I had beehives set up in my house twice this spring, and the bee busters were able to come and get rid of them within a few days. Dave and Team did a great job. Called yesterday and showed up early today. Removed a honeycomb from the eaves underneath my roof so it was about 35 feet up the side of my house. He had to remove the port vents but reattached them after. Will need some paint work due to recauking , but no damage occurred. The comb filled up a 1/4 of a paint bucket and he did it all in a little less than an hr. Will probably have to call again next year as this is the 3rd honey comb in 3 yrs that we've had to deal with. read more

I had originally called regular pest companies when we heard buzzing in our attic and saw ~100 bees swarming our eaves/chimney. And, of course, it was a Sunday. Some of the larger pest control companies said they couldn't come out until Monday afternoon and we "should be fine" until then. Hearing that in the attic above your bedroom is very alarming PLUS a bee had already made it through the canned lighting in the ceiling and flew around in our room. Enter Bee Busters! I got their number from a realtor nearby - Carrie Parent - and she recommended them from a hive removal at a home near us. Bee Busters answered - locally - ON A SUNDAY. They really were 24/7 and it wasn't a call center! They said they could send someone out in a couple hours. Chris came out and was in a t-shirt and shorts - clearly this wasn't his first rodeo - and he talked to us about bee habits and that the swarm is harmless until there's a hive/queen. He even told us about a bee-beard he did a while ago because the scouts are so tame. He checked the area, found that bees had not yet made a hive in our attic and sprayed a pheromone repellant of some sort to discourage the bees from settling in/on our home. The bees were gone within an hour and did not return except for a couple stragglers who didn't get the message. Pricing may change, but at the time they charged me $185 for the service call and honestly, I thought it would have been a whole lot more (and I would have gladly paid it). We did have some bees revisit about 12 days later, in the afternoon - outside our week-long 'warranty' period - and they sprayed again early the next morning. This time we had Jeremy and he was really personable, chatting with my 3-year-old, and showed him a hive he had removed at a nearby house earlier that day. I definitely don't want any more bees in the house, but I enjoyed my interactions with Bee Busters so much that I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Seriously, no more bees. We noticed bees near one of our attic vents over the holidays. I went up into the attic and could see the bee hives. I contacted Bee Busters and stated I wasn't in a hurry. I received emails and notices through yelp in just over a day. Note I sent the email on the 26th of December and really didn't expect to hear anything for a week. They quoted their fee based on the pictures I sent. I agreed and they scheduled a time of 10am to noon today, December 28, i.e. next day. Amazing! Daniel and Gonzalo arrived right at 10am. Looked it over and confirmed the fee. They don't provide repair services, but the guys were able to remove the board and the hive and replace the board back in its place. I think they did a great job and I don't have to hire someone else to come out to fix the board/vent. It only took them 1 and half hours to provide the service. I waited to write a review about Daniel at Bee Busters. I paid a guy $450 from Facebook Marketplace to have the bees removed from my chimney, and they came back in less than 2 days. I called him several times but he wouldn't return my call. Be careful he didn't have a company name but Hopefully karma takes care of him. I called Bee Busters after calling several companies that gave me outrageous quotes, and Daniel came out. This guy knows his stuff!! He told me it's best to exterminate and would be too costly to remove the hive. He did his job, covered the hole where they were coming in through and told me to call if there is any sign of bees after he leaves. I'm a believer! They never came back and we are bee free finally!! I hope this review can help someone else who has similar experience as mine. In one afternoon, I noticed couple bees flying around in the kitchen that is adjacent to a fireplace. Then I found 3 more flying inside the fireplace behind the glass panels. Thank goodness that my wife and kids were out doing grocery shopping. I went outside and saw about 5 bees flying on top of the chimney. Then I called Bee Busters based on their good Yelp review. The lady on the phone told me not to panic and those bees are just probably scouting for a new home. She told me to seal the fireplace off with tapes so the bees would think that this is not a place to call home and they should just fly away. Not only I taped the fireplace off with painters tape (to remove the tape easily later on), but I also used a vacuum to vacuum a couple bees out of the fireplace by leaving one opening and connecting that opening to the vacuum hose. IT WORKED!!! The rest of the bees must have told other bees that they should look for another home. This whole ordeal took about 30 minutes, and finally my family can be safe again in our house. I gave this company a 5-star review for helping me solve my bee problem without having a technician to come out and charging me a fee. If I run into another bee problem in the future, I am definitely calling Bee Busters again. read more

We haven't not until now... as I went to take the trash out I noticed a swarm of bees out in my yard and was like what is going on... we have lived in this house for 8 years and haven't seen this before? We woke up to a Bee "invasion". I swear, it felt like we were in Alfred Hitchcock's movie: The Birds, but with Bees. There was a huge group of Bees trying to make their way into our home (a few actually made it into a small opening through our roof, and into a bedroom!) We had Bee Busters attempt to remedy a bee situation that came to our attention during a solar panel installation. The first two attempts the company used poison / pesticides to remove the bees, which didn't work. The technician was extremely unprofessional, profusely cursing during the entire process. On the third attempt they removed the hive and during that process they absolutely destroyed my roof, and offered no services or recommendation on how to fix. The roofing quotes that we received to fix their work were $1,000+, and we found out that most roofing companies won't take jobs under a certain minimum, which is typically over $2,500. All the roofers that saw the work noted how badly roof had been cut open. Strongly recommend using another company if you have bees in your roof given the destruction they caused on mine. read more

I called yesterday and Eric came over today to check the bush which has many bees flying around, and told me these are Africanized honey bees which are not defensive and aggressive. They just came to collect pollen from small flowers on the bush. There is no bee hive and they will not come after the flowers not blooming in two weeks. So a whole swarm of bees came and descended upon my olive tree. I called bee buster, sent them a photo, and they said give it 1-3 days and they will leave. After 2 days, they did leave!
