I only took my shoes in to have the latch replaced on the side because the leather loosened and I wanted to replace it before it came apart. the shoe cobbler suggested which I agree to, that I should replace the soles. when I got my shoes back, they were damaged. You can see the damage all around the side and the front of the shoes. The material was taken apart. He couldn't put it back together properly he put glue. It was missing the rope from the front of the shoes and the side of the shoes when I spoke to him about him, he had a terrible attitude. I will never go back there for any shoes.
