Our 50+ year old Vista home needed a complete re-piping so we got a few quotes. I know the rule is never to take the lowest bid but we had to and I'm so glad we did. Mike came out and walked me through the whole job and explained everything simply and in great detail. Many service reps can be as phony as used car salesmen, but Mike is one of the nicest and most genuine reps I've ever dealt with. His partners Chaz and Eric came out the next day and started the job. These guys are total pros and two of the nicest guys you can meet. They stayed well into the evening to finish the piping to make sure my wife and I would have running water that night. Day two was getting the appliances/2nd toilet back on line and repairing all drywall (done perfectly by Luciano). They left the house cleaner than when they had arrived. Welch's Plumbing was recommended by my neighbor. When I called, I talked to Mike and he was very friendly and immediately set me up with a time for the following day. I was given a two-hour window of 8-10AM. Mike arrived right at 8:00 AM. He introduced himself and had me show him all the problems and then he got right to work. He finished in the time e estimated, but said the laundry room stoppage was due to a problem in the pipes under the floor and gave me an estimate for the repair. There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning and jump in the shower only to find that you don't have any hot water. This past Saturday I was hosting a birthday party for my daughter. While we were out on Friday my water heater blew and it flooded the place. Not only did Mike fit me it and come on Friday night to hook up the new tankless water heater, but they vacuumed up the water and dried everything up with some kind of heat blower.
