I called on a Thursday for a shut off valve issue with my toilet. In short, I wasn't getting any…read morewater flow from the valve into the tank, so I assumed there was a clog. And if not, this was surely an issue far beyond my level of expertise. Their earliest availability was the following Monday (4 days) later, which was sooner than I expected. They kept me on stand by for the following day (Friday), but no such luck. My service window was 9 AM - 12 PM and two technicians showed up directly to my door around 9:30. Also sooner than I expected. I was impressed not only by the timing but also their sense of direction. Getting to my condo unit can be confusing with the various gate entrances, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing. Most people get lost. Not these guys. This job required a water main shut off in my HOA and they knew exactly where to go. They were friendly and professional and in and out in under 1 hour 30 minutes. The only reason I am at 4 stars is because I was quoted $225 for the job, but was charged $325. That seems a bit off, but the job was done swiftly and so I didn't bother challenging them.

Even though he had to cut out the old flange and glue in the new one, the work was super quick, maybe 1 hour tops between him arriving and him completing the work. We highly recommend Michael Griffin Plumbing, Inc. We needed to replace a kitchen faucet that had lost its ability to switch between settings and was making terrible noise when turned on. We purchased a new faucet and needed someone to install it into our quartz countertop. We called Michael and he answered promptly and set an appointment. Replacing the faucet took only a short time and we were very satisfied with the results. Michael was very careful during the installation to use protective cloth on both the countertop and the floor and kept the worksite immaculate. He was very pleasant to work with. He also examined the connections of the faucet drains and suggested some alternative routing for the hoses to put less stress in the connections. Michael's price was very fair, he was able to schedule an appointment with us quickly, he did an excellent job and kept the work site clean. Recently I needed a new washer and dryer. When they were delivered, I was told the plumbing had to be changed before they could be hooked up. My neighbor and friend recommended Mike Griffin. I really needed some help quickly. He came over right away , hauled out my heavy stacked washer/dryer unit, recessed my plumbing into the wall, relocated a gas valve, and set me up for redelivery. Really a great guy, more than fair prices, and trustworthy. I'll have him do all my plumbing in the future. Would recommend him to anyone. read more
