This was odd as I have had to fill it at least once…read morea month it seems (I've had all of my tires checked for leaks as I always seem to have a low pressure light come on but there are no leaks. I checked for the closest tire place to have it looked at and found Wilson's. What a great find! They checked my tire pressures and all seemed ok to them (so the machine is been using was having an off day it seems) they kindly checked and filled all of my tires and reset my system to recalibrate. The gentleman that assisted me suggested I may be keeping my pressure too low and if I went up to 40psi the seal would be tighter and I'd have less problems with low pressure warnings. I'm so glad I found them!

He called the towing dispatch to see if they could get ahold of the ownder to find out where he was or what was going on. The dispatcher sent him text messages and called him and said she could tell that he read the messages but he never responded and never called my husband back. I called the towing dispatch again around 11:00am and the lady said she would have thought that the owner would have contacted my husband, so she sent him another message. As if moving were not stressful enough, we have to add this to the frustration. We had people lined up to help us load the trailer and still had to pay them because they showed up even though we had no trailer to load. This is total crap!! U-haul cancelled our reservaation and gave us a $50 credit. Whoopie!!! That does not even cover what we had to pay the people to help us load the trailer. Now our moving is postponed and the people we had lined up to help us are not available. Thanks for making an already stressful event even more stressful!!! This is a total lack of customer service and a total blow to our moving plans. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
