They are not giving the general public the same opportunity; Also there's supposed to be this "limit" in place but that was not enforced and they allowed people to loop back and destroy 288 Focused Fighters boxes. It must be nice to do whatever you want to do; I understand that they may not want people camping out of their store - but the last time they dropped Focus Fighters boxes I actually had an opportunity to buy them; having some random drop in the middle of the day for their employees and their friends and families more than likely doesn't seem like a Pokemon drop to me - it seems like backdoor activity- and i will no longer do business with this establishment! Why go to Sams when you can go to Costco?

Wemt to get the remake and they refused to do it. Have observed employees eating food with fingers and then serving food without washing hands or using gloves. Changes to the menu aren't in the big menu and limited to the printed menu-- Store Manager didn't care. On a busy day of pre-orders, the kitchen manager refused to sell fried chicken. Sides are taken out of the hot box and placed in bag as the grill food cooks-- cooling the food. When asked for hot food, I get attitude from the kitchen manager and another employee.

Upon arrival, only six of each item had been fulfilled. When I inquired, I was told the manager would not allow the employee to complete the order because the store "does not fill bulk orders." I then asked if I could enter the store and purchase the remaining items myself and was told yes. However, midway through shopping, the manager stopped my husband and me and informed us we were not permitted to do so. When we asked whether multiple individuals could come in to purchase the items separately, we were again told no. This was both surprising and disappointing, as your store has allowed this same annual ministry purchase for several years during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The manager's conduct was unnecessarily rude and showed no empathy toward the community members our ministry was trying to assist. Based on this experience, I will no longer be shopping at this location. I will also definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Honestly, I had no idea that Giant Eagle reached this far. I was shocked when I found one in Bedford, PA, but for one to be here, it threw me. This Giant Eagle is part of a larger plaza, I guess you can say that it is the anchor as it is by far the biggest retailer in the plaza. Parking is ample and can make for a quick entry/exit. Inside it is well organized and everything appeared to be stocked. I didn't look around too much as my mind was on gift cards only. I went straight to that area and started to browse. I have to say, they had a fine selection of gift cards and made choosing one a bit hard. I circled the display a few times before honing in on one section and then stayed there for a few good minutes having an inner debate on which gift card would be most appropriate. Once the selection was made I headed for the registers. Made sure to scan my rewards card and was out the door.

I had did that the day prior and when I got home and opened the package to pack the cord noticed that it was damaged to the point that it was not usable. I figured that I would just stop along my travel and exchange the broken one for a new one. GPS will show you where to go when you don't know the area. Exactly what happened here. I wish now that I would have went elsewhere. I walked in and went to the area they had setup for customer service. Told them that all I wanted to do was exchange it for exactly what I had. They kept the item and I went back to the electronics department to find my replacement. I searched and searched and searched for a replacement. I wasn't seeing what I needed. I went to look for an associate to see if I am just blind or if they were indeed out of the item. When I saw an associate I went over and asked if I could get some help. It was a bit funny, I had asked one and had two come to help me. When I pointed out the item that I needed she used her little scanner thing and scanned the peg. Her database was telling her that there were two of them in stock. But not on the peg. We looked through every peg as a just in case. Nothing. Walked the department to make sure there wasn't a display with them on, nothing. Then the truth comes out. They had no one with knowledge of the department currently working. So even though the associate was answering my questions, her knowledge of the department was nil. She was just giving a blanket answer. Working retail prior in my life I would have gone to the back to check and see if it was just sitting on a shelf waiting to be placed on the floor. Or at least that's what I used to do when working. We would constantly pull items from the back to see if they could go out, if they didn't, they just went back to the back. I ended up just buying the charging cord that was shorter because it was needed and I didn't have any other time to stop elsewhere before reaching my destination. Went to the front and told the associate I was dealing with what the situation is. This is the irritating part. For me exchanging an item that was damaged to no fault of my own and having to get an item that was similar but not exact, I could receive the difference back to me via put back on my debit card (which is my money and basically cash in these days) or I could receive it back as store credit. For real, you think I want to carry around a gift card with like two dollars on it. I guess I'll just wait the three to five business days for it to show back up in my banking account.
