Well First off the lighting in that place is horrible. second the bathrooms were dirty and had no towels to dry one's hands. now to the food... I ordered the pork chops... they were under cooked and had to be sent back. price's are way too high for the amount of food they serve you. the service was good. but again the food wasnt good at all... The seating in the dinning area away from the bar is not the spacious look of the photo shown . The center tables were expanded with extra seating per table . We had reservations for two and that area consisted of a long bench seat that runs the length of the dinning room . The other side of the table is a single chair that leaves your back exposed with constant jasselling . I start cringing evertime the waitstaff passed by me . There is a waitress station very near by and you can her them running their mouths about the customers . Very rude and sloppily dressed employees . This place needs a smart looking dress code for the employees . Maybe a white collered shirt and black pants . And if they are so upset with the customers , as if we owe them something for their lack luster appearance and service they should probably be working the drive up window at McDonalds . So get a booth or a high table near the bar if you want a minimum of space and not feel like your a barn animal at feeding time . read more

Maybe Next Time There's a new Weber Grill in Orland Park, so we swung by and grabbed lunch. The décor? Honestly gorgeous, the fire pit, the patio, the whole vibe is on point. But the welcome at the door wasn't exactly warm but I overlooked that. Our waitress was pleasant, she had great energy and solid appetizer picks! The crispy potato fritters were a delight. The roasted corn spinach queso was decent with a surprising amount of thin crispy tortilla chips to accompany. The ginger‑hibiscus mojito didn't do much for me, though. And the fire‑grilled filet flight, I ordered medium, came out overcooked and a bit chewy. It's a brand new spot with style and potential, but they're still ironing out the kinks. For me, it missed the mark, but that's my palate. Go try it yourself and see if it hits different. read more

Had an interesting experience yesterday at the newly opened Weber Gtill in Orland Park, Illinois. My friends and I were there for lunch. We had ordered and had received our meals when a ferocious storm blew in. Just blocks away, a tornado had struck. Even though there was possible eminent danger from the high velocity wind and hammering rain, not once did the management come to check on the room, which was almost filled with patrons. Just next door, a medical facility had sequestered everyone in the basement. Just wondering if perhaps the people on duty weren't trained, were too ignorant to realize the danger, or simply were too lazy to care. read more

Had the best service I've had in a long time. Our server, Deja, was delightful to talk to and helpful with recommendations. Zachary, the manager, kept everything flowing smoothly, and even provided us with dessert (fabulous white chocolate raspberry cheesecake) on the house because, apparently, my French onion soup was delayed coming out of the kitchen. To be honest, I didn't even notice it was delayed at all because we were just having a nice time talking and enjoying the ambiance (very fresh and contemporary with kind of a retro 1950's steakhouse vibe is what I'd call it), until someone came running out with our order, apologizing profusely. The soup turned out great, and the BBQ Bacon Burger was the most flavorful burger I've had in ages, cooked to perfection. And then the soup was comped too! 100% would go back again. My family of four came here for the first time tonight, and we were really looking forward to trying this restaurant. We had a 7:00 PM reservation, but our food didn't arrive until around 8:05 PM. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. * Order #1: Ribeye steak - it arrived cold, and the plate presentation was very poor (I wish I had taken a picture). * Order #2: Classic cheeseburger ordered medium well - it came out well done. * Order #3: Classic burger ordered well done - it came out rare and had to be sent back. * Order #4: Classic burger ordered well done - it also came out rare and had to be sent back. When the replacement burgers came out, they were still cooked incorrectly. The manager personally brought out another set, but on the third attempt, the burgers were still wrong. By that point, my daughter and I were exhausted and had completely lost our appetite. We decided to take the food to go because we didn't want to wait any longer. I do want to say that our waitress was very kind and did her best throughout the evening. The restaurant removed the 2 classic burgers as well as our appetizer (the chicken wings and Brussels sprouts) from the bill which we appreciated. However, we weren't looking for a discount--we simply wanted to enjoy a properly cooked meal. To make matters even more disappointing, when we got home, the burgers were still rare, making them unsafe to eat, so we had to throw them away. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this restaurant. I only wish I had read the reviews before deciding to dine here. read more

Melissa and Ru are my 2 favorite servers! My first time there, it was super busy and Ru went above and beyond to make sure we had the food and drinks that we wanted. He even packed all our leftovers! He was so attentive to our needs. Today, me and my husband were served by Melissa, another attentive and helpful server. She also goes above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed! We have been to Weber Grill in Orland Park twice in the last week. We have had spectacular servers (Sebastian and Carlos). The entire staff is amazing - welcoming with great attitudes. Our food was served at the right pace and temperature both times and our drinks were refreshed without asking. The noise level in the main dining room is such that you can have a conversation while dining. We have been going to the Lombard Weber Grill for years and I have to say the Orland Park restaurant tops the Lombard location in every way. We enjoyed our visits and will be back! read more

The first week of opening my son and I went there for happy hour. It seems as though the food was 45 minutes late for hors d'oeuvres. The service was very poor. Seemed like the person was not used to being in public service. The food was not good I had went to another Weber grill near Lombard a few months before was looking very forward to this one opening in Orland Park as it is near my home and the same food food seems like it was just frozen and heated up. There was something called pizza for happy hour. It was on focaccia bread that's not pizza it was disappointing! Will never return read more

The new Orland Park location exceeded my expectations. The service was great, friendly staff and the food was amazing. I've never had a steak cooked exactly how I ask for it. The flavor was chef's kiss! Going into this experience, I already know it's going to be expensive. It's not an everyday kind of place. This is for special occasions. My husband and I went on a kid-free date for my birthday. I still can't get over how excellent the food was! We ordered the Alabama egg rolls appetizer and each ordered a filet mignon with mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes and shared a side of asparagus . My mouth is still watering thinking about how good it was. We will definitely be back for our anniversary in October. read more

My wife and I stopped in last Friday afternoon for a light bite and a couple drinks before our evening plans and everything was fantastic! We sat at the bar which was clean, lively, and bustling. Kristen took care of us and did a great job! My wife ordered a buffalo trace old fashioned and she said it was one of the best she ever had! We asked for a recommendation of something small but good and Kristen recommended the sticky ribs which were delicious and also on happy hour! We will definitely be back to try more food and drinks! When we first arrived there was a fauxpas with our server. I think things got crossed and we sat for 20 min with nothing happening. Once that was corrected it was fantastic. They have many different selections for the amount of hunger, pallet and wallet. It has a nice upscale look. I personally was so surprised to see how too casual everyone dressed for that type of restaurant and area. I would definitely go back again. Went in for lunch. The buildout is impressive. Nice outdoor seating area. Very nice bar. A lot of natural light. The menu has a lot of promise. I saw a lot of things on there I wanted to try, but decided on the wings. 0 out of 10. Tasted like they took them out of the package and just put them on the grill. No seasoning AT ALL. The manager took them off of my bill, which I appreciated. The Spiced Old Fashioned I had was pretty good. Next time I'll make sure to ask the bartender not to muddle the orange though. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but thought we would give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! For starters we sat at the bar and served by Cheyenne. She was wonderful! She had recommendations was personable and contributed to a nice Wednesday evening meal. The ribs were great and the beer can chicken was wonderful as well. I had a smoked manhattan that I enjoyed ($17 is more Chicago prices than Orland Park but ..) Considering they have only been open a short time, I think it's going well and I would recommend. The four stars is because it's a chain. Five stars are reserved for smaller independent restaurants mostly in Chicago. Good luck and hope Weber Grill does well in OP. read more

When I got there at 4:45 to get a table the hostess was very rude and told me that they were fully booked with reservations and we could not be seated.
