Instead of taking customer feedback as an opportunity to improve, many of the responses come across as defensive, dismissive, and disrespectful. Reading those interactions makes it seem like customer concerns are not taken seriously. I don't mind paying premium prices when the food and service justify it, but neither did in this case. My work recently partnered with Orlando's to cater our lunches, and I was shocked to see how responsive they were. We placed our orders over the phone and quickly received confirmation and instructions for payment. The owner was super friendly and had everything prepared quickly. The orders were packaged nicely with name labels for each. They were very pleasant to work with. The sandwiches themselves are very good. The bread was super soft and fluffy. They were amply filled with the meat and cheese. The lettuce was very fresh and crunchy. The southwest pesto was great too! It was similar to a garlicky aioli and I really enjoyed it.
