I have been coming here for the past couple years and at first I loved it so much. It was so clean, user-friendly, and they even had necessities in the vending machine for laundry as well as candy for my kids when I was doing laundry. The past few months have gone downhill fast. Half the machines are broken, half the dryers are out of service. There's nothing in the vending machine for laundry. It's really sad because this is such a great place to do laundry and this will probably be my last time using it. The staff is always so helpful and nice and I really adore them it's too bad that the owner has let this place go. I would give one star but adding a second because the staff is very sweet and does their best!!! Out of 26 washers 11 aren't working correctly and 8 out of 24 dryers aren't working. And this is now how it always is. read more

Wonderful Laundromat! First time using We Ho and it was great! Plenty of washers and dryers and the spin cycle is so powerful a couple pieces of clothing felt dry. I can't believe that I didn't have to keep shoving in more quarters to get my clothes dried like I did at other places. And Joyce is the best. Always smiling and incredibly helpful. I have used this place for their fluff and fold services a few times. The people who work there are really nice and my clothes always come back nicely folded/cleaned. My only concern is that a couple of times I have found other people's clean undergarments in my laundry. Just a little disconcerting and makes me wonder what articles of mine might be somewhere else. Came here to wash clothes when my apartment washer broke. Very easy to use. Facilities were clean. Washers are 30 minutes and clothes were very clean. Due to Covid, everyone sat outside or waited in their cars. There are a few spots in the lot. No major waits for machines for me. read more

I just moved to West Hollywood and I always have a hard time finding new laundromats where I feel safe and clean. I googled the best laundromats and this place popped up! I'm literally writing this review as I'm washing my clothes here. The machines and facility is super clean. The machines take credit card so HELL YES. Weho Wash is the fanciest laundromat I have ever frequented. Their machines take coins AND credit cards. They have a nice TV on the wall to help you pass the time. Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and took time to teach me how to use these newfangled washers. This place takes a lot of stress out of the chore that is weekly laundry! read more

Horrible customer service, she literally decided to yell at me for asking about quarters

After the washer/dryer in my apartment broke down, I checked out WeHo Wash because it is very close to my apartment and I had read fairly good reviews of the place online. I came one Saturday morning around 10am and was pleasantly surprised that there were plenty of available washers/dryers. The washers vary in size from 3-load machines to at 7-load machines (I believe). There are two different dryer sizes that are pretty similar in size, and the larger one takes only 30 minutes but thoroughly dried my clothes. The cost can be a little on the high end, but for the convenience and ease, I would recommend. All the machines usually accept credit card and Apple pay as well, which is a nice bonus. read more

The best laundry mat I have ever used. Joyce the manager was friendly and helpful as she kept it clean and very pleasant. I was doing my daughters 3 weeks of laundry while visiting her and they have these 6 loaders which made time fly and also fast dryers. Machines were clean and looked almost new. I have tried several laundry mats in the surrounding g area and this laundry mat is the cleanest and best wash I have experienced. Cleans my clothes way better than the others. The attendant Joyce is extremely helpful and super nice. She keeps this laundry mat super clean and is really friendly. I will be coming here from now on and...there's alway free parking too. Totally clean, small, super reliable washers abs driers, expensive though but you'll be out of there in less than 1.5 hours if you can use as many machines as you want. Update March 2022. Post Covid it was great, the machines were fixed, everyone was hustling. The staff and customers were friendly and it was clean. The prices went up but we can thank inflation for that. It's really not much. read more

My partner and I dropped off quite a bit of laundry, considering our washer and dryer were out of commission. Not only did they do a horrible job (shrinking things and taking very little to no care for the items) but they also got our laundry mixed up with someone else's, forcing us to go through everything and refold everything over again. When we returned the items that were not ours, they didn't even seem to care that they messed up. I'd imagine they do it often. Do not trust this place. I mean it's a laundromat, but I suppose it's not as depressing or dirty as some other ones I've driven past. I like that it's kinda dark and dimly light in there. I also like that they only have Speed Queens, everyone loves a queen. No single load washers, which is great, I visit laundromats because I wait til I'm out of undies and have 4 loads worth of crap to wash. If I wanted single load all day washing I'd stay home. I say $1.50 is the cheapest you'll spend because the dryer was $1.50 for 30 minutes. I did a medium load with hot water at light soil and it cost $5.00 for a 30 minute wash--again, depends how much you're doing but just an idea. Services: they offer fluff and fold services, message the business owner Stacy! She's super nice and informative with the services offered. Lots of washers and dryers! Cleanliness: Really good, hand wash station if you need to use and I saw there was a hand sanitizer available to guest. Safety measures: Face mask required! Please be respectful to your fellow humans and the staff, we are lucky we can even go do laundry! During these times they just don't allow you to wait in the facilities, but that's okay because WeHo is really diverse so you can always walk down and get something to eat or do your grocery shopping. I've never done my laundry outside of my own home before but if I ever need to again, I will come here! You can easily dry 2 loads of laundry in one dryer. The washer is easy but for me, a little pricey. $3.75 per wash. There's filtered water and coffee and tea you can enjoy while waiting. Washer takes 24 min so not too long of a wait. There's a restroom you can use if you ask kindly as well. Would recommend this location! read more

Omg! I have been living here (This Street) since 2001. I have seen this laundromat this whole time. Up to about a year ago it was a pit! No one from the neighborhood would come at night as the night crawlers would target this location, sometimes during the day too! Well, I Was surprised and pleased to walk in and see the incredible and beautiful transformation this location has made since about a year. They do a fluff and fold service which by looking at the courteous associates (Edgar) working here are Kept busy. This used to be my go to but it has sadly fallen short lately-mostly thanks to the staff. The older blonde ladies who work there give off a very uncomfortable vibe and when they aren't outside smoking they are busy chatting with their sleazy friends who seem to be drunk or high so the workers are never to be found. Today I witnessed one of the women harass another patron about her parking spot. The girl had obviously made a mistake and wasn't aware but instead of asking her to move nicely the woman yelled at her to move saying 'YOU are blocking someone!' And then proceeded to make a scene in front of the whole laundromat. I was mortified for the young woman. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes some changes to personnel so they don't continue to lose customers. read more

A new female employee above 50 with red hair was very hostile toward me this morning Oct 28th when I informed her I was putting in my clothes in the dryer for another cycle and would be back this afternoon to fold. I am here every week to do laundry but this new employee makes customer service seem extremely lousy. Her attitude is ugly and gave me a hard time. I don't feel comfortable with this level of energy. First the good: clean, friendly, modern. Now the bad: They are supposed to open at 6AM on the weekends. On 6 of my last 10 visits, no one has shown up to unlock the door until 8AM or later, leaving MANY customers waiting in the parking lot for 2 hours. As I said, this has happened to me on 6 of my last 10 visits. It's too bad that they seem to believe their time is more important than their customers' time, because it's practically the only clean laundromat in Los Angeles. read more

Ok so I haven't been to a laundry mat in like 10 years. When I came in here I was pleasantly surprised. This place is nice!!! Ok so I did used the wrong size washer, but that's just because I didn't read the signs. Very clean in here, cool, and friendly staff. Free wifi and coffee. I checked in and got a free 1 use pack of Tide detergent. If I lived in this area this would be my go to for sure. read more

I love this place. The friendly attendants keep it clean and the machines are very economical since I can fit a lot more in than traditional machines. I also love that they take credit cards. Tip: Leave out your earbuds and enjoy the music...the attendant Scott is a great DJ and plays an eclectic mix of 60s to 80s pop for you to enjoy while your clothes spin. If you ask nicely, he may even play some of his own band's tunes which are great! read more

Clean, helpful staff, easy and simple, safe. Went twice to wash clothes during stay in H'wood and it was fine both times.

The machines are clean, and new, and offer Apple Pay to use them! No more quarters! Or you can get a cash card from them to reload and apparently you get wash rewards from it. Haven't experienced that yet. They also offer fluff and fold with 3 different options: most to least expensive: 1. Pick up same day 2. Pick up next day 3. Start the wash yourself, then have them finish it! Great place. The owners have done a great job rehabbing this place, and they hire employees who care, and do their job well. Scott who works there is great. Always helpful, always friendly. Even accommodating to a questionable individual that was there charging his phone, and setting up camp. But to a point. When he finally asked him to leave, he was polite, and respectful. Makes you feel like someone who works there cares about the safety of the patrons, and knows how to handle a difficult situation. read more
