I called him in 2016. I called him at-least 10 times. THE TOTAL REPAIR WAS $8000. The engineer said the re-roof had improper ventilation by roofer. After the wind, rain and hailstorm we had a week later I figured it was a good time to have our roof inspected. Beacon came the next day and performed a THOROUGH inspection. Lots and lots of pictures. Our roof's in good shape (for now), but he found a few roof fixtures that had cracked mastic seals. He repaired those free of charge. Who else does stuff like that these days? At any rate, whenever the time comes for replacement we'll be calling Beacon.

Broke a glass fixture on yard light which they replaced. Bent our gate post for driveway which took me 4 hours to straighten up. Broke some bricks on a window well which I fixed. Broke 4 bricks by our curb which I had to buy and replace. I thought this was all but when I went in to my shop this fall I found they had rotated my tv antenna which I fixed. I started a fire in my shop and had smoke coming from the chimney pipe. Found that they had evidently lifted the chimney on roof and about a foot from the ceiling in my shop Had been disconnected. Had to wait till fire died down in stove to repair that. It cost me money for repairs And several hours of my time. I never once had a call to offer to reimburse me for my time and expenses.

She began getting estimates from various roofing companies. Owhyee's estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Upon researching Jeff's company, it was found to have been in the valley for many years. One of our neighbors used Owhyee Roofing years ago at a previous home and was really pleased with the work. They use the same crew each time. They came in and completed the job in a couple of days, taking care to clean up each day. Four homeowners have used them this year, and 4-6 homeowners are looking to use them in 2027. I believe that says a lot about this company and their integrity.

We had an awful experience with Signature Roofing up in McCall. I was referred by a friend who was…read morehaving her roof done by them (come to find out later they never completed the work on her roof either, she had to hire someone else to do the last 10% that they left incomplete for a year). At 1st they seemed good, coming and giving us a quote right away and worked with insurance to get a full replacement but when it came time to start our project they kept pushing back the date. They also had us sign a contract that said we would not work with anyone else. They pushed us back so many times, and started getting slower and slower to respond to us, even when I would call the main company directly. They said they would look into it and get back to us right away. They eventually stopped answering phone calls, emails and texts. Finally by the third summer we just went with a different company who got us done (working with insurance which was the reason for any delays) within a month of contacting them and they had the roof work complete in 3 days. I would not recommend Signature Roofing to anyone!!!
