The car was located on the left shoulder of the road, and traffic was stop and go through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed. It was obviously a very dangerous and difficult situation. Her first objective was to get my wife and me into the truck, out of harms way. Through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed, traffic on road were within feet of her. Once loaded Amber then transported us with the car to a local dealer where she unloaded the car and our son in law picked us up. In closing I want to commend amber for her concern for us, her skill and ability to do the job, and her professional conduct with us through the entire encounter.
