This was my experience, The team and facility sound and look very professional. Initially I came in to the team offering a diagnostic with no charge since I've already had it diagnosed at the dealership stating my issue is the ABS module specifically. (To which We Fix It has a copy) 1 - I was recommended by We Fix It to replace my rotors and break pads first to which I was told that would most likely will fix my issue. Their asking price was around $720 which I left and fixed it elsewhere only paying $322 and saving $398... 2 - This had not resolved my ABS issue like they said, which brought me back to We Fix It. I had spoken to We Fix It and told him what had happened and also asked to resolve the issue with 2 belts that were worn out. I had later received a text stating that the issue is indeed the ABS system (although the dealership has already stated that prior to seeing We Fix It) and asked for a price of $5200. I offered to bring the parts to which they still asked $1,400 in labor...I declined. 3 - Assuming that I would get an estimate like the ABS parts, that I would also get an estimate on the belts...I did not. The team had already installed 2 new belts (OE Continental) which I was asked to pay about $284 (roughly $60 more or less per belt). Although I see that the same belt is about $20 at AutoZone. 4 - I had disagreed with We Fix It over the phone as to why they could ask to confirm if I wanted the ABS parts changed but not ask if I wanted to change the belts at that price. I was told that I can put the old ones back on but that I would still have to pay a fee for their labor (which I had not given them confirmation to change in the first place) estimating around $150 more or less. I was told that I would have to wait until the next day in the evening to pick my car up. We came to an agreement that I would pay $185 and take the car with the new belts the same day, out of fear of leaving my car at We Fix It due to the frustration and comments through our conversation. - Ironically, as I was paying at the register an old man walks up asking to pick up his car that needed an oil change. They told him that it would be around $500... He replied "$500? What did you do paint my car!?". Neither of the 2 mechanics at the register had an answer nor a response... Conclusion - We Fix It offered to do a free diagnosis but I was getting side comments for that when I declined to pay their absurd prices! I was told it could be one issue which they would charge me an absurd amount only to that not being the issue and that it could be something else for an absurd amount! I went ahead and fixed my ABS issue elsewhere (like the dealership had already said) for roughly $520 saving $4,680! Although they looked and seemed very professional initially, I left feeling that I was being taken advantage of and played. Thank you for your time. read more

I hadn't been diligent about replacing filters and I knew it was also about time for some fluids. I had a ballpark estimate from the dealership and so I had a sense of how much it would cost. They sent me the details of the report that objectively explains why they chose the things they chose to recommend that I service or replace. I agreed with every one of their choices. They didn't add anything extra on and that was really important. We Fix It Auto Repair is terrific. They paid for a Lyft for me to get a pedicure (and a lunch... when I chose We-Fix-It to do all work). Brought my 2013 VW bug in looking for an estimate on a problem i had already gotten a quote on. I brought it in at 8 am and had several phone calls throughout the day from the owner trying to convince me to fix things that had nothing to do with the problem i brought it in for.They tried to charge me over $2000 for various issues that my car does not have including an 80k mile service when my car only has 60k miles on it. We've gotten a couple postcard coupons, in the last few months and called to double check the rate and asked about tire rotation cost. The gentleman was friendly, helpful and professional all at once. So, I made an appt. for the next morning and everything went as planned! Once I got there, he said it'd be about an hour. Yay! He was right! Clean lobby and the people were people -people, you know, the genuine caring kind. I found the prices good and reasonable. Unlike other many places there was no (hinted at) pressure to change the filters. I knew it'd be brought up since my filters are 3 yrs old, and the way it was mentioned made me decide to get them changed. Yay! Good for me! Another thing, it's been a very long time since seeing a waiting area with magazines that included non-car/truck/racing themes. I enjoyed reading "Real Simple" and "Phoenix Magazine" while appreciating the free coffee. I had rated this company a 3 star my first experience because I felt pricing was quoted a little high. I take that back!! I recently went to another auto repair shop to have my car looked at last month because I had really bad vibrations that were not normal. The shop told me it would be close to 2k to fix the motor mounts but told me It wasnt a big deal and I could still safely drive. Two weeks later my front motor mount BROKE off and my car was not drivable. That's when I called you fix it because I remember coming here about a year ago for an oil change and I knew they had financing available and knew it was going to be a costly repair. I had my car towed to the shop. The guy Jaden that worked there went above and beyond and assured that they will give me a loaner car in the meantime while my car was being fixed. It was an overall good experience. I was very pleased that the one motor mount only cost under $400 with installation. They Did not push me to get all of them done. While I had my car there I had them do everything else that needed to be done. They even changed my turning signal bulb and license plate light bulbs for free without asking. I could not be happier with my experience at this shop. I had a few random lights in my car that went out pretty close to each other. The owner responded to my text right away and got me set up with an appointment. When I arrived at the shop I was immediately greeted and was taken care of right away. They not only changed all the lights in my car- they also ran diagnostics to make sure nothing else was going on (and there wasn't, thank goodness). I'm impressed there but they went even above and beyond and washed/vacuumed my car. All of this was done is less than an hour with the best service- they next day I was even followed up with to make sure everything was going well. So my car wouldn't start and I took the car to them for removing a couple bolts I couldn't remove and a crank no start condition. 3 weeks and 30+ hours of diagnosis later they still couldn't figure out my problem. Now I have my car back and come to find out they broke a few harnesses and my data link connector is out of its bracket and hanging with wiring exposed. Almost 700 dollars later and I now have to SPEND more money just to repair the damages they caused before I can even fix the damage car myself!!! Only reason they are getting a 3 star is because they got the bolts out and replaced my toe arms. This place took 700 dollars and I have to fix their screw ups. I got ripped off. I switched here from automation Toyota tempe who put the wrong oil on my car. I witnessed who I believe was the owner help a singly struggling mom with her bill after she got her car fixed. I was talking with her and she was having some financial troubles and the guy at the register basically took care of this woman's bill. It almost brought me to tears seeing how thankful she was and also seeing that there are still good people in this world that aren't just trying to screw people over. I 100% recommend this shop. I had my car under the care of we-fix-it-auto repair. First time having a car didn't know any better. Only 20 years old trusted the words of the employees. Only to have continuous issues with my vehicle. Spending thousands in repair and labor for my car to no longer start. Told I have a 3 year warranty. My car will work. They'll " take care of me" " not screw me over" trying to sell the car , after being told I can pass down the warranty and now I can't. They tell me I can only use the warranty for my name and the car itself knowing it's a piece of shit after they " worked on it." Even getting the car back after 2 weeks it still looked the same as if it wasn't even touched. Told I would have free towing but, had to pay to receive the car back. I feel truly played by this company. If your a young woman or woman in general don't go here. A bunch of guys pretending to men that only take your money and leave you fucked. read more
