Secondly he could fit me in the same week that I called inquiring. The bumper was beautiful and looked like new after he finished it. It only took him about 23 hours from drop off to the call for pick up. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and it was a good deal. My issues were that he told me after I had already arrived to pay that if I had cash he wouldn't charge me tax. Well I didn't have cash and I wish he would've told be beforehand. He also told me the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days when I dropped it off. I had to work so I needed it earlier. He told me he would do his best to have it ready the next day. I had to go through an ordeal to get someone who could give me a ride the next day. Well he called me first thing the following morning saying it was ready. I was not prepared for that since he made it sound like it would be late when the car was ready. So I had gone through a bunch of nonsense to secure a ride and it was completely unnecessary. Lastly I'm not sure what in the world happened but after I drove my car home I discovered that it was covered in ants. They were everywhere. I had to wash it and I was still finding them. That was gross and annoying. After everything I would do business there again because the work was done well for a fair price.

The listing said vehicle price $13,950 with a down payment of $1,395 (10%) 11% interest rate and a balance of $12,555 to be financed with a payment of $273. My credit was in the good range of 621-699. We liked the jeep and called the lot. We confirmed the price to be $13,950 with the down payment of $1,395 and a balance to finance $12,555. They said that is correct. We asked what warranty comes with the jeep. They said 24 months 24,000 miles. So looked like a good deal. Asked for the Vin so we could get the insurance ready. The title was rebuilt and that was concerning. We went to the lot and asked about the rebuilt title. The owners name is Abdullah Al-maliki. He said the vehicle was hit on the driverside rear. They kept my vehicle for 42 days to replace a fender and a bumper, while continuously lying to both me and my insurance about a finishing time. I went up to check in person because they'd pushed back the finish date on my car 6 times, to the point where I no longer had a rental. My car was sitting in the parking lot 6 weeks after I'd dropped it off, in substantially worse condition than when I started. Things in my glove box had been taken out, and the headlights were in the back seat. Also: MY KEYS WERE ON THE HOOD IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. After confronting the owners about it, they informed me that was policy so their employees had easy access to move them. My car was also substantially dirtier than when I'd dropped it off. I got permission from my insurance to reacquire the vehicle, and he'd informed me they'd violated their contract with Progressive and I have full rights to get the vehicle back from them. Initially around week 3 I'd asked to get the vehicle back since I was about to not have a rental any longer- one of the owners informed me he'd pay for any time it had run over. If I would not have returned my rental, they would have owed $700 at the time I took it back. He didn't expect me to tell him that was the amount, and I watched the light in his eyes die because they would have done a solid portion of the work for free. At no point do I believe they would have paid for anything over. I cannot recommend this shop, at all, to anyone. The customer service has been awful and they will leave you in the dark.
