Buyer beware. I experienced deceptive pricing practices here. Vehicles were listed thousands lower on Autotrader than on their own website and in-store. When questioned, they blamed Autotrader--yet other dealers' listings matched across platforms. Their vehicles still are priced thousands lower days later. They still haven't bothered to correct this alleged "mistakes". I also received an "out-the-door" price via text from a manager and was told they could make it happen. The next day, that price suddenly increased by over $2,000. Just need a little honesty when working with customers. I have no issues if your prices are high. Just don't be deceptive. That was the first thing I noticed when I got my car back. So I initially thought that one of the service guys had burned it but after sitting and thinking about it. They actually switched my mat out and replaced it with an old worn out with one with a large hole. Of course they denied anything. Why in the world would I make such a huge fuss about a mat if I had worn it out and placed a hole in it myself. This place is pure GARBAGE. In October, Webb Ford sold us a pre-owned Explorer and a service agreement. Being October in Indiana, the A/C wasn't needed and seemed to be ok. It was blowing, but with the weather already being cold, you couldn't really see if it was cold. Today, after finding out the A/C wasn't working, we took it in. There is a leak in the line and to repair it would be $2100, even with the service agreement. We feel they sold it knowing this and then added a useless service agreement. I am very disappointed in the experience I had with the Webb Ford dealership in Highland, Indiana. I presented to the dealerships service department seeking help with what I presumed to be a "Death Wobble" of my 2009 F-250. I explained to them my experience when driving between 50-70 miles per hour. They performed their diagnostic, and they told me they test drove the vehicle, and it wasn't technically a " Death Wobble". The truck would just require a wheel alignment, and some axial component replaced to resolve the issue. After said services were completed, they stated that in the future I should have my ABS module and HCU replaced as well but that the violent shaking was resolved. The very next day after picking up the vehicle, the same shaking took place at the same speed range, but more violently (I nearly lost control of my vehicle on the interstate). I returned the truck where they then stated that the shaking was due to the ABS and/or HCU and those needed to be replaced even though it was originally stated that the shaking was resolved and not connected to those parts. I was charged a second time now for this second service with no discounts or restitution after petitioning for it in an effort to get them to honor their work and misdiagnoses of my shaking vehicle. Yesterday, I retrieved my vehicle post HCU replacement, new brakes, rotors, and a new caliper, and the vehicle is still shaking violently when it speeds up to 50--70 mph and drives over any uneven ground. Approx. $5,000 in work later and my vehicle is still shaking in a life-threatening manner. Additionally, there was miscommunication between members of the team the entire time. There was inconsistent information being shared with me about warranty coverage, parts availability, etc. the entire month that my vehicle was back and forth with them. The line stated each time I spoke to a new team member was "I can't speak to what [insert another rep] said to you", as if the goal was to avoid accountability as a business and pretend that each employee is an independent contractor. The lack of cohesion, communication, and accountability through the team was extremely unprofessional and disheartening. I should not have been subject to financially predator tactics from a business that has still yet to correct the initial issue I presented to their establishment for. read more

I had just purchased a 2024 mustang, and not even a full day after I bought it I had noticed a chip on the fender next to the wheel well with not even 50 miles on it. After taking it to the dealership for paint defects they told me it's a rock chip and was not covered. All but 2 months later I see bubbling paint that's breaking open on every wheel well and paint that is cracking and peeling of on the front passenger fender. After informing me that only the one peeling spot on the fender is cover the rest was "not abnormal for cars like that to have bubbling paint on the pinch welds". After calling ford motor company the dealership then offered to "touch up" the spots that weren't covered instead of repairing them. All this is present on a car with less then 3k miles and a 2 year ceramic environmental protection coat!! Also customer service is at the lowest possible level. Also not to mention how they couldnt diagnose it and had me come out several days later to point out every spot that i knew of. and steve is the most snarky disrespectful person i've ever had to deal with in any position in costumer service. read more

After telling the salesman that picked up the phone which vehicle I was looking for, he sighed, said "hold on" and put me on hold. He came back on the line, confirmed that the vehicle was there and when I said I would be there in 45 min he replied, "you'd better hurry." After rushing there (in under 40 min) we were met at the door and told by a young salesman that they were closed for the night. This dealership claims to be open until 7pm and this all occurred before 5:30p. The icing on the cake was the salesman from the picture below yelling some obscenity at us as I took it then backing down as soon as we opened the window, flashing a toothless smile and saying "see you on Monday." Puddles in driveway from day 1. Warning lights from Day 1. Truck is now making weird noises at low speed. I purchased an extended warranty but just like this truck it's one more thing I spent money on that doesn't work. Spoke with Denny Webb, he's a "Webb" but I don't think he's "The Webb". Someone needs to talk to the Webb family and let them know that their idiot cousin is about to cost them their reputation. I would leave negative 5 stars if I could. I bought a 2021 F150 from Webb Ford. I drove over two hours to pick up the truck. There are two issues I want to share. The second one is what I am most upset about. 1) The truck only had one key. Considering the price of getting a new key from a dealer ($400+), I feel like this is something that should have been disclosed to me prior to the purchase. I voiced my concern to my sales rep, Quincy, and after several requests, he brought me the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Denny Webb. Denny shook my hand and immediately started with the whole 'nothing I can do' routine. He seemed to have absolutely NO interest in satisfying my concern in any way. I maintain that he could have made me a new key if he wanted to, but even if that's not true, I would have appreciated any token of concern for my situation. Even a gesture like offering to fill the tank with gas for my trip home would have been appreciated. Instead, it was "...nothing I can do, yada, yada, yada, thanks for coming in..." 2) When I arrived at the dealership the truck was pulled around front, windows down. I took it for a short test drive, and because it was a beautiful day, I left the windows down. I didn't notice anything unusual about the smell of the truck, and because I had asked Quincy specifically whether it had been smoked in, and was told "No man, nothing like that, it has hardly been driven" I thought all was fine. There was a floor mat issue (there were none) and Quincy was able to grab some mats from another truck to put in mine. On my way home, I kept the windows down until reaching the interstate. Immediately upon putting the windows up, and turning on the air conditioning, I began to detect the aroma of cigarette smoke. I wasn't sure, and thought maybe it was just the floor mats that were added at the end, and that's why I hadn't noticed it earlier. However, after getting home, I scrubbed and power washed the rubber mats, and the smell persisted. In fact, it got worse over the next couple days. This leads me to believe that someone at the dealership was aware of the smell, and took action to cover it up before I took delivery. As those actions wore off, the smell became stronger. In fact, when I took the bed-liner out of the truck to apply a spray-in bed-liner I discovered dozens of cigarette butts, adding additional reasons for me to believe the truck had previously belonged to a smoker. So far, I have changed the cabin air filter, vacuumed the carpet and seats, washed down every hard surface, rented a carpet cleaner to clean the carpet and all fabric surfaces, bought 12 different car air fresheners, Febreeze, etc. Still, the smell persists. This is ridiculous! It is clear to me that there were people at the dealership that were aware of the status of this truck, and were less than forthcoming with that knowledge. Now, here I am with an ashtray for a truck. Every time I open the door, I groan with disgust. To make it worse, I reached out directly to the owner of Webb Automotive Group, Kelly Webb-Roberts, who referred me to someone who is apparently a "Supervisor" at Webb Ford of Indiana, named Terri Smith. Both of these people, who are supposedly in leadership positions, fell well short of my expectations of basic decency. They essentially threw their hands in the air and claimed they did nothing wrong. This is by far the worst car-buying experience I've had in the last 20 years. My best recommendation at this point would be to AVOID ALL WEBB AUTO GROUP DEALERSHIPS, unless you enjoy being deceived and otherwise generally disrespected. read more

As a woman treated horribly, I have to refuse a good review here. Rude, arrogant employees send me running. While car shopping, I came here looking for an SUV or crossover. The dealer we dealt with was lucky I didn't slap him on the spot. He ignored every question I asked that had to do with the technicalities of the vehicles & would tell me about the mirror for putting on makeup or show me a good place to hide my purse, etc. My husband would then repeat a question I asked & the lowlife would answer him. One vehicle we looked at was being cleaned in back. As the dealer continued to belittle me I became more disgusted. Just before I left I informed him in so many words what kind of scum he was. The porter laughed & gave me a nod of approval. He had heard much of what was said & probably was amazed at my control up til that time. One more thing....I wanted a specific car in a specific color & they refused to work with me. They wanted me to buy only what was on their lot instead of helping me find what I desired. I was a little leary going to this place based upon reviews I had read. I decided to check it out since my daughter needed a car ASAP. After looking around at a couple of other dealerships, we decided to go in. I'm glad I did not let the reviews deter us from going inside. We met a young man by the name of Quincy who greeted us as soon as we parked and got out of the car. I'm glad he was our sales representative. Quincy was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We have been to other dealerships before in the vicinity,which will remain nameless, where they are rushing you, rude and just not valuing their customers because they're trying to make a sale. We did not feel this way at Webb Ford and again, it was because of Quincy. We didn't feel rushed nor like we needed to buy a car right now and on the spot. My daughter found a vehicle that she really liked and I'm glad we were able to have a great experience with Webb Ford. My son leased a Ford Ranger and the paper said at the end of the contract it would be 19,857. The lease was up and he went over the millage by 6000 so he decided to buy the truck. I was not with him to look offer the paperwork so they took advantage of him and charge him $5,643 over the price online D of the paperwork. The lack of consideration and courtesy at Webb Ford that I just experienced should make even their most consistent customers reconsider. I had not been to a Ford dealership since moving to IN a year ago, but upon receipt of a Ford recall, I knew that I had to. This recall in particular made mention that my car could stall and not be able to restart at any given time, I knew it was serious. I called Webb Ford a week in advance to see if an appointment was needed and was told their system is "first come, first serve". I was not asked for the specifics regarding the recall. When I arrive on Saturday before a major Holiday to receive services: I was told that "they don't do recalls on Saturday" and that I "should take my car to another dealership", no apology for my inconvenience, the waste of time or gas; nothing. I sat in my car to call another dealership as some guy comes to tap on my window all to tell me that "they have cars coming in" and that I need to move my car up. I asked him to give me a second and roll my window back up, all to have him stare at me until I drove off. I felt uncomfortable and like my business was not wanted. I drove another 20 minutes to a dealership that earned my respect and patronage and was able to service my recall the same day. I will NEVER go back to Webb Ford. My father worked at Ford for over 20 years, so I have a sense of loyalty to the Ford name, but this dealership should be ashamed of the lack of customer care and service they give. If I could give negative stars I would. I went here for a quick oil change. I was there for 3 hours. Only 1 person checked on me to let me know that they recognized that I was still waiting. They charged be $78 bucks for the oil change and they insisted that I had more work to be done to my vehicle. From the start the salesman Chris was super friendly and seemed like a stand up guy for a salesman. After two days of negotiations I finally made the purchase and was so excited! Unfortunately they gave me the wrong vin number on the car so after being there all day and getting everything set up I could not drive it off the lot I had to wait til the morning.. Secondly, this dealer wants $900 to fix. Their phone system is from the 90s and barely works doesn't connect calls or goes completely down. Service rep Susan and her False promises of service expectations. Parts delayed with no communication. acting like parts delayed is rare when another rep told me it was a regular occurrence. When requested to come pick up my vehicle, Service rep Steve told me it wasn't his responsibility and he had his own tickets to work, so couldn't check on the status of my vehicle. I have a 2019 Fusion Hybrid, I have had since it was new.I have had all service work done at Webb Ford and have been extremely happy with their customer service. Last week (1/20/2024) the battery went dead and I had the car towed to Webb Ford. I told them I would like to sell the car to them. The salesman I spoke to gave me an offer and I told him I would get a replacement title since the original was lost. I asked the salesman if I could leave the car there while waiting for the title and he said yes. It took a week to get the title and during that week I discovered how difficult it was going to be without a car. I called and told the salesman I no longer wished to sell my car. He seemed satisfied with the reason and said to come in and pick it up. I was at Webb Ford to pay the service bill and pick up my car. They couldn't find the paperwork. After about 45 minutes a Tom Webb came into the waiting room, that was filled with other customers, and began ranting about how I was reneging on "our" deal. This was very embarassing since I had no idea that anyone at Webb ford was upset by my change of heart. I found out why Tom was upset when I got to my car. Webb Ford had removed my license plate, had put a dealer used window sticker on the car, removed the floor mats and threw them in the truk and had painted "Webb Ford used car" across my back window. Tom Webb then had me escorted out of the building and said he would have his lawyer contact me. He also accused me of taking the car without paying for the service, which was not true. I have had nothing but good relations with all of the employees at Webb Ford, in fact the service manager came out and put my license plate back on.
