My kid's dentist recommended orthodontic services due to concerns over an impacted tooth - meaning a tooth that was stuck in the jaw and could possibly never come out (resulting in a missing tooth in adulthood). This prompted us to look for an orthodontist. We did 3 site visits and ultimately chose Webster. We found them to be pleasant , well priced and conveniently located. Our treatment plan was about $6k (back in 2022) with insurance covering half of that. What's nice about this office is that they parter with a third party company that allows you to pay the remaining balance via installments with no interest. You could of course pay it up front or put a down payment and pay the rest throughout the treatment plan (via monthly payments). I found this very convenient and was honestly surprised this was a free service with no interest. This makes the treatment cost extremely affordable. We have found staff to be very pleasant ,competent and with good bedside manners. They always hook we're doing , what we have planned for the weekend etc ... always careful when working on the teeth and overall very friendly. My kids never been scared or complained about pain. The office is very clean and has a fun atmosphere. The workstations are all out in the open but spaced well enough where there's no privacy concerns. There's a ping pong table in the waiting area along with foosball tables. I've never seen any dust or dirty equipment. Everything feels very hygienic and clean. There's also TVs everywhere. Dr Webster is excellent. He's very precise and comprehensive with his treatment. My kid goes once every 6 weeks and they're always checking to make sure the braces are achieving the intended results. They will adjust as needed by either changing the tension of the wires or adding brackets etc .... They also give the option to change the color of the bands. They also reward good dental hygiene through an in house reward program. You collect faux currency when you don't have broken brackets and exhibit good brushing. You can then redeem the currency for goodies. Overall I'm more than happy with Webster. We're still in the middle of our treatment plan but the results have been excellent. The impacted tooth was able to come out (they created space for it to come out) and cosmetically the teeth are very well aligned. read more

My children have been in braces before this office and as a concerned mom, I cannot believe how unprofessional and downright rude the clinical supervisor is at this office. Janelle is her name I believe. Orthodontic care is supposed to be about patience, kindness, and making kids feel comfortable--but instead, my child and I were met with an attitude that was dismissive and disrespectful. The way she speaks to both patients and parents is completely unacceptable. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a medical setting. When I had questions about my child's treatment, I was brushed off and made to feel like a burden instead of a parent who just wants to understand what's happening with her child's care. There are plenty of orthodontic offices that treat families with kindness and respect--this is NOT one of them. Save yourself the stress and take your kids somewhere that actually cares. read more

Dr. Webster, doesn't know how to fix under bites at all kid has been in braces because of him a total 6 years. When it should of took 3 years.. And if you want to discontinue care from him. When taking off the buttons for invisaline. He grinded down all the buttons on my teeth to the tooth. and now my teeth are jacked and need all kinds of work. He is a horrible . Look into these so called orthodontics. Don't settle because they may be close to home. Or because he seems nice. If for any reason he will turn on you. Sad to say. It kind of feels like they suck you in in the beginning the front desk is always overly nice. You go into a meeting with the wife who sells you an awesome payment plan with no interest for braces. The ortho is super friendly then it just pretty much goes down downhill from then on. They show you the huge prize cabinet you can earn with Webster bucks but guess what they don't even give you the Webster bucks after each appointment you basically have to have your embarrassed teen pry them for a Webster bucks that you've earned and they're usually too embarrassed to ask for them. It would be nice if the staff were more friendly about it. I remember standing there with my child saying to the receptionist people like OK did she earn any Webster bucks today? Multiple occasions actually almost all of them throughout her whole years of braces. Also, my buddy who goes to this orthodontist said watch out for the ortho with the Hispanic lady. Seems like they have something going on right in front of everyone's eyes. honestly getting priced out for my other sons seeing about finding a new place. read more

Dr. Webster & Team know what they are doing. Each visit with both kiddos in braces they handle us with such attentiveness and care. I've had my orthodontics done at Webster, but I'll be writing the review for my son whom is currently going. My son had his teeth cleaned almost a year ago and his dentist had recommended a referral at their office for Orthodontics. I decided since I had my Orthodontics at Webster, that I would bring my son here too. It had been about 2 years since I had gone to their office. The staff was completely new, except for Dr.Webster, and there were move seats inside for individuals to get their Orthodontics. My son and I had a referral with Dr.Webster. He had recommended a Phase 1, 1 year treatment for my son who had a few problems with his teeth. We're currently going through the process and my son is very happy with his bite/smile so far! We're always greeted with a smile and taken promptly upon arrival. My only problem is there usually super booked in the afternoon, it's hard to get a appointment after 3:30 P.M. I work during the day and my son has school, so usually our appointments are a little further. Dr.Webster is awesome though! He does a phenomenal job. He is professional and courteous. The location is very convenient. It's not located in a shopping center or other office buildings, which is really nice actually. It's located on major cross-streets Buffalo/Grand-Teton right next to the MerryHill Grand Teton school and Arbor View. There is spacious parking, but just be wary of mid-afternoon appointments. Usually children are getting out of school from MerryHill around 3:00 and parking can be difficult to find. If you're looking for an affordable solution for braces, look no further! read more

We chose Webster Orthodontics for my daughter's care based on several reasons, after my two sons' experience with another provider. First was location, as the office is located convenient to her high school, Arbor View and middle school, Cadwallader, so I am not driving further than necessary to get her to appointments, and she misses much less class time as well. Second, Dr Webster offers a military discount and his price was cheaper than our previous orthodontist before the discount. And last, but definitely not the least important, several of my daughter's friends are happy clients of Dr Webster. We are thrilled with her care. The staff recognizes her immediately after only 3 visits and they are always helpful, friendly, and ready to start on her when we arrive. They have a great incentive program to motivate her to avoid foods she shouldn't eat and to take care of her teeth properly, including brushing and flossing. And they carefully explain to her how to care for her braces and teeth during this treatment. Parking is free and close to the office. I was told by my regular dentist that I should get Invisalign. They also told me the price. It was SO expensive! But being my saavy self I thought if I were to go to an actual orthodontist it might be better priced-mama raised me right because it was SOOOOOOO much cheaper.
