Brewpub is self service as you order at a counter and your food is delivered to your table. Drinks are poured at counter and then it is all self service. Typical brewpub ambiance with much indoor and outdoor seating available. Food is excellent and the brews are exceptional. It tends to fill up early so arrive as early as possible and be patient as lines form quickly. This seems to be a locals hangout and usually the locals know what's good!

I had the Cuban sandwich with homemade pickle chips today. Now I cannot decide what I like better, the loaded fry bread vs Cuban. Yummy! Good brews AND food at Weldwerks!

We stopped in to pre-game before seeing UNC lose yet again. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry margarita sour. I started with a stout flight, ranking the four drinks as follows: 1. Summer s'mores stout 2. Kid in a candy store 3. Root beer float stout 4. Dubai chocolate bar stout 1 was good, 2 was ok, and 3 and 4 weren't great. I went back and had 8 oz pours of 1 and 2. Probably should've stuck with 1, but even that one ended up a little sweet for me. There aren't many breweries in town, so I'm sure we'll be back.

I've been to a lot of breweries, but never have I received such above and beyond service as what my bartender Evan has given me here at the greatest brewery in the world. I have been to a lot of breweries, but I have tried more beer from Weldwerks than any other brewery (via 4-packs from the liquor store) before I even visited their brewery for the first time today. He made it feel like a place I want to spend the day at. I've never felt so welcomed and at home at a brewery before, and that's saying something. This is the bartending service you dream of. Evan is the coolest guy. Because of him, I feel like Weldwerks is practically a home away from home. Weldwerks is the summit of breeding, speaking as a man who had tried over 400 brews to this point. No brewery has reached the level of flavor and depth this place offers. You haven't reached the true pinnacle of brewing until you've experienced WeldWerks Brewing. This is brewing elevated, and it's because of people like Evan that it's possible in the first place. I thought I was going to make this part of a trip to Greeley, and it ended up being worth the trip just to hang at the brewery alone.

Look, the beers here are solid. Epic. Globally known. So can we accept that and pivot? Let's talk about the damn fries at this place. Whoever is grinding the garlic and pepper onto the fries deserves a promotion. Head Pepper Master. Whatever. These are super solid. They make the beers just a touch better and make the days brighter. Cheers to the pepper boy (or girl or person) for adding yet another feather in the cap of this badass brewery.

Weldwerks is on my list every time I head to the Denver/Greeley area. There service, their beers, their food, all top notch. I've bought beers across the US and Weldwerks rates right up there with the best! Their BA Stouts are legendary! Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Setting aside the fact that the beers here are some of the best in the country, particularly the IPAs, the double smash cheeseburger is undoubtedly the best in NoCo. It is perfectly prepared, with house made pickles and sauteed onions. The meat is crispy, juicy, and tasty!

My husband almost exclusively drinks BARREL AGED imperial stouts. We have ordered some from all over the country. Had some in other countries and not a single one has ever been flat and thick like syrup. Or smelt and tasted like sewage water. I called to talk to someone because it's $26 and they basically called me an idiot for thinking a barrel aged imperial stout would have any head. Again this is not my first rodeo. This is the only BARREL AGED imperial stout he's ever had that smelt rancid, was flat and tasted like sewage. They refused to give us a credit or refund and the guy hung up on me because I told him labeling it as such and people expecting it to be unlike any other BARREL AGED imperial stout was false advertising.

We met friends here for a light dinner and to try some of their highly recommended drinks. You walk up to the counter for all orders. They give you a number to stick on your table. The people behind the counter were friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good! I had the corn elote and the beet salad. They were both well seasoned. The portion size was ok. I would definitely order the beet salad again! The drinks were fine. It's not really my scene so I may not be the best judge of what makes it so much better than the next place. It gets busy quick! Overall I would recommend this place and would come back again.

Love visiting this place. Always try your best stop by when we are in town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, great beers and sours. Food options are adequate (I miss the beet salad- bring it back!). Definitely recommend!

Our favorite brewery! We stumbled upon WeldWerks in 2019 while in Colorado for the Great American Beer Fest (GABF). I had heard that WeldWerks was supposed to be good, so we took a trip up to the brewery and were absolutely floored by all of their beer. We were then very pleasantly surprised that they were the most visited booth at GABF that year and it was well-deserved. Flash forward several years and WeldWerks is truly our favorite brewery. We've been to the brewery several times (every time we're in Colorado) and it's been great to see them continue to expand their selections and open up their kitchen, which is pumping our great food. We've even flown to Colorado for last year's WeldWerks Invitational, which was one of the best beer festivals we've ever attended. I have no idea how they do it, but they can capture flavors in their beer that other breweries just can't accomplish. We've had cheesecake beers that truly taste like cheesecake, bomb pop sours that bring you back to your childhood, and sours that truly taste like fresh pie. Their IPAs are also some of our favorites and their BA stouts are on another level. The most amazing thing too is that their beer somehow stays fresher than beer from other breweries and we've had 1.5 yr old canned sours that still taste fresh. We live near Nashville, so they unfortunately don't distribute here except on rare occasions, so it's a rare treat that we get to have their beer, but we stock up when we visit and we highly, highly recommend WeldWerks to anyone who enjoys good beer.

Not one, but THREE delicious stouts? I'm there... and so were a lot of other folks who viewed Big Boy 4014 roll through Greeley. We like to taste, discuss, and rank, but it was HARD - all three were really good. I think we need a larger sample size to make a decision!

Ask the Community - WeldWerks Brewing

    Is the patio dog friendly?

    Yes

Any food schedule yet? Headed out for Sunday lunch 🙏

Hi Marc - We now have our own in-house eatery, the Annex, and it is open 7 days a week. Same hours as the taproom. Hope you enjoyed!

Can you bring under 21 yo?

    Yep, we are family friendly!

    Do they serve food?

We do not have food prepared on-site. We have food trucks from time to time but no set schedule until we re-open for on-premise consumption, date still TBD.

How much is the beer flights currently?

Hi Brandan and thanks for the question. You can build your own flight of 5 beers (3 ounce pours each) for $8.50. Imperial stouts and barrel aged stouts do add a little more to the final cost if added on. Cheers!

Is Weldwerks okay with kids at the taproom?

    Yes

I got a…read morevariety of different beers here and by the time the beer experience with this brewery was finished Steve and I tried about five different beers of theirs and it gave us a really good idea what kind of quality to expect from this particular brewery. The first beer that I had was the Honey Helles. I do love Helles Lagers and I do especially like it when honey is an ingredient for beer. This was a good example of balancing that beer style and having the presence of honey in the flavor profile. Other things for your taste buds to look for is grainy and earthiness upon your tongue. Definitely a nice beer for the summer but in my case any season is good to have this one. After that we had the Chill Pill Bavarian Style Pilsner. Another good and solid beer from this brewery. Flavor features with this pilsner is saltiness and breadiness. Tasting the bready was an extra plus as we do love a beer that has breadiness at work for flavors. Moving on from that we had the Perfect Patio Porter. Once again... a very solidly made beer that was very good. Flavors to look for on this porter is coffee, vanilla, chocolate and a very nice mellowness to this dark beer. We drifted to red ales after the porter and got the Red Fox Irish Red Ale. This had very pleasant notes of caramel, maltiness , sweet and clean aftertaste to this very well balanced beer. Our final one was one that was still good but felt like it was our least favorite and that was the Fattyboogler, a Scottish Ale with maltiness, sweet and clean flavor features and a smooth body. I am very picky with Scottish Ales so that is part of what was at play here but also it just wasn't one of their beers that hit us on the same level as the others but only by a slim margin. Greeley is really getting a nice brewery scene these days and Rule105 Brewing is a stop that should be made to see what craft beers the city has to offer if you are out and about checking out breweries and doing a tour of them.

Another odd thing is that they routinely run out of beers on tap, so your only option is to get it in a can. That's what my wife had to do with her Java Good Day this time. This happened to me last time with my Cool Boomer. I mean, I get it, but beer just tastes better from the tap. Both of our beers were fine, but neither blew us away.
