We scheduled the moving date, signed a contract, and were ready to go! On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. Overall we had a good experience with iron/back movers and would use them again for our next move!

No one has had any issue, they show up when they say they're going to, communicate well, can handle small to big jobs, and they work hard and do a great job. There were red flags I ignored and shouldn't have. We called twice and got two different rates…read morewithin the same day. 100/hr cash 120/hr card first rate we received, these rates hiked up to 135 cash 175 card. We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. However... it was up three floors. Elvin and Milton showed up, worked quickly and efficiently. Like Samson from the Bible, or something from the Lord of the Rings, these two chaps were carrying things I did not know was physically possible.
