It was a busy night so kudos to the service staff for doing their best to accommodate our group. I started off with the house salad and it was a great way to start the meal. I ordered the pan seared sea bass and the size of the cut blew me away. It was huge! The outside had a nice sear and the inside was cooked to perfection. Each bite just melted away in your mouth. This has got to be one of the best sea basses I've ordered thus far!

This was our second time. They were gracious and served us up until kitchen close (the reservation was later than maybe it should of been). So it was very quiet and cozy. Appreciated that they didn't rush us despite the blunder on our part and the service was uncompromising. We enjoyed the Shirley Temples. The bread is quite tasty. The mac and cheese was a highlight. The Brussels Sprouts were crisp and savory. The French onion soup was okay, but would maybe try another soup or a salad next time instead. The Filet mignon potstickers were good. The strip steak was great as was the lobster. The Julian vegetables served with the lobster were okay. Overall a satisfying meal with great service and look forward to a third visit soon.

Crab cakes were too wet. Good size but easy up in the binder.

The happy hour is so worth it. The lamb chops are fantastic. Sat at a low table at the bar and it was so cozy. I was highly disappointed with the Brussels sprouts. The desserts didnt disappoint. The chocolate cake is a good size. I will definitely be back soon.

Came here on Friday for happy hour. Great food specials and Jorge was a great server/bartender. Lobster roll was good, lamb chop lollipops were cooked perfection. The filet mignon potstickers were phenomenal.. I highly recommend this place if you're coming for regular dinner it is on the pricier side. The ambience of the place is very, so soothing and inviting..

I'm visiting Chicago for a couple days so I wanted to try some of the hometown favorites. Chicago dog ,Italian beef & deep dish pizza. But I looked on this website and seen this carrot cake and just had to have it my favorite cake. And this did not disappoint... Ahhhhh it's so good GAT DAXX

Went for wine tasting and meal. Steak was good. One was a little tough , the other one was just right! Ambience was good very loud in the dining room glad we were in small private area. Service was good and friendly. Thought it was overpriced compared to most steak and wine restaurants

We had a 6:45pm reservation on Thanksgiving. We sat at the bar and got some drinks, then we were seated in 20 minutes, which was perfect. Here is what we got: which ones are 5 out of 5? Keep on reading Beef carpaccio $19 - 3 stars - in my opinion, Perry's in Oakbrook is better Crab Bisque $9 - 3 stars - barely warm, and a tad bit salty... ugh Rack of lamb - $ 59 - 5 stars - buttery tender, not gamey ... cooked medium rare is perfection Bone in ribeye Oscar style $104 - 4 stars - amazing flavor however it's more fatty than I wanted and it was barely warm, crab flakes ( Oscar style ) on top was yum Brussels sprouts with bacon $14 - 3 stars - would've been perfect if it was grilled maybe 45 seconds more... i do love a bit of crunch than soggy veggies however i wasn't planning on chewing too long that night Peanut butter cup ( dessert ) $9 - 5 stars - deelish and decadent, so yummy Espresso martini $16 -- 3 stars - I've had better ones sorry Cappuccino $8.50 - 3 stars -- again served barely warm... what's up with the temp I expect it to be hot at least... anyone feel the same way? Ohhhh I almost forgot --- they did serve bread and butter .... Bread was piping hot and fresh ( thank you ) A couple of beers, glass of wine, Don Julio 1942 = $77 Otherwise, service was great, Jorge was attentive and friendly. It's our first time here.... They served a thanksgiving dinner menu but we opted for a la-carte. We will definitely be back... we spent about $345 including tax + tip...overall it was a cozy nice dinner

They have a really good selection of draft beers and cocktails, so there's always something great to try. The food is amazing too -- definitely beyond what you'd expect from a neighborhood bar. One thing I really appreciate is that they use beef tallow to fry their food, which gives everything incredible flavor and feels like a healthier, more traditional option compared to seed oils. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I keep coming back just to hang out, grab a beer or cocktail, and enjoy the welcoming vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

The closest place to the hotel is INSIDE the hotel and that's Sip & Savor. Hotel food gets a bad rep, but I was ASSURED that the food here was good. So, I was given some recommendations and walked downstairs to experience what this place has to offer... Atmosphere/Appearance: It's a hotel bar. Lol. There's a huge bar rail that wraps around the actual bar so you can sit on 3 different sides. Plenty of seating. Directly behind the seats are tables where you can relax with a group of friends or your family. It was fairly quiet in there, but I can see it getting pretty loud if there's a big work group in here or something. Service: Kelly took excellent care of me. She was the only one working so she had her hands full, but she managed to check on everyone, take care of everyone and even have conversations with several folks. She was super friendly and most importantly, honest about the things on the menu when I asked her. Food: I started off with the Grilled Shrimp Tacos. They come in an order of 3 with a grilled lime and verde salsa on the side. These were honestly fantastic. The balance of cilantro-lime crema with crunchy cabbage and the subtle shrimp flavor worked together so well. For my entrée I opted for what was recommended to me, the BBQ Bacon Jack Burger. It's described as having Monterey jack cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and BBQ sauce. Lettuce, tomato and a pickle spear are served on the side. This burger was actually very, very delicious, but I was asked how I wanted it cooked. I said medium. The burger came out well-done. So that told me one of 2 things. Either someone is goofing off in the kitchen back there or someone is inexperienced. When I told Kelly about the blunder I heard someone else say, "that's the 3rd time that's happened tonight". So... that should be fixed. Quickly. Kelly offered to have it recooked, but I hate wasting food and I wanted to be on my way. So I enjoyed my overcooked dry burger as best that I could and moved on. Value: My tacos were $12.50 and my burger was $14.00. Not bad pricing at all for hotel food. Usually it can be hiked up a bit, just like mall food or airport food, but not here, great value. In conclusion, I would like to give this place a 3.6, but because I'm positive and generous, it rounds up to 4. If I do return to this place and my burger is overcooked, then I'll send it back because I do want to get what I want if I'm a paying customer.

The staff is friendly and works hard but they need some help. Bartender/Server has to spend time running Room Service orders to the rooms. The drinks are meh, The cocktail menu lists ingredients they do not have. I ordered a second Margarita and had it made with a mix and then dumped into the first glass I had already used. The pasta I had was bland and mushy with not much flavor. The steak dinner had a laughing few pieces of vegetables. Overall its a hotel bar / restaurant so expect prices to be inflated, however its a pretty hard crash. I would say it needs more work and for sure they need more staff.

The atmosphere was very "we're better than you," which is ambitious considering half the room looked genetically connected to famine survivors and dock workers. The confidence level in that building deserves scientific study. I walked in expecting casual dining and somehow ended up in what felt like an audition for "Medieval Lords of the Suburbs." The staff acted like they were protecting ancient bloodlines instead of refilling ranch dressing. At one point I honestly wanted to ask: "Sir, are you judging me... while wearing a polo shirt with barbecue sauce on it?" The energy was aggressively holier-than-thou for a place where the main cultural contribution is fried appetizers and vodka seltzer. To be fair, the food was fine. But the side of racial superiority was a little harassing for my ego. If you're looking for a place to drink with historic levels of racism and naturally redheaded bartenders, this is the place for you!

In the end the best thing was the bread. It was actually very good bread but paying $160.00 for bread was a teeny bit high.
