Rigo did a great job with the 3 things I had done: replacing an electrical panel, replacing 2 light fixtures, and installing a smoke alarm. He was on time, knowledgable, and efficient. I don't think it is necessarily the cheapest option around but with something like this, quality and experience matters and they did a great job and handle permits and such. They did exactly what I asked them to do and were responsive over email and able to ask the exact questions they needed which made things seamless. This is not necessarily a bad thing but they could have probably done some kind of "walk through" around the place and found some additional work for me. Upselling is obviously not always a great practice but in my case, there were some things that I wish I had done and I think they could have suggested them and left it up to me to say yes/no to during the initial inspection. For example my kitchen could definitely use at least 1 additional outlet, I should have probably replaced a 3rd light, and so on. I do respect that they don't try to take you on a ride but since it is probably efficient to do things all at once, may have been helpful to discuss (this was also my bad for not noticing these things before). Rigo did a bunch of smaller things that made a big difference too like taking out the packaging for the lights and the old ones as well as the old electrical panel, clearly labeling all the switches very neatly which was not well done before, answering my questions and explaining things in a way that I (someone with little knowledge about most of this stuff) would understand.

The project did take longer than initially expected due to delays outside of their control, but the quality of the work never wavered. From the beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They explained what needed to be done, why it mattered, and what to expect at each step, which made a potentially stressful process feel very manageable. Raushan, the project manager, was great to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, organized, and always made sure we were informed and comfortable with the plan. Alex, one of the technicians, worked incredibly hard during the rewire and clearly took pride in his work. Bek, another technician, truly went above and beyond - paying close attention to the details and making sure everything was done perfectly, not just "good enough." Beyond the rewire, they handled multiple additional electrical upgrades and fixes around the house, all done cleanly and correctly. What really stood out was trust. Having a crew in your home for a major electrical project isn't easy, but we always felt confident that they had our best interests in mind. No corner-cutting, no unnecessary upsells, just solid, high-quality work. The crew was respectful, showed up when they said they would, and stayed focused until the job was fully complete. I highly recommend Max Electric and would absolutely hire them again!

This wasn't the easiest job--our compressor is on the roof, and access is tight with some tricky ladder work. A couple of other companies didn't even want to bid because of the complexity. Fuse, on the other hand, was totally unfazed and approached it with a real can-do attitude. Dean and Adam handled the installation and were fantastic. They were on-site for about a week and honestly felt like part of the household--super professional, hardworking, and very detail-oriented. They also problem-solved on the fly when needed and kept everything moving smoothly. One thing we especially appreciated was how clean and thoughtful the install turned out. The conduits and line sets are neatly run and well-integrated visually, which mattered a lot to us. All in all, a very positive experience. We'd absolutely recommend Fuse if you're considering HVAC or electrical work, especially for a more complex project.

The new HVAC system runs quietly, keeps the whole house comfortable. and I've already noticed a drop in my energy biils. If you're looking for reliable HVAC repair or installation, this is the company to call. Honest, friendly, and dependable - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would work with Avi again for all future electrical work as he is such a professional and nice person to work with. Thank you Avi!

We also had about 15+ outlets (6 of which were GFCI additions), and 10+ switches as part of our project. As many know, it's tough to find the right person for the project (big or small) - we met with over 5 other individuals/companies and Avi came off the most impressive with his attention to detail and his price point. So glad we went with Avi as we now feel we have our go-to electrician - I would not want my family working with anyone else. When needing to make cutouts in our ceiling (for the recessed lights) and our walls (for wiring through additional outlets), Avi took extreme care in covering almost every surface with disposable covering to ensure no dust or drywall fragments got on any of our furniture/valuables. After working in each area, he meticulously cleaned the space so that we could return to using that part of the home while he rotated over to working on other parts of our house. He left no trash or debris behind and took all of it with him without asking (though we totally would've been ok with him dumping everything in our garbage can). As for the work itself...everything was done very well. We have had friends, who are general contractors, come by the house and complement how well done the job was. The recessed lights were measured several times for appropriate spacing, and he consulted us twice to confirm their positioning. We knew we found the right guy when he was patching a wall and told us he was not satisfied with the texture not being a 100% match, but to us, it was a very satisfactory 99% match - he was adamant about coming back to re-do it but we really didn't want him to spend the time on it (and we really could not tell the difference because the match was already THAT close). Avi also spent several hours in our garage bending conduits to add outlets throughout the space and ensured each conduit was shaped in a way so as not to interfere with all the tools/devices we have in the garage. We cannot highly recommend Avi enough for any of your home projects whether they are big or small. One of the kindest individuals I have met who is extremely thoughtful and considerate in everything he does.

Our top priority was the safety of our home and family as we had a less than a 1 year old at home. What we discovered post-completion was frankly terrifying, and the company's subsequent non-response is completely unacceptable. Alex completely brushed off our concerns Early in the project, we raised concerns when we discovered a cosmetic "shortcut" (a drywall patch done with toilet paper instead of proper material. they literally stuffed toilet paper in the wall then laid joint compound on top). We were personally assured by Alex that even though there were minor appearance issues, they would take absolutely no shortcuts on the actual electrical work. A few months later, while I was installing a simple light fixture, my father and I discovered an unmarked hot wire. In this switch box, a white conductor was being used as the LINE-Hot wire (constantly energized). This unmarked wire could have easily been mistaken for a neutral by anyone working in the box, which could have led to someone getting killed. When I informed Alex, he said I shouldn't be doing wiring, and admitted it should have been taped. He offered to come over and tape the wire (I already did it myself). No apology at all. It feels like they took short cuts throughout the job- if they failed to properly mark a live wire in the first box we opened, we simply cannot trust the integrity of the rest of the expensive rewiring job. When it comes to the safety of your home and family, avoid this company.
