Without bee swarm
Joseph C.

We had an amazing unusual experience at our home last month. A traveling swarm of honeybees took up temporary residence under my sagos palm fronds in my front garden . I called for help after first trying the Irvine Police Department, County Vector Control and my HOA. All told me I was on my own. There are two gentlemen that humanly remove bees for a reasonable price. They told me to wait a few days and the swarm would probably leave on its own. Lo and behold, the bees left

A nightmare from start to finish. So disappointed I hired this company, when there are cheaper options out there, and sometimes bee removal is even free. When they came to do the job, they completely botched it... see the photo attached, after they performed their work and treatment, in the middle of the night we found the interior bedroom wall was cracked and letting a swarm of bees inside the house! Horrifying in the middle of the night. This indicates that they didn't even remove the bees, when they said they did. A year later, we are seeing bees swarming outside the house at the exact same area as before, but We Save Bees refuses to honor the stated 24-month warranty or do anything about this whatsoever. They claim the bees are in a new location, just by looking at some cell phone photos. They refuse to even come out to our house to take a look physically. They actually offered me the same service again for the exact same price as last time! So insulting. The bees are literally back in the same exact area as they were last year. I'm beyond disappointed.

Can't believe this was in our walls!

Hutch and Christopher were absolutely amazing! So incredibly knowledgeable. We are so thankful and this we save bees company for their kindness to bees and excellent customer service. Anyone who needs help with a bee infestation should call them. They share, in detail, what they've done with photos and emails as well as explaining in person. They are such pros who truly care about bees and the job. Thank you again, Hutch and Christopher and We Save Bees team! :)

Our swarm being gently removed by Dan.
Kohlby H.

Dan was so communicative over the course of the process. From setting up an appointment, to answer my many questions before hand. He was super kind and gentle to the bees. I didn't want just another insect "pro" out here killing the bees. Dan was delicate, and methodical, treating the bees like the important members of our world that they are. #savethebees. Not only was he thorough, but he was fun to work with. He took plenty of video and pictures, even texted us mid-removal so we could watch (and record) all the cool processes of bee rescue. It was a very interactive process and super fun to watch. I will only use Dan's small business for bee needs moving forward.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and to their word We Save Bees helped helped relocate a huge hive in a smoker barrel located in an awkward location with estimated 60k bees. It took a couple sessions due to rain and needing extra muscle to get the barrel out from its tight spot. My favorite part was earning a "barrel" of honey from the adventure. Thank you Dan, Christopher, Hutch, and John. Great team!

It's hard to see but they are in a pile on the parkway

Didn't end up requiring their service as the bees were in the city's jurisdiction. But they were quick to respond and offered a good deal. I love that they save the bees and do t kill them. They were also concerned about how the city was going to handle to situation and said they were gonna follow up on their own to educate them about safe relocation of our lovely bees. It was so cool. The bees were huddled on the ground. He explain the Queen was down there resting because she had little wings and is too fat.

Found a very fresh hive on the side of my home in an old utility box. We save bees had someone out within 24 hours!! Emberlin patiently removed the bees and listened and answered my millions of questions. I was so thankful to find We save Bees, and it brings me great peace to know the little hive is off to somewhere safe. Communication and payment was effortless. Highly recommend. Relocate, don't terminate! Save the bees!

The lid on the can wasn't closed all the way... surprise we have a hive!

Always very helpful, reliable and kind. We get bees in our yard every year or two and I always go to Dan for advice and removal.

PEGGY H (Trabuco Canyon, CA): I was gone for vacation for about 2 weeks, when I came home to a large beehive (about the size of a soccer ball) attached to my roof! I immediately began researching and contacting many bee companies within the area, and We Save Bees/Bee Man Dan were the fastest to respond. It was evident right away that all the employees in these companies would be very accommodating and patient with me during this stressful time. I first spoke to Loree on the phone where I stated my problem and concerns. By sending her pictures via text, I got my estimate right away. Then the next day, someone already came to solve the problem! They took down the hive really quickly, and they reassured me that the bees would be put in a good home. The next day, they came by once again to do a thermal scan of the roof area to make sure there was not another hive forming inside my roof (thank goodness there wasn't!) Overall, they were such a great company to work with! I highly recommend their services if anyone else has a bee problem. Their service was so accommodating and speedy.

Small hive

We had a swarm in our lemon tree. Dan was great, saying the bees might leave on their own. They did leave the lemon tree but started to make a hive in our tumbling composter. Dan coached us in ways we could get them to leave, trying to save us the cost of a removal, which was fantastic, but in the end the bees went back to the lemon tree and started another hive. So he did come and remove it, explained everything and now we are bee-less and much more educated about bees. Honestly the experience of getting to watch close-up and learn about bee behavior was worth more than the removal fee. He let me take video of it all, and sent me his videos too, which were extremely close up. They are fascinating.

Not Tide Pest! They nailed it. I had an awful problem with pantry moths. I had tried for months to get rid of them on my own to no avail. Bailey said I had been killing the adults, but not the (Eck) larvae. He explained what they'd do and sent an email with everything in writing which I did refer to several times to prep the kitchen correctly. He arrived within the time window stated and was done in 30 minutes. He let me know his eta an 30-60 min before they arrived. He examined my cupboards and hutch thoroughly before proceeding. He cleaned up afterwards-there was only a little bit. Only needed a dust pan Bailey said he'd follow up in a week to make sure they haven't returned. If I do see any, he said he'd return immediately. Very good job and worth it to finally get rid of these annoying insects. I've had to throw out many pantry items and feared buying more/eating them until this was handled. I highly recommend Tide Pest Elimination.

Bailey came for the first treatment and promised to come back as many times as necessary to fix the ant problem - which is exactly what he did. I highly recommend Tide for pest control in Orange County!

The office staff is just as impressive. Whether it's scheduling appointments or making changes to our service plan, they are always responsive, organized, and easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Since switching to Allure, we've experienced a significant reduction in pest problems. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and consistency from Allure. Definitely still recommend them.

They claim that they had been sending someone to spray and maintain the house, but that is a flat out lie. We recently had a cockroach infestation and I knew they hadn't been coming, probably since COVID. We work from home, live in a 24 hour guard-gated community in Irvine that doesn't let any vendors or guests in without calling the homeowners and checking people's drivers licenses. Finally called another pest control company to come out and that technician confirmed that the house has not been maintained. When I called customer service and told them I'm not paying their $140 bill they sent me, they still try to insist that they have been here. They say they will get back to me, and nothing for weeks. Then someone named Hassan calls today to see why I'm canceling and trying to keep us as customers. Unbelievable. They won't let you cancel without harassing you with calls and emails. Zero stars.

I actually called them just for a one-time bee removal job. But they quoted me more for the one-time removal than a one-year subscription would cost, and the removal would be included in the subscription. Seemed like a no-brainer. But once that year was up, they refuse to let me out of the subscription. I tried to cancel once and they talked me into putting my service on "hold". Then, when it was released from"hold", not at my request, I tried to cancel. You call and nobody answers. I email and then they call me and want to talk me out of it. What's the deal? Just cancel the subscription! Total rip off. Bordering on predatory business practices, to be honest. There are much better choices out there. And for the record I'm still battling with them to cancel the account. If they drag their feet any longer I'll be filing case with the Better Business Bureau.

I spent a comprehensive amount of time perusing all of the different options in Los Angeles -- there are a lot of options -- and finally decided upon Rodent Professor based upon proximity and reviews. I wanted an estimate not only on rodent prevention but also disinfecting the basement and vacuuming up the existing rodent droppings. Since this is the first time I have used such a service, I did not know what sort of cost was involved and was surprised to see online estimates ranging into the thousands of dollars, so I prepared myself for the assumed cost. Nate from Rodent Professor came out promptly at the appointed time and inspected the entire house -- basement, attic, inside the house itself -- and pointed out several potential points of entry into the basement and attic. Later in the day, I received an estimate via email that was in the expected cost range but at the lower end. I decided to proceed with the work. Nate and crew showed up promptly on time and were very efficient in screening all of the openings in the house, in addition to disinfecting the basement and vacuuming. Since their service, I've heard nothing and seen nothing in terms of rodent activity. This positive review is based upon several aspects of their service: excellent communication, being on time, efficiency of work and total overall cost. Highly recommended.
