Owner admitted that an inspection was not done even though the repair order/invoice directly states it. He insinuated it was my fault because I didn't allow the shop to perform it. When a car is ready & the customer picks up their car. I would logically assume all the work is completed, including the inspection. 3. Lastly, the owner's attitude on the phone conversation was not professional ( insinuating I was part of the problem).
