 hours just reading reviews on companies and trying to get past my "phobia" of the fact no one would ever be able to clean this place I found we clean LA and saw they had good reviews and thought well That's gotta be a good sign. When I called the woman was SO KIND and SO UNDERSTANDING of what I'd just gone through not to mention she listened to my vent about my past experience. She assured me that would never happen with them and they'd be able to fix the disaster created. Not only that she even got me an appointment for THAT AFTERNOON which made me the happiest person in the world. I stepped out for a little bit and called to ask for a maybe just a 15 minute call before they were heading to my home which she so kindly let me know was no problem. They called 15 mins before and when i got home I felt terrible because they beat me there but when I ran upstairs the employees were still so kind and so understanding. They saw the disaster the last woman had created and got right to work. I expressed a few things that I really wanted done and they were nothing short of positive and kind about doing it. Not to mention I was dealing with something over the phone and happened to be yelling at someone so when I hung up and apologized they were so nice about it and understood. I thought my cat ran away so I left my house to look for her, I felt more than comfortable leaving them there. Then when I came back they let me know they'd found my cat under the couch hiding. Just the energy these employees provided along with their hard work and kindness made the experience 20 times better, not to mention when they were done I was so happy with the outcome. My home smelled amazing, looked amazing and my floors finally were clean. They even did two different mop and sweeps on my hardwood this is the kind of company that you're willing to pay without regret and employees that you're willing to pay extra because of their work. I'll most definitely be using them again. I have to organize my home still and the cleaning they provided makes me organizing 20 times less painful and 20 times easier. read more

So I just opened up a Yelp account so I could specifically write a review for this company. I have one word for the ladies at the office and the crew that cleaned my house...AMAZING !! I had many companies to choose from for a cleaning service but for some reason I decided to go with this one and boy am I glad I did! My house is spotless, my floors are shiny, my kitchen appliances look brand new and I could go on. Being a working mom I find it difficult to cook, clean, work and take care of my kids so I'm glad I have help with the cleaning portion of my workload! I would just like to start off by saying how picky I am when it comes to using any type of cleaning service. I've had horrible experiences in the past and have found most of them to be a waste of time and money until I came across this company. They were so sweet and pretty much took care of the entire thing for me, all I had to do was call in. The individuals that arrived to my home provided a wonderful service and I couldn't be any happier with their quality of work. For once I didn't have to go over everything that was already "cleaned".
