This place is magical. I do my grocery shopping exclusively here. The food from the fresh bars are always tasty. The prices was in line with what is to be expected from a grocery store. I love their crab cakes and their rotisserie chicken is a good quick grab if you are short on time to make dinner. Had a horrible experience with a man (whose name starts with G and is a country) in trying to return a product. He gaslighted me and as other posters have stated "was aggressive and rude." I am a senior and he treated me like I was a five year old child scolding and ridiculing me on beverage storage. He made it seem like I was always returning things which is not true. I didn't even want a refund, I was simply trying to exchange the product. Furthermore, G man should have called someone from the wine department first before the harsh lecture. Thankfully, I requested a different manager who called the wine manager (like he should have in the first place) and both were wonderful!!!! Why is it one bad apple spoils it for everyone else. Too bad Total Wine doesn't sell this label. Their customer service is sublime! read more

Wegmans has been a lifesaver during the current mass hysteria and panic buying. We were able to stock up on fruits and veggies and children's medicine that have been missing off the shelves at Costco. Thankful that Wegmans remains open and workers are working tirelessly to constantly restock items as fast as they can. Pre crisis, we are usually here for pastries, cakes, produce, cheese and pizza. Everything is always fresh, pricey but the quality is above par. You get your money's worth. read more

I love Wegmans; if only they could open a location in Arlington *wink, wink*. Wegmans is known for their ready-made meals, so I stopped here on the way home from an outing with my toddler. The options seem endless and I could, probably quite literally, spend a couple of hours just looking around. I rarely make it out of a Wegmans without something from the bakery too. The selection of produce is always stellar and the aisles are organized logically. The pricing I would say is similar to Harris Teeter, if not a little bit more. Customer service is excellent, and I can always make it out of Wegmans pretty quickly as there are always a sufficient amount of registers and self-checkouts available. Special Orders: I recently placed a special order with the frozen foods department for a special event and wanted to give a shout out to the Frozen Foods team. Last year, we wanted to have a surprise ice cream social at work. I went to Wegmans Fairfax and bought out the entire freezer case of ice cream. At the time, the employee I was working with to load the ice cream told me that next time I could come in a few days before and place a special order. Last week, I went into my online Wegmans account and made a shopping list of what I wanted for our ice cream event this year. I printed it out, brought it to the customer service desk. They called someone from frozen foods to come out and take the order for me. When I came to pick up the order, everything was organized on a cart from the deep freezer, we loaded it into insulated bags, I was checked out at the Customer Service desk and on my way in minutes. You cannot be the customer service at this store. read more

The pharmacy in Burlington MA is poor. Fail to follow thru on refills, bad at communicating statuses, unable to get the meds you need, and blame others for their failings. To visit Wegmans is to love Wegmans. I have never, ever had a negative food experience, irrespective of the store's location. There's Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Giant, Safeway, Aldi, Food Lion, et al. But when it comes to a food selection lusciousness, in-store custom meal and dessert preparation, and customer service as well as shopping experience, it's Wegmans hands down. There are no designated parking spots for pregnant women. This is a problem because the store gets quite busy, with lines stretching down the aisles. So even a quick trip can last 30 min or more simply due to the indoor traffic. This can be a problem for anyone who cannot stand for a long period of time. read more

I heart Wegmans. This is my favorite location and the closest one to me. It's always clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a large baked goods section. Fresh bread, cookies, cakes, specialty desserts, tarts, bagels, muffins, etc. So many delicious carbs. There is a sushi section, which is fresh and a quick meal option. They have a large carry out section with all sorts of dishes. Prices are according to weight. Loads of different cuts of meat, cheeses, and wine. There is a nice floral section too. A bit pricey but at least you can get your loved ones everything you need from chocolates, flowers, and balloons in one stop. I just received a birthday cake from here and it was delicious. Fluffy cake and the icing was the perfect level of sweetness. It wasn't overkill. Score. Wegmans closes at midnight. I find myself coming here randomly to walk around, even when I don't need anything. It's just an awesome place. Love. read more

I've been coming to this Wegmans for a while now and it actually offers pretty much anything you could ask for. Plenty of parking, good customer service, and lots of options. My taste for the store was soured when I noticed a man (during the pandemic) shopping with a mask. He had walked through the main entrance, where there is a sign that states "in order to comply with local and state mandates, masks are required. Thank you for being courteous." Several employees saw this man, but didn't say anything. Ironically, he was in front of me checking out. I didn't feel like getting into an argument, so after he checked out, I asked the man at the register whether masks were required. This employee stated that they weren't required, but that there are people at the front who offer masks to people who don't have them. He said they can't do anything if someone says they have a "medical condition" that precludes them from wearing a mask. Not getting into the topic of medical conditions that preclude one from wearing a mask (if someone has a medical condition that does not allow them to wear a mask, should they REALLY be exposing themselves to others in the midst of a pandemic)? Anyhow, either the employee was mistaken and did not know their policy, which is stated in several areas near the entrance and exit, or it isn't enforced well, putting their shoppers at risk, or it isn't actually a policy. It would be good to know what the policy actually is. Suffice to say; I probably won't be back here until the pandemic has subsided. read more

I refer to this place as the GOAT of grocery stores. I could seriously spend 5hrs in this place, it's dangerous. They have everything from typical grocery brands to specialty healthfood brands, as well as an amazing wine selection. They have brands that even Whole Foods doesn't have and it's also not as expensive. They also offer samples of artisan cheeses, sausages, etc. In addition, their prepared food selections are tasty and clean! I always look forward to grocery shopping when I know I have to pick something up from Wegman's! read more

Wegmans are hard to find but when you do it's like an oasis in the dessert. I have a love hate relationship with them because there food is amazing but the price is twice that of everyone else. We got this cheesecake for Christmas and it was so good. The whole cake, every bite was delicious. I recall pause thinking hmmm maybe I'm just hungry and that's why this taste so good but then I'd take another bite and it would still be just as good. read more

Wegmans is my favorite grocery store chain. The produce from here seems to last longer in comparison to other stores, there's a lot of options for those with any kind of food allergy and the pre-made food selection is amazing. I'm lactose intolerant, so when I need to find a dairy substitute I know I can rely on Wegmans to have it in stock and at a good price. From the prepared foods section I tend to buy sushi the most, it's so fresh and delicious, it's made daily in store. I also like the sandwich options which you can pick from a prepackaged or have one made for you at the sandwich counter and my boyfriend likes the pizza. Wegmans has had strict guidelines for cleanliness and safety since the pandemic started. Masks are required and the employees clean everything on a regular basis. This is a very popular grocery store in the area for good reason. I highly recommend it. read more

Ahhhhh, where do I begin!? This place can be quite dangerous if you happen to walk in on an empty stomach. First off, Wegman's is huge. This is not a grocery store and not quite Coscto's. It's somewhere in a fancy shnancy middle. It's a restaurant, sushi bar, pizzeria, coffee shop, wine and cheese shop, fresh bread shop, bakery, butcher shop, cafeteria, candy store, organic farmers market, international/ethnic market, fresh flower shop, throw in a little bed bath and beyond, mixed with total wine and costco all wrapped up into one! That's exactly what you're walking into. Aside from the overwhelming options of everything on the planet to chose from, its an amazing place. I walk around thinking...ok, I'm impressed! So, I went here for a few healthy options in order to make salads for lunch. $50 bucks later, I walked out thinking, what did I come in here for again...?? The cashier was very pleasant. Something has seriously changed at this location. I came weekly for years but stopped during Covid. Have shopped here a few times recently and have to wonder who is managing the deli in what was once a friendly bustling, interactive experience. Now the employees are disengaged, often slicing for the pre-packaged deli display which has grown in size. No more taking a number - like delis of old (and current), where you see what you want freshly sliced. Boo, Wegmans! Also, the elevators need cleaning, buffing, maybe new stainless interior walls. The walls and floor at the entrances really need to be cleaned. I'm a huge Wegmans fan, have been for years! But this location is beginning to look tatty and could use some refurbishment. read more

I know most people come on here and give feedback when they're dissatisfied. I want to do the opposite, and to say how pleased I am with Wegman's. I have been using your pharmacy for a couple of years now and the pharmacy staff have been great. I am also thankful they are doing curbside pharmacy pick up in these times for immunocompromised patients. I really want to recognize a young man named Zack. He is one of your helping hands crew. He saw me struggling to pick up a big Peace Lily to get it in my cart. On his own he came over and said he would help me carry it to the register. He took me over to customer services registers and after I checked out and I was trying to figure out how to get it out to my car-he showed up with a big plastic bag. He said I got this bag for you so it doesn't get your car dirty. I'm going to help you take it out to your car. I told him he didn't have to do that. He said he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't help me. We got out to my car and he seat-belted my plant in. Then started grabbing my remaining groceries in my cart and started loading them in my trunk. I hope you recognize outstanding employees like him, because people like Zack are the reason I will keep coming back and recommend your store to anyone I know. I stopped in here today to pick up a couple of items - some Olives stuffed with Gorgonzola, a hunk of Blue Cheese, and some Asparagus. I love the selection and quality that Wegman's offers. I've come in several times to purchase a pound of freshly cut smoked salmon, pick from the many cheeses they offer (they'll let you taste the cheese first!), and the Olive bar offerings are top notch! The seafood and produce sections are my absolute favorite - so much freshness and so much variety! There is even an organic vegetables section! Mmmmmmmm! They also have a nice prepared foods area - you can get a variety of hot foods in a buffet style offering, plus you can order all kinds of stuff to go: pizza, subs, sushi - you name it! My two gripes with this Wegman's is the parking - the parking lot is to small - there are just not enough spaces to accommodate everyone at certain times of the day - I've been there a couple of times where it took me 15 minutes to get a parking space. My other criticism is that a lot of people become unaware of their surroundings when they get inside of Wegman's. I've seen so many traffic jams of shopping carts as folks become so enamored over the offerings that they loose all sense of their surroundings and block the aisles when there is no need to do so. read more

If you think it's weird to give a grocery store 5 stars you have obviously never been to Wegmans. It is hands down the BEST grocery store I have ever stepped foot in. The fresh fish counter is pretty much my favorite thing and the veggie section is so big you could get lost in it! Hungry? They have a coffee shop, hot/cold salad bar, pizza shop, sub shop, bakery, sushi place, cheese carving area, oh and they also have a restaurant--right in the fish section. Their organic section is huge and has pretty much anything you could think of...they even have an organic skincare line! The wine shop is ginormous, and because their customer's grumbled about it being in it's own area downstairs, they re-did the whole store and brought it upstairs. The customer service here is second to none. Need something? Grab a team member; they will help you. The crowds can get big, but unlike other stores in the area, Wegmans plans for that. I have gone grocery shopping here the day before Thanksgiving and on Super Bowl Sunday (not that I advise doing either of these things... I just happened to need to) and it was a mad house.. But they opened every single register and had extra staff walking around to help the confused masses. I love love love this store. read more

If you want sushi, sashimi, and Chinese fried rice or noodles, and are hungry and in a hurry--look no further. This place has it all. One could easily spend a $100 on a meal and feed a family royally here. The sushi and sashimi quality are amazing. The vegetarian pizza was gourmet with diverse vegetables so I ordered two. The fountain drinks come from a new fountain dispenser. I recommend all of the prepared foods here as tasty and fresh. read more

Who doesn't love Wegman's? I especially love their bakery and prepared food section. Now that it's just the two of us at home we get a lot of those foods for dinner. They're always fresh and tasty. Around various holidays they'll have foods particular to that holiday (I.e., Christmas cookies, Yule logs, etc.). Their chocolate cake is incredibly good and it's the perfect size for a family birthday celebration. And you can't beat their chocolate cream pies! Yum!! Their meats and seafood section are the best around, and the staff there is quick, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge section for fresh fruits and vegetables right when you walk in on the main level. They also have a very large section offering wines from all over. Be prepared to walk a lot as the store is huge, but the checkout lines are numerous so even at holidays they get you through fairly quickly. read more

This is a phenomenal store. Hot foods, cold foods, deli items, bakery, fish, meats, poultry, dairy and a lot of healthy options. If you make a Wegmans card, they give you a coupon book and a free bag. The pizza here was surprisingly good. They have a second floor dining/study area as well as in the basement. It's like a whole foods but not as expensive. The staff here are very friendly. This is a well kept store. Keep it up. I wish I lived closer. read more

I have disabilities. I shop at Wegman's a few times a few times a week. EVERY time I go in there they have moved things and it takes me an extra 30 minutes to find where they moved it. This makes it so hard for people with disabilities. I was so peed off last night because they moved something. My health is not good and my heart & lungs not good. Spent an extra 20 minutes that trip trying to find something they moved. This is NOT convient for people with disabilities. But why should they care. They keep moving things. The more you have to search for it, the more you buy. It's all about $$. This should be against the ADA! read more
