Frustrated, I first contacted TruGreen, known for their lawn care expertise. However, after discussing their services and pricing with both the coordinator and the technician, I decided against using them. Continuing my search, I discovered Weedman through a Facebook ad. I decided to try their services and have been very pleased so far. Their applications are clearly explained, reasonably priced, and executed by well-trained technicians. Within a month of the first application in May 2024, 99% of the weeds were eliminated--a significant improvement that surpassed my expectations. Additionally, I have had my lawn aerated and received two organic top dressings, crucial for maintaining a healthy soil base in Georgia's challenging red clay soil. Lawn care is not an easy thing and so when I finally was sick and tired of being sick and tired of looking at a shabby yard, I gave WeedMan a call. I may have had the weediest of weeded lawns, but thankfully WeedMan is bringing it back. Honestly, I truly had more non-grass than grass when they began. Don't get me wrong, it's been a process, as recovery from trash to treasured is about as speedy as watching grass grow, but the impossible is happening before my eyes. I now have a flourishing lawn!! I initially called and spoke with Deanna Freeman, whom I've since had multiple chats with, each time being an absolute delight. She's always available to walk me through the process and suggest various improvements, and always with a chipper attitude. We've actually laughed a bunch over the last year. Billing has been efficient, and the online portal letting me know what treatments to expect next and when to expect it has been very helpful. I have been using Weedman's services for the past year. When we started, the lawn was in a fairly dismal state, covered with weeds, discolored grass and many patches with little or no grass. Weedman's service has been making a positive difference to the lawn; it looks healthier and the weed growth is under control. The service teams are efficient, courteous and willing to discuss issues and share info. Based on detailed notes made after each service call, Weedman tech reps have rendered valuable advice about tips and treatments to resolve issues and maintain a good looking lawn. They bill you for services they don't perform. We work from home and literally watched them come and put a tag on the door that said the spraying was completed even though the guy was here for only 1 minute then drove off without even taking any equipment out. When I called and complained I was told a manager would call me back and take care of it. No one did a thing. They kept trying to bill us even after we cancelled. The worst part is the harassment from their sales department. The rudest telemarketers you have ever heard will call you incessantly if you even give them any of your contact info. They don't know or don't care that you were already a dissatisfied customer then make nasty comments when you tell them not to call you again. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews and such a low rating. Avoid them at all cost. read more

This was an incredible service and extremely polite and professional workers. We had a bad experience with another lawn care provider who did not complete the job and kept charging us for services that were not provided and when I reached out to this company back in 2021, I was quickly attended to. The prices are extremely reasonable, the communication is excellent, and the yard looks incredible. I bought my new home a couple of months ago and I noticed lot of weeds around my lawn. When I was looking for a lawn company to help me out with them, a employee of weedman came up to me and explained to me about their services. He detailed and explained to me about lawn care and what I specifically need. My initial call went quick and a guy came out very next week to apply the weed killer. Within a week I saw the results and 95% of the weeds are gone. I gave them a call again and reported that I still see weeds around, they scheduled a quick check and told me that they would take care of them for no-cost. Things started off shaky with this company but I stuck it out because I understand that things take time and don't happen overnight. The weeds got worse shortly after starting with them but with the free retreats for weeds I could clearly tell that it had more to do with great fertilizer that the were using. After a full year of treatments and following the recommendations, I saw a huge improvement. I do admit that I was skeptical at first because the fertilizer did beef up everything and it looked rough for a while.
