The technician repaired the wall professionally. The repair is almost invisible. They charged nothing for the repair. After the days of extreme wind and heat, we noticed a number of bees surrounding one of our trash cans along the side of the house. After a couple of days, they didn't seem to be moving on, so I contacted AA-Beekeeper Live Bee Removal. We needed the bees to leave, but we were also concerned with finding a company that would relocate them safely. I called in the morning and by that afternoon, Isaac had arrived. He has hives of his own as well as taking care of the company's hives. Wow - I called a few companies recommended on yelp and chose to go with AA Beekeeper. Other companies wanted to smoke out the bees then seal the hole leaving the honey hive sealed in my wall forever?! After speaking with Sergio I went with him because he had the most knowledge on bees and fixing my situation. For context I called about bees in the roof. Other companies said they would bust open the roof to remove the honeycomb hive but it's up to me to hire someone to put it back together ? Sergio however said they are actually roofers as well and they were professionals in sealing and putting my roof back together. This is a long overdue review for Sergio and his team at AA Beekeeper. In the early spring, I witnessed a swarm of bees enter our attic space and I immediately reached out to AA requesting an inspection. I later learned that it was the start of bee season and they were swamped with requests. Sergio still found time to stop by my house at 7pm that day because he could tell that I was very concerned. He performed an exterior inspection, followed by a thorough interior visual inspection and also with a radiant heat gun to ensure that the bees remained in the attic and hadn't made their way into our walls. When he entered my house, Sergio was extremely clean and courteous of my living space. A few days later, he and his team were on-time to perform the bee removal. They also performed preventative measures all around the area (sealing cracks, painting over the pheromones, etc) to help discourage the bees from returning. He called a few days later to check-in on us, to ensure that I remained satisfied and the bees did not return. He also gave me a 1 year warranty against the bees returning. The whole process with AA-Beekeeper was easy, cost-effective, and most importantly -- they obviously care about what happens to the bees that they remove and re-home! I reached out to the company on a Sunday and asked if they could come out within 7 to 8 days (our bees were not in a high-traffic area, they weren't bothering anyone, no one at our house is allergic, so I wanted us to be low-priority). Dispatch had Sergio come out to the house within 3 days. I called AA Beekeeper on Friday, explained that I had another hive growing in a shed I have in my backyard. I started noticing the smell of honey and a few bees about 3 weeks ago.
