Got on the CVS app this evening, and noticed the script was PUT ON HOLD, NOT transferred. so, I called the pharmacy. FINALLY got someone to transfer it to another CVS, but was told I was triggering the employee. WHAT does she think CVS is doing to me by basically just not filling my script??? An added insult is the pharmacy refused to call other CVS's to see if they could get the med from another store, they told me to do it myself. WTH? SO done with this store (this has happened in the past with other prescriptions, particularly for my dog's cancer meds.) They obviously do not care about the customer! i would have given this NO stars, except the whiny person I spoke to tonight FINALLY transferred my script as asked. If you need a med (especially if it is a not widely available med), do NOT use this location, you are better off driving an hour to a reputable pharmacy.
